Ukraine in brief:
46th day of the heroic opposition of the Ukrainian people to the russian military invasion.
In the north of Ukraine, there are no significant changes in the position and activities of russian occupation troops. The occupiers continue to block Kharkiv partially. The russians are abandoning attempts to break through the defenses of Ukrainian soldiers in the area of the city of Izyum, conducting reconnaissance of possible directions for further action.
In the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, russian occupation troops are concentrating their primary efforts on taking control of the settlements of Popasna, Rubizhne, Nyzhne, and Novobakhmutivka. The occupiers do not stop trying to take complete control of Mariupol.
In the Kherson Oblast, the enemy tried to restore its position – to take up lost positions in the settlement of Osokorivka. Russian occupiers will probably try to attempt to reach the administrative borders of the Kherson Oblast.
In the temporarily occupied territories, the occupying forces continue to restrict the rights and freedoms of Ukrainian citizens. Robberies and killings of civilians continue.
Northern Oblasts
Kyiv
In Kyiv, activists removed the names of belarusian and russian cities from the stelae of memory and replaced them with Ukrainian ones.
Kyiv Oblast
As of April 10th, 1222 people died during the war in Kyiv Oblast, Prosecutor General Iryna Venediktova said.
An eco-park in Motyzhyn, near Kyiv, has been turned into a torture chamber by russian troops. People were brought here to be slaughtered and killed.
The road service built a drawbridge across the Irpin River near the village of Romanivka. It will unload the flow of cars going to Irpin and neighboring cities. Demining work in Kyiv Oblast continues.

Chernihiv Oblast
During the day, there was an air alarm. In Chernihiv, roads are being repaired, and electricity and water supply are being restored. The mayor comments that during the siege, russian occupation troops destroyed the city by 70 percent. On the city beach “Zolotyi Bereh,” rescuers retrieved six missiles from the rocket system of volley fire “Urahan.” Some were in the water, others – were on the beach. Another rocket was found near the culture and recreation city park in the woods.
Near the Snov and Zamglai rivers near Chernihiv, residents of surrounding villages have begun rebuilding bridges to the Oblast center. They knock down wooden boards, fill in the ground, and make masonry. The bridges were blown up on the first day of the war, and there was no connection to the city. Through these wooden masonries, the cars return to the city.
The exchange of prisoners continues. As a result of the exchange on April 9th, Gremyach village head Anna Gavrilin returned home.
Sumy Oblast
There were some air alarms. The threat of the return of the russian occupation troops remains serious. There is a large concentration of russian occupation troops near the border with Ukraine in Sumy Oblast.
The torture of people by russian occupation troops is being investigated in Trostyanets. Seven 200-220 mm shells were found in the village of Rudneve. In Konotop Raion, the police and military found and confiscated russian machine guns, ammunition, and equipment.
The curfew in the Oblast has been changed, and it will last from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Operation of suburban trains is being resumed.
Eastern oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
Satellite images analyzed by Maxar Technologies showed a massive column of russian military equipment near Kharkiv with a length of 12.8 km. Over the past day, russian occupation troops shelled Kharkiv 66 times. Nine people were injured. Derhachi and the Raion also were shelled. Two people were killed, and some more were injured.
Donetsk Oblast
Kramatorsk
No military action was observed in the city, but the situation is extremely alarming. The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are getting ready to meet the enemy. The mayor provides information to the residents on social media about the available evacuation routes from the city. At the moment, it is possible to evacuate by rail from Slovyansk and Pokrovsk. There is a possibility to reach these destinations by organized buses. There is also a possibility to leave the city by bus.
Volunteers from the association “Everything will be Fine” (“Vse bude dobre”) continue to help evacuate residents by buses. There are several locations in the city from where transport departs. Free meals are also provided for the convenience of people leaving the city. Evacuation of people with limited mobility is also being organized.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Region
Russian occupation troops were shelling the settlements along the entire frontier line. During the past day, the hottest spots in Donetsk Oblast were Maryanka, Krasnohorivka, Kostyantynivka, Novomykhaylivka, Heorgiyivka. At least seven civil facilities were destroyed, including residential buildings and power lines. There are dead and injured because of strikes, including a child.
The AFU were fighting back against the enemy. Representatives of the Territorial Defense Forces and the police were on duty.
Two train cars with food were delivered to Pokrovsk by the Donetsk Oblast Military Administration. Food was supplied to residents and hospitals. Part of the humanitarian aid is planned to be supplied to shelters.
Humanitarian aid from AHED INTERNATIONAL LLC in the form of medicines was also received in Pokrovsk. Humanitarian assistance is arriving from other foundations that provide medications to the hospitals of Avdiyivka, Myrnohrad, and Pokrovsk.
Bakhmut
Air alarms were heard during the day. Police officers are conducting intensified patrolling of the streets of the community. The State Emergency Services are also working in a heightened mode. Private trade facilities operate in a limited way.
Mariupol
In penza oblast of russia, a camp was set up for forcibly deported Mariupol residents. According to Ms. Denisova, the Commissioner for Human Rights, more than 400 Ukrainian citizens are currently held there.
Kadyrov troops have installed a mine thrower among residential buildings and are firing in the direction of the residential areas of Mariupol.
A Ukrainian border guard, surrounded by russians, blew himself up along with a radio station so that the occupiers would not seize it.
Luhansk Oblast

The kremlin military administration plans a large evacuation with the support of charities on Wednesday, April 13th. In Luhansk Oblast, the power grid is being restored where it is possible. Another 30 000 subscribers are back in the light.
Southern oblasts
Zaporizhzhia Oblast
The situation is tense and alarming. On April 10th (as of 5 pm), the air alarm sounded nine times. Yesterday, on April 9th, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) struck at the airfield in Melitopol, where russian military units were concentrated. Ukrainian defenders are putting up a decent resistance along the entire line of hostilities.
The russian occupiers continue to carry out terror and looting. In addition to agricultural machinery transported to the occupied Crimea, 4 trucks with saltpeter were stolen. The occupiers continue to shell settlements, civilian infrastructure, and residential areas.
The city of Huliaipole is one of those that suffers from constant shelling. There is no electricity in the town. Residents gather, live in basements, and prepare food on the street.
In Enerhodar, the occupiers set up a radio station, radio russia, which spreads hostile propaganda. In the Vasylivskyi Raion, russians continue to search for and abduct men, accusing them of fabricated charges of murder and terrorism. The russian military is blocking the delivery of humanitarian aid and the departure of residents from the temporarily occupied territories.
Kherson Oblast
The russian military has not given up trying to hold an illegal referendum on the so-called People’s Republic of Kherson. At present, Nova Kakhovka produces propaganda materials and forms.
In Nova Kakhovka, the russian occupiers staged a fake rally to show on television that locals allegedly supported the occupation. 30 people with russian flags were placed on the square. Instead, the russian military dispersed peaceful rallies by locals against the occupation.
The russian military also dispersed a peaceful rally in Kherson. Journalists from the Ukrainian Public Broadcaster News “Suspilne” reported the shots, but there is no information about the injured or detained.
Skadovsk
In Skadovsk, there has been no contact with local businessman Oleksandr Goryainov for five days, who was detained by the russian occupiers and taken away in an unknown direction.
Odesa Oblast
An extended curfew for one and a half days continues in Odesa. No serious violations were recorded during this time. The situation in the Black Sea has not changed significantly. Russian ships and cutters continue to block the respective territories. The probability of a missile strike remains to be high.
Central oblasts
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
In all, ten missile strikes were carried out on the Dnipro airport. There is practically nothing left of the airport, as well as of the infrastructure facilities nearby. Six people were injured, and one of the rescuers is in grave condition.
Missiles destroyed an industrial facility in Pavlohrad. A rocket was fired at an infrastructure facility in the village of Zvonetske. A civilian was killed in Novopavlivka when he picked up a cluster munition. Today, the air defense units of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast shot down two russian uncrewed aerial vehicles (UAV), a rocket and a plane. In the urban-type settlement of Solone, wreckage fragments of missiles fell on the farm.
Mayor of Dnipro Borys Filatov and Mayor of Zhytomyr Serhiy Sukhomlin are working out the logistics of providing material support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) units in eastern Ukraine.
British business people delivered new thermal imagers worth more than 10 thousand euros. Dnipro will provide this much-needed assistance to soldiers of the AFU and the Territorial Defense and National Guard units.

Kirovohrad Oblast
Kropyvnytskyi
There was a threat of a missile strike today. Air raid alerts sounded several times during the day. The AFU defend the borders of the Oblast and guard military facilities. The Territorial Defense Forces keep watch at checkpoints and patrol the city with the police.
Older people are invited to the Age of Happiness club in Kropyvnytskyi to maintain their physical and psychological health in difficult times of war.
Until the end of the martial law, the Donetsk National Medical University and its separate division – the Lyman Medical Vocational College, are temporarily operating in Kropyvnytskyi.
Poltava Oblast
Air raid alerts were triggered in Poltava and the Oblast.
Volunteers collect, pack and dispatch humanitarian aid to hotspots. The collection of relief supplies for the residents of the destroyed cities of Okhtyrka, Trostyanets, and Kharkiv continues. Volunteers and social services also receive IDPs and provide them with meals, clothes, and required support. Besides, they assist military personnel.
De-russification of Ukrainian cities is in progress. Thus, the Premier Palazzo Hotel owner plans to replace the sculpture of Alexander Pushkin with that of Ivan Kotlyarevsky.
The Poltava Ensemble’s song “Oy, u luzi chervona kalyna” (“Oh, red viburnum is in the meadow”) was performed by the Dmytro Akhsharumov Chamber Orchestra and the Live Drums group on Theater Square in Poltava.
Poltava residents raised more than 160 000 hryvnias for a drone muffler for the Territorial Defense Forces. In total, they collected 212 thousand hryvnias.
The charity event Food Regiment takes place in the city until the end of April. Seventeen eateries from Poltava and Myrhorod have already joined the initiative. Visitors can suspend any drink from the menu for the military or Territorial Defense Forces fighters in the cafe battalions. The drink will be taken by the soldier to whom it is intended, and the money will go to the needs of the Ukrainian defenders.
Western oblasts
Ternopil
Today at the Ternopil railway station rescuers of the State Emergency Service once again met people fleeing from areas where active hostilities are taking place. Rescue workers helped people get off the train and unload things. Provided informational and psychological assistance.
Lviv Oblast
There have been no air raid alerts in the past 24 hours, and the situation has been calm. Volunteers and welfare services have accommodated more than 2000 IDPs. The total number of IDPs received since the beginning of russia’s full-scale invasion stands at 300 thousand. Some 21 thousand have left the country via border checkpoints in the Oblast within the past 24 h.
Rivne Oblast

There have been no air raid alerts during the day. The situation is generally calm. AFU military is patrolling the border with belarus. Territorial Defense Forces representatives are patrolling and operating the checkpoints.
The Head of the Rivne Oblast Military Administration has some 1018 suspects, 833 curfew violators, and 400 individuals suspected of collaboration with the enemy have been detained by Rivne Oblast police since the beginning of the martial law.
The Oblast has welcomed 737 IDPs in the past 24 hours. Teenager clubs in Rivne offer art therapy sessions for children who arrive from the war zone to the city. Art therapy helps them cope with hardships, emotional pain, and disquiet.
The residents are united and readily assist volunteer centers in cash and in-kind.
Zdovbytsia
The situation in the community is calm overall. Territorial Defence Forces representatives are patrolling the area and operating the checkpoints. Local government officials proactively assist IDPs by providing them with clothes and foodstuffs. A village council deputy supported by residents sent aid of first-aid kits, medicines, bandages, power banks, and electrical and technical appliances to an AFU unit. The vehicle dispatching the assistance will also remain with the military. The community is currently proactively engaged in volunteer activities making camouflage nets. Internally displaced schoolchildren are learning in the Zdovbytsia Lyceum.
Khmelnytskyi Oblast
Khmelnytskyi
It is calm in the city. A memorial service for a fallen hero of Ukraine was held in Khmelnytskyi.
A Cookies for Kiddies community action kicked off in the Youth Centre is a chance for everyone concerned to either make or buy pastries for IDPs and donate them to charitable foundations. A master class in military and sports all-round for children was arranged in Khmelnytskyi. The kids practiced movements and learned how to ‘take the punch”.
Chernivtsi Oblast (Bukovyna)
The situation in Oblast is calm. Recruitment to the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) continues. Bukovyna pays last respect to the heroes who died during the war.
Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University held a scientific picnic for internally displaced children, where they tried themselves in the role of ecologists, chemists, and philosophers. Chernivtsi library holds master classes on sandplay therapy, canine and felinotherapy for children. More than 30 disabled IDPs were taken to the geriatric boarding house in Chernivtsi.
Children and teachers will bake Easter bread (Paska) for defenders on the premises of Chernivtsi schools.
Zakarpatska Oblast
A joint concert of the Cantus Choir with internally displaced musicians supporting the 128th Brigade of the AFU took place in Uzhhorod. A similar show is to be held in Mukachevo.
In Uzhhorod, the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) has opened a playground for children on the historical and cultural complex “Sovyne Hnizdo” territory. Volunteers play with children, and parents can get background information.
During the meeting with entrepreneurs who came from war zones to Mukachevo, the city’s mayor, Andriy Baloha, said that Mukachevo will have a coworking center for internally displaced entrepreneurs.

Україна коротко:
Триває сорок шоста доба героїчного протистояння Українського народу російському воєнному вторгненню.
На півночі України суттєвих змін в положенні та діяльності військ противника не відзначається.
Окупанти продовжують частково блокувати місто Харків. Росіяни полишають спроб прорвати оборону українських військ у районі міста Ізюм, проводять розвідку імовірних напрямків подальших дій.
На Донеччині та Луганщині противник зосереджує основні зусилля на взятті під контроль населених пунктів Попасна, Рубіжне, Нижнє і Новобахмутівка. Окупанти не полишають спроб взяти під повний контроль місто Маріуполь.
На Херсонщині ворог намагався відновити своє положення – зайняти втрачені позиції в районі населеного пункту Осокорівка. Імовірно, ворог намагатиметься здійснити спробу виходу на адміністративні кордони Херсонської області.
На тимчасово зайнятих територіях окупаційні війська продовжують заходи щодо обмеження прав та свобод громадян України. Продовжують грабунки та вбивства цивільних мешканців.
Північні області
Київ
У Києві активісти прибрали назви білоруських і російських міст зі стел пам’яті та розмістили замість них українські.

За час війни на Київщині станом на 10 квітня загинули 1222 людини, повідомила генпрокурорка Ірина Венедіктова.

9 та 10 квітня житомирські десантники знищили з протизенітного ракетного комплексу британського виробництва “Starstreak” два російських безпілотники “Орлан-10”.
Служба Безпеки України Житомирської області затримали жінку, яку підозрюють в колабораціонізмі. Вона відкрито підтримувала загарбницьку політику кремля у своїх соціальних мережах.
Чернігівська
У Чернігові наводять лад на дорогах, відновлюють електро- та водопостачання. За час облоги російські війська знищили місто на 70% відсотків.

Ще одну ракету знайшли в лісі поблизу міського парку культури і відпочинку.
Жителі навколишніх сіл біля річок Снов та Замглай поблизу Чернігова почали відновлювати мости до обласного центру. Вони збивають дерев’яні дошки, насипають землю і роблять кладки. Мости підірвали ще у перший день війни і зв’язку з містом не було. Через ці дерев’яні кладки машини повертаються у місто.
Триває обмін полоненими. Так, у результаті обміну 9 квітня, староста села Грем’яч Ганна Гаврилін повернулася додому.
Сумська
Лунали повітряні тривоги. Залишається серйозною загроза повернення армії рф. Наразі спостерігається велике скупчення російських військ поблизу кордону з Україною у Сумській області.
У Тростянці розслідуватимуть катування людей російськими військами.
У селі Руднєве знайшли сім снарядів калібром 200-220 мм.
На Конотопщині поліцією та військовими України було знайдено та вилучено російські кулемети, набої і техніку.
В області змінюється комендантська година, вона триватиме з 21:00 до 05:00. Відновлюється рух приміських поїздів.
Східні області
Харківська
Супутникові знімки, проаналізовані Maxar Technologies, показали величезну колону військової техніки росії неподалік Харкова протяжністю 12,8 км.
За минулу добу російська війська обстріляли Харків 66 разів. Дев’ять людей отримали поранення.
Також обстрілів зазнали Дергачі і район. Двоє людей загинули, є поранені.
Донецька

Дій на території міста не зафіксовано. Але ситуація вкрай тривожна.
Українські військові готуються до зустрічі ворога.
Міський голова через соціальні мережі інформує мешканців про наявні маршрути евакуації з міста. Наразі є можливість евакуації залізничним транспортом зі Слов’янська та Покровська. Туди організована доставка бажаючих автобусами. Також є можливість виїхати з міста автобусом.
Волонтери асоціації “Все буде добре” продовжують допомагати з евакуацією мешканців автобусами. У місті організовано декілька локації, з яких відправляється транспорт. Також для зручності виїзжаючих організоване безкоштовне харчування.
Також організовують евакуацію маломобільних людей.
Покровськ і Покровський район
Ворог обстрілював населенні пункти по всій лінії фронту. Упродовж минулої доби найгарячішими точками Донеччини стали Мар’їнка, Красногорівка, с. Костянтинівка, Новомихайлівка, Георгіївка. Зазнали руйнувань щонайменше 7 цивільних об’єктів, серед них житлові будинки та лінії електропередач. Внаслідок ударів є загиблі та поранені. Серед постраждалих — дитина.
Військові Збройних Сил України давали відсіч ворогу. Представники місцевої тероборони спільно з поліцейськими вели чергування
Від Донецької військово-цивільної адміністрації у Покровськ приїхали два вагони з продуктами харчування. Продуктами забезпечують мешканців, лікарні. Частину гуманітарної допомоги також планується передати в укриття.
Також у Покровськ прибула гуманітарна допомога від ТОВ «АХЕД ІНТЕРНЕШНЛ» у вигляді медикаментів. Прибуває гуманітарна допомога від інших фондів, які забезпечують медикаментами лікарні Авдіївки, Мирнограда, Покровська.
Бахмут
Протягом доби лунали повітряні тривоги.
Співробітники поліції проводять посилене патрулювання вулицями громади. Також в посиленому режимі працює державна служба надзвичайних ситуацій.
Приватні об’єкти торгівлі працюють в обмеженому режимі.
Маріуполь
У Пензенській області Росії створили табір для примусово вивезених маріупольців. За інформацією уповноваженої з прав людини Денісової, зараз там утримують понад 400 українських громадян.
Кадирівці встановили міномет посеред приватної забудови та ведуть вогонь у бік житлових кварталів Маріуполя.
Український прикордонник підірвав себе в оточенні росіян разом із радіостанцією, щоб вона не дісталася окупантам.
Луганська
На Луганщині прикордонники відбили ворожу атаку і взяли полоненого.
У Сєвєродонецьку росіяни влучили в два будинки і приватну клініку. Зранку палали будинки в новій частині міста. Вдень російська армія відкрила вогонь по всьому Сєвєродонецьку. Соціальну та критичну інфраструктуру міста майже знищено.
Кремінською військовою адміністрацією за підтримки благодійних організацій планується велика евакуація в середу, 13 квітня.
На Лугащині, де це можливо, відновлюють електромережу. Ще 30 тисяч абонентів знову зі світлом.
Південні області
Запорізька
Ситуація напружена і тривожна.
Протягом 10 березня (станом на 17:00) сигнал повітряної тривоги лунав вже 9 разів.
Вчора, 9 квітня Збройні Сили України завдали удару по аеродрому в Мелітополі, де сконцентрувалась російські військові підрозділи. Українські захисники чинять гідний опір по всій лінії бойових дій.
Російські окупанти продовжують здійснювати терор, пограбування, мародерство. Окрім сільськогосподарської техніки, яку перевозять до окупованого Криму, вкрали 4 фури з селітрою. Окупанти продовжують обстріл населених пунктів, цивільної інфраструктури та житлових кварталів.
Місто Гуляйполе одне з тих, яке потерпає від постійних обстрілів. В місті немає електрики. Жителі гуртуються, живуть у підвалах та готують їсти на вулиці.
В Енергодарі окупанти створили радіостанцію «Радіо росії», що розповсюджує ворожу пропаганду.
У Василівському районі росіяни продовжують розшукувати і викрадати чоловіків, закидаючи їм надумані звинувачення у вбивствах та тероризмі.
Російські військові перешкоджають доставці гуманітарної допомоги та виїзду мешканців з тимчасово окупованих територій.
Херсонська
Російські військові не полишають спроби провести незаконний референдум зі створення так званої ХНР. Наразі в Новій Каховці виготовляють агітаційні матеріали та бланки.
У Новій Каховці окупанти влаштували фейковий мітинг, аби показати на своєму телебаченні, що місцеві жителі нібито підтримують окупацію. На площі розставили 30 людей з прапорами рф. Натомість мирні мітинги місцевих жителів проти окупації російські військові разгоняють.
Також військові рф розігнали мирний мітинг в Херсоні. Журналісти Суспільного повідомляли про постріли, але інформації про травмованих чи затриманих немає.
Скадовськ
У Скадовську вже 5 добу немає зв’язку з місцевим бізнесменом Олександром Горяйновим, якого окупанти затримали та вивезли в невідомому напрямку.
Одеська
В Одесі триває продовжена комендантська година з 21:00 9 квітня до 6:00 11 квітня. Грубих порушень за цей час не зафіксували.

Нанесено 10 ракетних ударів по аеропорту Дніпра. Від аеропорту практично нічого не залишилося, як і від інфраструктурних об’єктах неподалік. Постраждало 6 людей, 1 з рятувальників у тяжкому стані.
У Павлограді зруйновано ракетами промисловий об’єкт. Нанесено ракетний удар по інфраструктурному об’єкту у селі Звонецьке. У Новопавлівці загинув цивільний – взяв в руки касетний боєприпас. ППО Дніпропетровщини за сьогодні збили 2 російські безпілотні літальні апарати, ракету та літак. У смт. Солоне уламки ракет впали на фермерське господарство.
Мер Дніпра Борис Філатов та мер Житомира Сергій Сухомлін відпрацьовують логістику забезпечення підрозділів ЗСУ на сході України.
Бізнесмени Великобританії передали нові тепловізори вартістю більш ніж на 10 тисяч євро. Дніпро направить цю вкрай необхідну допомогу воїнам Збройних сил України, підрозділам територіальної оборони та Національній гвардії.
Понад 5 тонн гуманітарної допомоги для внутрішньо переміщених осіб отримало Каменське.

Сьогодні була загроза ракетного удару. Лунали повітряні тривоги. ЗСУ охороняють рубежі області та військові об’єкти. Територіальна оборона чергує на блокпостах та разом з поліцейськими патрулюють містом.
Людей поважного віку запрошують до клубу «Вік щастя» у Кропивницькому з метою підтримки фізичного і психологічного здоров’я у не прості часи війни.
До завершення дії воєнного стану Донецький національний медичний університет та відокремлений підрозділ Донецького національного медичного університету – Лиманський медичний фаховий коледж тимчасово проводять свою діяльність у Кропивницькому.
Полтавська
У Полтаві та області були повітряні тривоги.
Волонтери збирають, пакують і відправляють гуманітарку в гарячі точки. Продовжується збір допомоги для мешканців зруйнованих міст Охтирки, Тростянця та Харкова. Волонтери та соціальні служби також приймають, годують, одягають та підтримують ВПО. Допомагають військовим.
Йде дерусифікація українських міст. Так, власниця готелю «Прем’єр Палаццо» планує замінити скульптуру Олександра Пушкіна на Івана Котляревського.
З початку повномасштабного наступу росії полтавці понад 700 разів скаржилися на підвищення
Пісня «Ой у лузі червона калина» від ансамблю «Полтава» пролунала від камерного окрестру імені Дмитра Ахшарумова та гурту «Живі барабани» на Театральній площі в Полтаві.
Полтавці зібрали понад 160 тисяч гривень на глушник дронів для територіальної оборони. Усього – 212 тисяч гривень.
В місті до кінця квітня триває благодійна акція Food полк. До ініціативи вже долучилися 17 закладів з Полтави та Миргорода. У кав’ярнях-батальйонах відвідувачі можуть підвісити будь-який напій з меню для військових або бійців територіальної оборони. Напій забере захисник, якому він адресований, а гроші підуть на потреби захисників.

Сьогодні на залізничному вокзалі Тернополя рятувальники ДСНС вкотре зустрічали людей, які рятуються з областей, де ведуться активні воєнні дії. Співробітники Служби порятунку допомагали людям зійти з поїзда, розвантажити речі. Надавали інформаційну і психологічну допомогу.
Львівська
Сповіщень про повітряну тривогу не було. Доба пройшла спокійно. Волонтери та соціальні служби прийняли і розселили понад 2 тисячі вимушено переміщених осіб. Від початку повномасштабного вторгнення рф – 300 тисяч.
За добу кордон на переходах у Львівській області на виїзд перетнули 21 тисяча людей.
Рівненська
Рівне
Впродовж дня повітряних тривог не було. Загалом ситуація спокійна.
Військові Збройних Сил України патрулюють кордон з Білоруссю. Представники тероборони патрулюють та чергують на блокпостах.
Начальник Рівненської обласної військової адміністрації повідомив, що з початку воєнного стану поліція Рівненщини затримала 1018 підозрілих осіб, 833 порушники комендантської години, 400 підозрюваних у сприянні ворогу.
За добу Рівненщина прийняла 737 внутрішньо переміщених осіб.
Підліткові клуби Рівного проводять арт-терапію для дітей, які потрапили до Рівного із зони бойових дій. Арт-терапія допомагає подолати труднощі, емоційний біль та тривожність.
Громадяни згуртовані, допомагають волонтерським штабам матеріально та нематеріально.
Здовбиця
Загальна ситуація у регіоні спокійна. Представники територіальної оборони патрулюють та чергують на блокпостах. Представники місцевої влади активно допомагають внутрішньо переміщеним особам, надають матеріальну допомогу у вигляді одягу та продуктів харчування. Депутатка сільської ради за сприянням місцевих жителів направила допомогу у вигляді аптечок, медикаментів, перев’язувальних матеріалів, павербанків, електричних та тактичних речей підрозділу ЗСУ. Автомобіль, що направляється на передову, також залишиться у бійців. Наразі громада активно допомагає волонтерською діяльністю, плетуть сітки. У Здовбицькому ліцеї навчаються ВПО-школярі.
Хмельницька
Хмельницький
Ситуація в місті контрольована. У Хмельницькому попрощалися з героєм України.
Соціальна акція “Печиво для малечі” стартувала у Молодіжному центрі. Усі небайдужі можуть приготувати власноруч або придбати випічку для внутрішньо переміщених осіб та передати у благодійні фонди.
У Хмельницькому для дітей влаштували майстер-клас з військово-спортивного багатоборства. Діти відпрацьовували рухи та навчалися “тримати удар”.
Чернівецька
Ситуація в області спокійна. Триває набір до лав ЗСУ. Буковина прощається із загиблими на війні героями.
Чернівецький національний університет ім. Ю. Федьковича провів науковий пікнік для дітей-ВПО, де діти спробували себе в ролі екологів, хіміків та філософів.
У бібліотеці Чернівців проводять майстер-класи для дітей: пісочна, каніс- та фелінотерапія.
До геріатричного пансіонату Чернівців доправили понад 30 ВПО з інвалідністю.
На базі шкіл у Чернівцях діти з викладачами випікатимуть великодні паски для захисників.
Закарпатська
В Ужгороді відбувся спільний концерт хору “Кантус” з музикантами внутрішньо переміщеними особами на підтримку 128-ої бригади ЗСУ. Подібний концерт планують провести в Мукачево.
В Ужгороді на території історико-культурного комплексу “Совине гніздо” запрацював мобільний простір для дітей дитячого фонду ООН (UNICEF). Волонтери проводять ігри з дітьми, а батьки можуть отримати довідкову інформацію.
Мукачівський міський голова Андрій Балога розповів під час зустрічі з підприємцями, які приїхали до міста із гарячих точок заявив, що в Мукачеві запрацює коворкінг-центр для підприємців-переселенців.
