The enemy attempts to hold the temporarily occupied territories, focuses its efforts on restraining the actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and continues offensive operations towards Bakhmut and Avdiivka.
The invaders continue to fire at the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine along the contact line, erect defensive constructions and conduct aerial reconnaissance. The enemy hits the critical infrastructure and civilian homes by violating the norms of the International humanitarian law, traditions and customs of war.
The enemy launched up to 10 airstrikes and over 20 multi-rocket launcher attacks. In addition, the infrastructure in Kyiv, Poltava, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi and other oblasts was subjected to enemy missile strikes. The enemy attacked military and civilian infrastructure facilities with 55 aerial guided missiles, 45 of which were shot down by our defenders.
The situation did not significantly change towards Volyn and Polissia. The republic of belarus continues to support the russian armed aggression. Russia is lobbing some units for the territory of belarus. Ukraine is still under the threat of missile and UAV attacks from the territory and air space of belarus.

Against the background of significant losses on the territory of Ukraine, the russian military-political leadership is looking for ways to replenish the occupying forces at the expense of private military companies. Despite significant image and political losses in the international arena, it was decided to withdraw the contingent of private military campaigns from the Republic of Mali. In addition, russian military mercenaries are trying to create an aviation component that can be used in Ukraine. However, effectiveness and training of pilots using various modifications of the Mi-8 does not allow performing tasks as intended. Motivation of the flight crew is negatively affected by significantly reduced, compared to Syria, payments.
Aviation of the Defense Forces inflicted 14 strikes on the enemy. 12 of them – in the areas of buildups of weapons and military equipment, a platoon stronghold, as well as the position of the enemy’s air defense complex. Ukrainian air defense units shot down 2 helicopters (Ka-52 and Mi-8) and 2 enemy UAVs.
Units of rocket troops and artillery struck a control point, two buildups of manpower, weapons and military equipment, and other important military targets.
The press service of the Air Force Command reports that russia has carried out a massive missile terrorist attack on Ukraine. There were several missile attacks on critical infrastructure of Ukraine in the morning. More than 50 X-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles were fired from the Tu-95/Tu-160 strategic aviation missile carriers from the north of the Caspian Sea and from the Volgodonsk (Rostov oblast). The Air Force shot down 44 missiles. In the areas of responsibility of the ‘Center’ Air Command, 18 missiles were destroyed, the “South” Air Command – 12, the ‘East’ Air Command – 9, the ‘West’ Air Command – 5.
Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal reports that as a result of the terrorist attack of russia, missiles and drones attacked 10 oblasts and damaged 18 objects, most of them the energy facilities. Hundreds of settlements in seven oblasts of Ukraine were de-energized. Currently, local emergency outages continue in Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv oblasts.
Mayor of Kyiv Vitalii Klytschko says that in Kyiv, due to damage to the power facility, there is no power supply to about 350 thousand apartments. Also, 80% of consumers do not have water supply. Specialists are doing everything to restore electricity and water supply in the near future.
Recent war events in the east of Ukraine
Kharkiv oblast
According to the General Staff, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled russian attack in the region, the invaders shelled at least eight settlements. Dvorichna, Kamianka and Zelene were under attack.
Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, claimed that at approximately 8 am the enemy launched 5 missile strikes on the Chuhuiv region and Kharkiv city. Preliminary, the missiles were launched from the S-300 complex from Belgorod. Critical infrastructure objects were damaged. Therefore, due to the morning missile attack and damage to critical infrastructure, about 50 K people were without power supply, about 90 K in the region. As a result of outages, there were also problems with water and heat supply. The police reported that as a result of the strike in the Chuhuiv region, a man suffered a concussion. The services are working at the sites of the hits.
In addition, in the morning, as a result of the shelling, a fire broke out in an educational institution in the Kupiansk region. Also without casualties.
The enemy continued terrorizing civilians in Chuhuiv, Izium, Kharkiv and Kupiansk regions. In particular, Dvorichna, Kupiansk and the Vovchansk community were shelled. Private buildings and outbuildings were damaged, there were fires.
According to the Regional Center for Emergency Medical Care, the day before in the Izium region, a 16-year-old boy was hospitalized with an injury. Doctors rate his condition as average.
Mine clearance continues in the liberated territories of the region. Pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service defused 658 explosive ordnance.
The bodies of three men, who were killed in March during an evacuation attempt, were exhumed in Izium. According to police, russian troops shot the car, after which it caught on fire. Father, son and their friend were in the car.

Secretary of the Regional Evacuation Commission of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Mykhailo Alekseiev, said that over 23 K people were evacuated from the de-occupied communities in two months. They are taken to Kharkiv. They have been doing this since the beginning of the counteroffensive. According to him, now people are being evacuated from Kupiansk and Vovchansk directions.
Donetsk oblast
The invaders announced the annexation of five settlements in the Bakhmut region to the “Donetsk People’s Republic”, trying to take military control over the territories that are still controlled by Ukrainian troops. The invaders have already made statements that they allegedly control Bakhmut or are fighting there. Both the General Staff and Ukrainian troops have repeatedly denied this. The city is fully under the control of Ukrainian forces. But today the self-proclaimed “head of the DPR” published a so-called decree, by which he “annexed” five villages near Bakhmut and Horlivka to the pseudo-republic. The villages are Ivanhrad, Odaradivka, Opytne, Vesela Dolyna and Zaitseve.
Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko, informed that russians killed 4 civilians in Bakhmut. In addition, law enforcers found the body of 1 civilian killed during the occupation in Sviatohirsk. Another 2 people were injured the day before.
The enemy continues shelling along the entire frontline from Kurakhove to the Lyman community.
Towards Volnovakha, Pavlivka and Vuhledar were intensively shelled, there were no casualties.
Towards Donetsk, one person was killed in the Kurakhove community, 2 buildings damaged in Pervomaiske of the Ocheretyne community. At night, there were isolated attacks on the outskirts of the Marinka community and Avdiivka, in the morning Avdiivka suffered 2 powerful artillery attacks – the consequences are being established.
Towards Horlivka, russians shelled the outskirts of Soledar, Svitlodarsk and Toretsk communities. In Soledar, 1 person was killed and 1 injured – the circumstances are being established.
Towards Lysychansk, shelling of Torske and Zarichne in the Lyman community does not stop. The number of casualties and scale of destruction is being established.
Also in the middle of the night, russians shelled Novotroitske of the Pokrovsk community, damaging 9 private buildings and an agricultural enterprise.
The soldiers of the anti-aircraft missile division of the 54th separate mechanized brigade shot down a russian Mi-8 helicopter in the sky near the administrative border of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts.
Luhansk oblast
The Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled russian attacks in Bilohorivka, Mykolaivka and Novoselivske, invaders shelled eight settlements of Luhansk oblast, residents of Kreminna and Lysychansk complain about lack of food. At the same time, the enemy continues shelling the settlements of the region with all types of weapons.
Over the previous day alone, villages towards Kupiansk and Lyman were hit. These are Chervonopopivka, Hrekivka, Karmazynivka, Kovalivka, Makiivka, Nevske, Novoiehorivka and Ploshchanka.
The aviation of the Ukrainian Defense Forces launched 21 strikes, hitting 15 buildups of weapons and military equipment, 2 platoon strongholds, 4 positions of enemy air defense complexes.
In different directions, our air defense units shot down a helicopter and an enemy Su-25 aircraft.
Soldiers of rocket and artillery forces hit a control post and an anti-aircraft missile launcher.
Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Haidai, reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are advancing, 9 settlements were de-occupied. He noted that the hottest spots of the front remain Bilohorivka, Kreminna and Svatove, the fire control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine over the Svatove-Kreminna highway significantly disrupted the logistics of the invaders.
Volunteers together with the military evacuated 13 residents, including six children, of the de-occupied Nevske settlement.
What is happening now in the north of Ukraine
Kyiv oblast
According to Oleksii Kuleba, Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, energy infrastructure was damaged due to massive missile strikes in the oblast. Part of Kyiv oblast was left without electricity. Power engineers are working to eliminate the consequences, but residents are warned about possible prolonged power blackouts.
Andrii Nebitov, Head of the National Police of the oblast, reported that 2 private houses were damaged and 2 people were injured as a result of the russian missile strikes. He noted that the air defense forces of Kyiv oblast shot down at least 10 enemy missiles.

Prime Minister of the Czech Republic Petr Fiala arrived in Kyiv. “We are in Kyiv, which was also hit by russian missile attacks this morning,” he wrote on Twitter. A joint meeting involving the governments of Ukraine and the Czech Republic was scheduled in Kyiv.

According to the Kyiv City Military Administration, 80% of consumers in Kyiv were left without water supply, and 350K homes – without power supply as a result of damage to the power facility in the oblast.
As of now, power supply has been fully restored in the capital.
Zhytomyr oblast
The regional military administration reported that a network of stationary heating points is being set up in Zhytomyr oblast. As of now, 283 heating points located in the premises of village or town councils, medical or educational institutions have been restored. If necessary, any resident can come to such a heating point to warm up, charge a mobile phone and stay in a safe shelter in case of danger.
Vitalii Bunechko, Head of Zhytomyr RMA, reported that the meeting was held between the First Vice President of the Riigikogu of Estonia, Helir-Valdor Seder, and representatives of the Estonian delegation. During this meeting they discussed the restoration of social facilities damaged as a result of russian aggression in Zhytomyr oblast and aid supply from Estonia.
According to Serhii Pryimak, Director of the MU Berdychivteploenerho, it is planned to install a boiler house in Berdychiv which will work on solid fuel in case of emergency. As of now, firewood has been procured for this purpose and a tender for the purchase has been held.
UAH 115 K was raised during the charity auction Let’s Keep AFU Cats Warm in Zhytomyr to purchase thermal clothing for the defenders of Ukraine. According to Project Coordinator Serhii Trokhymyshyn, the most expensive lot of the auction was a meeting with a soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Sumy oblast
According to Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, Head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, the day before, the enemy opened mortar fire on two border communities of Sumy oblast – Krasnopillia and Seredyno-Buda. There were 28 incoming shells; a civilian was wounded and civilian infrastructure damaged.
As a result of enemy strikes, a 59-year-old resident of one of the villages of the Krasnopillia community had a mine-blast injury, doctors removed a shrapnel from her head. The woman was accompanied by a man who suffered minor injuries. At the moment, there is no threat to the victim’s life. A civilian house and a car were damaged in the Seredyno-Buda community.
Around midnight, the russian army shelled the Seredyno-Buda community again. According to Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, Head of the Sumy RMA, the enemy opened artillery fire, resulting in 12 incoming shells.
Mayor Oleksandr Lysenko reported that the construction of a modular town for internally displaced persons is planned in Sumy. The project was made possible with the support of the regional branch of the Red Cross in Ukraine. The need for such housing is more urgent than ever – the number of IDPs in the community is growing. The first 2 million dollars was allocated for the construction. Earlier, a similar project was launched in Chernihiv.
Charitable foundations and religious communities continue to provide for the needs of the military of Sumy oblast. 30 bulletproof vests and military equipment were purchased at the expense of benefactors and delivered to the soldiers of the volunteer formations of territorial communities from the city of Vorozhba. This religious community also donated 200 Israeli emergency bandages for the training of the military.

Children’s Clinical Hospital in Sumy will have its own grid solar power plant. The initiative will be implemented with the help of a grant under the European project aimed at improving energy efficiency in Ukraine. The assistance is provided by the governments of Germany and Switzerland, and the amount of the grant is almost EUR 100K.
Chernihiv oblast
Andriy Anikiienko, Head of the Novhorod-Siverskyi Region Administration, reported that the day before 48 cows were killed as a result of the enemy strikes at the border areas in Chernihiv oblast. During yet another shelling of the border areas of Chernihiv oblast, the enemy launched more than 20 strikes from barrel artillery at the Semenivska community. A farm building was damaged and almost fifty heads of cattle were killed. The incident was documented by the regional police as a war crime.

Vyacheslav Chaus, Head of the Chernihiv RMA, reported that due to a strike to an important facility in Kyiv oblast, the entire Kozelets community was left without power in the morning. The official noted that this situation has nothing to do with the rolling blackouts schedule but is the result of the new russian aggression.
Chernihiv residents are urged to keep a supply of water at home. The MU Chernihivvodokanal once again appealed to the city residents with such a request. This is due to the fact that the country’s infrastructure is more and more often targeted by the enemy.
The Linovytsia community of the Pryluky region held a charity concert to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During the event, UAH 17,560 was raised. Currently, the community is collecting money for an SUV for the unit of the Armed Forces, where their countryman serves.
Residents of Zamistya village, the Sukhopolova community, set up a bus stop in the colours of the Ukrainian flag. The new structure, which was built at the expense of the local budget and with the support of one of the local entrepreneurs, will be a protection from rain and snow for passengers. Before that, there was nothing at that place and drivers would stop only on demand.
Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine
Dnipropetrovsk oblast
Another difficult night: the russian occupiers did not stop terrorizing the Nikopol region. A peaceful Ukrainian woman was killed, another person wounded. The invaders also attacked the Kamianske region. In the Marhanets community, the Nikopol region, the russian army struck with heavy artillery and small arms fire. A 31-year-old woman was killed by enemy attacks. A citizen born in 1989 was also injured, she was hospitalized with shrapnel wounds. As a result of shelling in Marhanets, a furniture shop, a lyceum, two and a half dozen private houses and high-rise buildings, an administrative building, four cars, and half a dozen power lines were damaged. The occupiers directed kamikaze drones at the energy infrastructure facility in the Kamianske region.
According to Head of the Regional Council Mykola Lukashuk, the following cities were immediately hit by rocket attacks: Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih and Pavlohrad. The target of the occupiers was the energy infrastructure and an industrial enterprise in Kryvyi Rih. The destruction is serious. In the Nikopol region, a private house was damaged by fragments of a downed missile. Also, in one of the regions, the wreckage of the downed Kalibr missile was found and destroyed by pyrotechnics.
In Dnipro, for the safety of people, concrete protective structures are being installed near public transport stops. It will be possible to wait during the air alarm there. One such building accommodates up to 28 people.
Vinnytsia oblast
Relying on the information provided by Head of the Tomashpil settlement council, Valerii Nemyrovskyi, the Air Force of the AFU shot down some missiles fired by russian troops in the morning. As a result of falling rocket debris, 24 private houses, the administrative premises of a utility company, secondary and music schools, and two shops were damaged. In another village, farm buildings were damaged. Currently, the relevant commission is conducting an examination there.

Kirovohrad oblast
According to Head of the Kirovohrad Regional State Administration, Andrii Raikovych, enemy missiles hit one of the energy facilities in the Svitlovodsk region. Previously – without victims. According to Head of Svitlovodsk community Andriy Malitskyi, private and multi-apartment buildings damaged by the shock wave of a russian missile are being inspected.
Poltava oblast
According to Dmytro Lunin, Head of the Poltava Regional State Administration, air defense forces were on alert.
Poltava volunteers made more than 80 metal stoves for the Ukrainian military in two months. The stoves are made of 50-liter gas cylinders and transferred to the front, in particular, to Kharkiv and Donetsk oblasts.
Cherkasy oblast
Relying on the information provided by the city mayor Anatolii Bondarenko, the russian army launched an airstrike on an energy infrastructure facility in the morning. 4 people got injured and were hospitalized. Zaporizhzhia oblast
The situation towards Zaporozhzhia has not undergone significant changes. According to the Zaporizhzhia RMA, russian troops continue to focus their main efforts on maintaining the occupied borders.
The occupiers are systematically shelling the civilian infrastructure of the oblast. Police officers recorded the consequences of shelling in Stepove, Znachkovo, Olhivske, Chervone, Poltavka, Shevchenkivske, Zaliznychne, Huliaipole, Mali Shcherbaky, Preobrazhenka, Novoandriivka, Dorozhnianka, Novodanylivka, Malynivka, Shcherbaky, Orikhiv. The russians fired from anti aircraft systems, artillery, MLRSs, aviation, and also used unmanned aerial vehicles. There is information about injured citizens.
Oleksandr Starukh, Head of the Zaporizhzhia RMA, says that in the morning, russian troops twice launched missiles at the regional center. As a result of the attacks, almost the entire city – more than 200K consumers – was left without power supply.
The evacuation of the civilian population from the temporarily occupied territory was not carried out, because the russian invaders did not let out thousands of people.

The occupiers caused an environmental disaster at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant. As reported by Enerhoatom, due to shutdowns of the power units, the temperature of the water in the reservoir for cooling fell down. It caused fish kills. 25 years ago, fish were specially brought into the pond to ensure environmental cleanliness and perform a sanitary function. The fish destroys the green algae and thus keeps the cooling tubes of the turbine condenser clean. If the water temperature in the cooling pond does not rise soon, about a thousand tons of fish will die.
Mykolaiv oblast
According to the ‘South’ Operational Command, the enemy shelled the Kutsurub community with MLRS and heavy artillery, the outskirts of the settlement in the Inhulka community, the Bereznehuvate community, and the port aquatory in the Ochakiv community. There were no injuries or damage. One of the settlements in the Shyroke community was shelled, one residential building was damaged. In addition, 10 more rockets were shot down over the oblast during the day.
As reported by head of Mykolaiv Regional Council Hanna Zamazeieva, the number of people in the hospitals of Mykolaiv oblast injured as a result of russian attacks increased by 65 people. As of yesterday morning, there were 371 citizens injured by the russian attacks in Mykolaiv hospitals, and today there are 436. Another 40 victims received medical care on an outpatient basis.
According to Vladyslav Nazarov, Spokesman for the ‘South’ Operational Command, russian troops fired at civilian port tugs located towards Ochakiv. Two port civilian tugboats transporting a grain barge were hit, a fire broke out, two sailors died, one went missing.
The Berezan community received more than 20.8 tons of rice as humanitarian aid. This became possible thanks to the agreement of Mykolaiv oblast and the UN World Food Program on emergency distribution of food to the population of Ukraine affected by the crisis. Odesa oblast
The previous night, air defense forces were on alert in the oblast due to the threat of missile attacks. According to Spokesman of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Serhii Bratchuk, no explosions were recorded. The enemy naval group in the Black Sea includes 8 ships and 2 surface missile carriers with 16 Kalibr missiles.
The spokesman also noted that Ukraine, Turkey and the UN agreed on a plan for 14 vessels moving through the maritime humanitarian corridor within the “grain agreement” framework. The russian side was informed. The day before, 22 ships were staying in the ports of Odesa for loading. According to the Ministry of Infrastructure, a total of 12 ships left the ports of Odesa, Chornomorsk and Pivdenny today to deliver 354.5 thousand tonnes of agricultural products to countries in Africa, Asia and Europe. The day before, the russian federation announced the termination of the agreement due to attacks on russian warships in the temporarily occupied Sevastopol.
Kherson oblast
Active hostilities continue in the region and the situation remains extremely tense. According to the information from the ‘South’ Operational Command, the enemy is trying to hold the occupied lines, but at the same time is setting up new lines of defense, including those on the left bank of the Dnipro.
The enemy is shelling the communities in the oblast with artillery, Hrad MLRSs and mortars. Civilians were killed by the projectile hitting the civilian infrastructure. The enemy is also shelling the liberated territories in Kherson oblast with heavy artillery and MLRSs. In particular, populated areas in Beryslav district were attacked, 3 civilians injured and private residences damaged. The liberated Tryfonivka was fired twice from heavy artillery and MLRSs. Without losses and destruction.
Due to constant enemy shelling, the territory of the Vysokopillia community, the peasants lost their grain harvest. The sowing campaign for 2023 was also disrupted.
The police recorded 60 war crimes committed by the russian army in Kherson oblast. In particular, abduction of local residents from their own homes by the russian military, seizure of cars from communal enterprises, looting and occupation of houses. Also, according to the ‘South’ Operational Command, the occupiers deliberately cut off electricity and water, access to information, threaten with rocket attacks by the Armed Forces, and agitate for urgent evacuation in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson oblast.
Head of the military administration of Kryvyi Rih, Oleksandr Vilkul, reported on the evacuation of people from the recently liberated settlements of Kherson oblast, which are being shelled by the occupiers. Today, it was possible to evacuate 33 people from one of the front-line villages, including 2 babies. People who do not have relatives are placed in schools and care centers, where they are provided with assistance.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the occupiers are illegally dismantling the equipment of cell towers in Kherson oblast and taking it to Donetsk oblast. In this way, the occupiers are trying to expand the coverage of russian communications operators.

Volyn oblast
In Volyn, on the Ukrainian-Polish border, at the checkpoint Yahodyn-Dorohusk, the electronic project eCherga is being tested. The leadership of the Zakarpattia RMA joined the Khust Half Marathon-2022. This year’s race in Khust is a charity run. Participants covered distances for the sake of the military, and all donations and registration fees will be directed to the needs of the Armed Forces.
Ivano-Frankivsk oblast
Humanitarian aid was sent to the displaced persons in Kalush region. Namely, food, 8 pallets of blankets, pillows, blankets, and hygiene products.
Mayor of Ivano-Frankivsk, Ruslan Martsinkiv, announced that from Ivano-Frankivsk, mattresses, blankets, disposable dishes, food products, etc. were sent to the Territorial Defense soldiers.
In the RMA, a working meeting on the involvement of able-bodied persons to perform socially useful works in the conditions of martial law was held. The event was held with the participation of specialists from the regional employment center and representatives of specialized structural divisions of Ivano-Frankivsk oblast.
Lviv oblast
Head of the Lviv RMA, Maksym Kozytskyi, announced that soldiers of the West air command shot down three rockets of the invaders over Lviv oblast.There were no damages or injuries.
The Representative of the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights, Olha Altunina, visited Lviv oblast. Together with the representatives of the Lviv RMA, she visited places where IDPs live and inspected places for settlement that need repair.
Modern mental health centers will be created in all city polyclinics of Lviv. The Lviv Health Department is working on this.
Two women who lost their legs as a result of the combat operations of the russian army were given prosthetics free of charge on the basis of the AROL PLUS prosthetic and orthopedic enterprise. It was possible to do this with funds collected at art exhibitions and an auction within the framework of the Hands for Mom project.
Drohobych region received 170 new laptops for each territorial community of the district. The equipment was received from the UN and Google.
The Estonian CF Glory to Ukraine sent humanitarian aid to the children in the social protection institution of the oblast. Volunteers handed over educational toys and stationery worth over UAH 17K.

60K bulbs of different varieties of tulips are sent from the Netherlands to Lviv, most of which will decorate the central part of the city. Such a gift was given to Lviv by a Dutch businessman.
Rivne oblast
Mayor of Rivne, Oleksandr Tretiak, reported that a message about mining the lyceum in Rivne was received. The children were promptly evacuated to a safe place. In the facility, explosives technicians conducted a search for dangerous explosive devices. No dangerous items were found.
In Rivne oblast, authorities abandoned the intention to introduce the 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. time slot for education. Head of the RMA, Vitalii Koval, reported that the energy system was stabilized, so there is no need for such a schedule at the moment.
Residents of Varash sent 400 camouflage nets to the front. The nets were woven in educational institutions of the Varas community and delivered to Kharkiv, Donetsk and Mykolaiv oblasts.
Ternopil oblast
The first batch of 250 sets of winter uniforms for soldiers of the 105th separate territorial defense brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was handed over from Ternopil. In total, it is planned to make 2,5K sets. In addition, shoes and thermal underwear will also be purchased.
Khmelnytskyi oblast
The RMA reported that 2 rockets fell in the Kamianets-Podilsky district. They fell in the field. There were no injuries or damage. Debris of another rocket fell in the Khmelnytskyi district. A fire broke out, the roof and windows of a civil building were damaged. The fire was extinguished, there were no casualties or injuries.
Chernivtsi oblast
The RMA reported that in Chernivtsi oblast, there is damage to critical infrastructure as a result of russian missile fire.
The Storozhynets gymnasium reported that Bukovyna students collected UAH 45K for the Armed Forces. The funds were handed over to Ukrainian volunteer and public figure Serhii Prytula.
The Ternopil center of recruitment and social support reported that transportation companies from Bukovyna sent 24 cars to the military.
International support of Ukraine in the russian-Ukrainian war (russia’s invasion of Ukraine)
The Czech government will provide Ukraine with $20 million annually for recovery assistance, in addition to emergency programs and assistance from EU funds.
