The enemy launched about 10 MLRS attacks on the positions of our troops and civilian objects.

Ukraine is still under a threat of the enemy launching missile strikes against critical infrastructure facilities. The enemy keeps the aviation group and cruise missile carrier ships in readiness.

In Volyn, Polissia, and Siversk directions, the situation has not changed significantly. No signs of formation of enemy offensive groups have been detected.

Towards Sloboda, the russian occupiers fired from mortars and rocket artillery at the areas of Kozacha Lopan, Strilecha, Ohirtseve, Budarka and Chuhunivka settlements of Kharkiv oblast.

Towards Kupiansk, the enemy is defending previously occupied lines. The occupiers fired from mortars, barrel and rocket artillery in the areas of the settlements of Kupiansk, Tabaivka, Krokhmalne and Berestove in Kharkiv oblast.

Towards Lyman, the enemy is concentrating on conducting offensive operations. Makiivka and Nevske in Luhansk oblast and Yampolivka and Torske in Donetsk oblast were shelled from the entire range of artillery.

Towards Bakhmut and Avdiivka, the enemy continues to attempt offensive actions. The enemy fired from tanks, mortars, barrel and jet artillery in the areas of the settlements of Spirne, Yakovlivka, Bakhmutske, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, Vodyane, Pervomaiske, Krasnohorivka, Maryinka and Novomykhailivka of Donetsk oblast.

Towards Zaporizhzhia, the occupiers are defending themselves. Areas of the settlements of Vremivka, Novosilka, Novopil, Chervone, Zaliznychne, Dorozhnyanka and Kamianske of Zaporizhzhia oblast were damaged by fire.

Towards Kryvyi Rih and Kherson, the enemy is defending positions in temporarily occupied territories. The settlements on the right bank of the Dnipro River, including the city of Kherson, were shelled with artillery.

According to the available information, starting today, the occupiers have forbidden entry to the territory of the Zaporizhzhia NPP to plant workers who refused to sign contracts with rosatom.

Russian invaders are being eliminated in Ukraine. For example, one of the units of the russian occupation forces in Luhansk oblast lost up to 70% of its personnel last week. In the area of ​​the settlement of Babyne, Kherson oblast, the damage to the enemy’s command post was confirmed. Up to 5 units of military equipment were destroyed. The information about the killed and wounded servicemen is being clarified.

Near the settlement of Starobohdanivka, Zaporizhzhia region, the Defense Forces damaged a railway bridge, used by the occupiers to deliver weapons and military equipment.

According to the Minister of Defense Oleskii Reznikov, 101 female soldiers were killed on the front. 50 female soldiers went missing, 100 were wounded. In total 59K 786 women are currently serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 18K women are civilian employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 41K occupy military posts, 5K women are on the front line. 

The press service of Ukrenerho informed that there is an acute shortage of 27% in the energy system in Ukraine. It is caused by the emergency power outages at several power plants. 

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, russia shelled 15 settlements near Kupiansk and Vovchansk. At least nine settlements were attacked.

Writer Volodymyr Vakulenko from Izium region was killed during the occupation. The DNA examination confirmed data about his death. The writer’s parents have been looking for their only son for more than six months. It became known later that the invaders had kidnapped him. Volodymyr disappeared in Kapytolivka village, near Izium, in March 2022.

Head of Kharkiv Regional Investigation Police Department, Serhii Bolvinov, said that in Slobozhanske village, Izium region, investigators exhumed the bodies of five people: among them a baby and a 10-year-old girl. People were killed due to the russian shelling on March 9. The invaders targeted an apartment building.

Russians are constantly shelling Chuhuiv, Kharkiv and Kupiansk districts with rockets and artillery.

Private households and an educational institution in Kupiansk district were hit. About midnight in Bezmiatezhne village an explosive wave damaged the lyceum building as a result of the shelling with an S-300 anti-aircraft missile system. There were no casualties.

Mine danger remains high. Yesterday, 56-year-old and 62-year-old men stepped on explosive ordnance and got injured. They were hospitalised.

Donetsk oblast

Press officer of Donetsk Regional Police, Oleksandra Havrylko, reported that in liberated settlements of the region, the search for burials and identification of dead and killed locals and soldiers continues. As of November 28, law enforcers found 165 burials.

In the temporarily occupied Mariupol, russians established a military warehouse downtown near a working school.

Spokesman of Eastern Group of Troops, Serhii Cherevatyi, informed that the fiercest battles continue near Bakhmut. Russians launched 180-200 artillery strikes on Ukrainian positions. Due to weather and dirt, invaders cannot use much equipment, so they attack with smaller groups. 

The night in Donetsk oblast was relatively quiet, without casualties. In the central part of the region, Vuhledar and the outskirts of Vodiane were shelled. At night there were isolated hits in the old part of Avdiivka. In the morning the city suffered from shelling. The aftermath is being clarified.

In the northern part of the region, massive shelling of Torske and Zarichne in Lyman community continues. It was also loud on the outskirts of Toretsk community. The consequences of the shelling are being established.

Head of Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko, said that yesterday russians killed 2 civilians in Kurakhove. 4 people were injured.

In the temporarily occupied Donetsk, fire broke out in an oil tank farm.

Russians are preparing for closure of coal mines in the temporarily occupied territory of Donbas due to the mobilisation of more than half of the employees and the fact that non-operating enterprises are unprofitable.

Referring to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, one of russian military units in Luhansk oblast lost up to 70% of the personnel in the last week.

Luhansk oblast

State Environmental Inspectorate in Luhansk oblast reported that environmental inspection surveyed the territory of Kreminna substation. According to the collected data, damage to the environment amounted to UAH 1.5 billion.

The invaders continue to steal Ukrainian grain. In Starobilsk district, almost 900 tonnes of grain were taken away.

Towards Bilohorivka, our defenders constantly repel enemy attacks around the clock. Based on the information provided by the head of Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Haidai, russians are defending themselves near Kreminna and Svatove. According to him, Ukrainian troops, under the leadership of Commander of the Ground Forces of the AFU, Oleksandr Syrskyi, disrupt enemy plans to attempt to advance in this area.

Kyiv oblast

The Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden arrived in Kyiv to discuss further support for Ukraine. This was announced on Twitter by the Latvian Minister Edgars Rinkēvičs. This is the largest group of ministers to visit Ukraine since the russian aggression began.

According to the head of the National Police of Kyiv region Andriy Nebytov, the death toll from the enemy missile strike on a high-rise building in Vyshhorod has increased to 7 people. Another woman died in hospital. In total, the number of victims of the terrorist attack is 42 people, including 6 children, the youngest girl is five years old.

Emergency blackouts continue in the oblast. According to the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, about 40% of the region is currently without electricity due to the destruction of energy infrastructure after the russian missile and drone attacks. Power engineers are working non-stop and doing everything possible to restore electricity and return to scheduled blackouts.

DTEK reported that emergency blackouts in Kyiv are a necessary measure to balance the power system and avoid equipment malfunctions. According to Ukrenergo, 60% of the city’s consumption capacity is to be reduced. The electricity to Kyiv consumers is planned to be supplied for 2-3 hours twice a day. The maximum duration of each outage should not exceed 5 hours.

The mayor of Kyiv Vitalii Klychko said that Kyiv has provided more than 400 generators for the heating points. 100 generators were provided by volunteers and charitable organizations. The city will soon receive 12 mobile modular boilers, ordered to be used in heating points.

Andriy Nebytov, the head of the National Police of the region, reported that due to blackouts, there has been an increase in the number of traffic accidents in the oblast and a slight increase in domestic violence cases, but the number of thefts has decreased. The police doubled the number of patrols in Kyiv oblast, and also plans to install 500 video surveillance cameras with face recognition.

Kyiv RMA reported that in the city of Irpin, on Zakhidna street, damaged windows and doors in a residential complex are being replaced at the expense of the state budget. As a result of hostilities, the roof, facade, windows, doors were destroyed, and children’s and sports grounds located nearby were damaged. The residents of the house repaired part of the damage themselves.

Oleksandr Kamyshyn, Chairman of the Board of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia”, informed that the temporary railroad car town, opened in Irpin for residents who lost their homes due to russian aggression, has officially closed. More than 80 residents of the “iron” town were relocated to Polish houses by the Irpin mayor’s office.

The main Christmas tree will be set up on St. Sophia Square of the capital, said the mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klychko. It will be financed by private business. Mass events, concerts and food stands will not be organized.

Zhytomyr oblast

According to the Zhytomyr RMA, police stations and fire departments are prepared to help residents of the region in case of emergency. In case of a long-term power outage, they will work as an additional invincibility point. Such hubs will serve as a shelter, use a landline phone, recharge mobile devices and receive first aid.

In case of emergency cut-off of water supply, Zhytomyr residents are promised to be provided with water delivery in 24 hours following the cut-off. The city council urges residents to store enough water in case of possible problems with water supply, and to print out schedules and times of water delivery, as well as addresses of the nearest water pumps and wells.

Rescuers of Zhytomyr oblast are inspecting the Invincibility Points in the Ovruch community. The inspection is aimed at updating the data to address further problems with the equipment, logistics and functioning of the locations.  

Grenade launcher training took place in Zhytomyr. Civilians were taught how to destroy tanks and other armored vehicles. Prior to this, there was training on combat first aid, marksmanship and proper gear. According to Vitaliy Kuzmin, coordinator of the Civilian Readiness Center project, some citizens who have completed 5-7 such training are already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which they joined being sufficiently prepared.

The “In Touch Ukraine Foundation” NGO reported that two more communities were visited by mobile educational teams, which weekly expand the map of their activities on the territory of Zhytomyr oblast. Mentors of educational teams focused on mine safety training to provide knowledge that can save lives.

The chess championship among men and women was held in Zhytomyr. According to the Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration, the tournament was of charitable nature – all participants and spectators had the opportunity to join the fundraising for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Sumy oblast

Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, reported that over the past 24 hours, the enemy shelled a border village in the Esman community. There were 2 hits from barrel artillery.

The current blackout schedules in Sumy and the oblast are as follows: 2 in 2 hours – in both the regional center and in the oblast. Since 10.00, emergency blackouts were applied in Sumy and the oblast.

Konotop Mayor Artem Semenikhin took part in the annual congress of mayors and heads of municipalities of France, as reported by Konotop City Council. The main topic of the congress was the war in Ukraine. In their speeches the heads of Ukrainian cities talked about the consequences of russian aggression and shared their experience of daily overcoming economic challenges and energy disasters.

The entire Krolevets community was left without electricity. The City Council of Krolevets urged citizens to remain calm. The statement says that this situation is the result of an emergency shutdown in the entire power system. There are no forecasts on when the power supply will be restored.

Shops of the Sumy community plan to work during power blackouts. This was reported by the Sumy City Council. Shopping facilities are provided with alternative power sources: generators or emergency power supply systems. Shops that do not have generators will work until dark.

The Sumy Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported that the scammers in Sumy oblast were selling non-existent generators and boilers: two of them were detained by the police. The criminal was even targeting the military, who transferred money to them and did not receive the ordered goods. The men will be charged under Art.190, Part 3 (“Fraud”).

A patriotic contest ‘Numo, khloptsi!’ (Ukrainian for ‘Come on, guys!’) was held in Shostka. This was reported by the Shostka Town Council. To educate young people, a town event was held on the occasion of the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: the team “Patron the Dog” won.

Chernihiv oblast

The spokeswoman of the Chernihiv border detachment, Halyna Shekhovtsova, reported that the invaders shelled the territory of Semenivka community three times in one day from the russian settlements. Three morning attacks, allegedly from a mortar, were recorded near the village of Yanzhulivka. In the evening, three mines exploded in Mykolaivka, and almost immediately after that four explosions were heard near Halahanivka.

According to Chernihivoblenergo the blackout schedule “3 in 6” continues to work in Chernihiv oblast: 3 hours with electricity and 6 without. This is an intensified schedule, to which Chernihiv oblast returned on November 24.

The delegation from Chernihiv oblast took part in the 104th Congress of Mayors and Presidents of Agglomerations of France. Among them were the mayors of Nizhyn Oleksandr Kodola and Ichnia Olena Buturlim. The mayors of Ukrainian cities had the opportunity to talk about the war in Ukraine and russian war crimes. They have also discussed possible assistance to the regions during the meeting with the President of France Emmanuel Macron and members of the Senate.

The Mena community is collecting holiday gifts for the military. This was reported by the city council. A charity event “Become St. Nicholas for the military” has been launched in the city of Mena, which aims to create a holiday atmosphere, as well as to express gratitude and respect for the defenders. Volunteers are collecting instant food, sweets, apples, as well as socks, raincoats and other necessary things from the participants. The organizers also encourage to bring children’s drawings and letters for the soldiers.

Students and staff of Chernihiv schools were evacuated from educational institutions due to a bomb threat. This was reported by the National Police of Chernihiv oblast. Special services are working at the scene.

A book about the crimes of the invaders and the heroism of Ukrainian defenders was published in Chernihiv. The publishing house “Cheline” presented its own book “Unconquered Chernihiv oblast”, which contains eyewitness accounts of war events, stories of volunteers and defenders. Soon the English version will be published.

Chernihiv Charitable Foundation “Nadiia” has delivered an ambulance to the servicemen on the frontline. According to the president of the foundation Serhii Tepliakov, this assistance is a response to a request from fellow marines. They sent a car, a ventilator and medicines for hospitals in Dnipro.

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

According to Head of the regional council Mykola Lukashuk, Marhanetsk, Chervonohryhorivka and Pokrovsk communities of Nikopol district suffered enemy attacks at night. The occupiers fired more than three dozen shells from heavy artillery and MLRS. 

Vinnytsia oblast

The German city of Karlsruhe sent heating tents with a kitchenette to Vinnytsia. In addition to the tents, such equipment sets as an electric generator with a reserve of fuel, UFO heaters, a fan heater and a stove for cooking were supplied

Vinnytsia residents were taught how to use a defibrillator and perform artificial respiration in one of the city’s shopping centers.

Kirovohrad oblast

 Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

According to the National Police, over the past day, the occupants shelled civilian infrastructure in the area of 9 settlements of the oblast.  The military administration informed that there were 18 reports of destruction of civilian houses and civilian infrastructure as a result of shelling by russian soldiers. 

During the last day, 29 civilians, including 2 children, were evacuated from the temporarily occupied territory.

The head of the military administration noted that over the past day russia carried out 88 attacks, 33 of them – on 17 territorial communities of the oblast. 18 objects were affected. Yesterday enemy fire in Huliaipole claimed the life of a man, and three more were wounded. Currently, the state of critical infrastructure in the combat zone is very difficult, because the power grids are destroyed by shelling and there is no way to fully restore them. Fewer and fewer people manage to leave the occupied territory of Zaporizhzhіa oblast. Over the last week, only 438 people, including 67 children, managed to escape, which is much fewer than in summer months.

Mykolaiv oblast

The spokesman for the Mykolaiv military administration said that russia again struck at the water area of the Ochakiv community and fired artillery at the coastline of the Kutsurubska community. Russian troops also launched a missile attack on the territory of Kherson oblast, where a pumping station of the Mykolaiv water utility came under fire. Because of this, the supply of drinking water to the city is delayed for an indefinite period, Mykolaiv Mayor Oleksandr Senkevych said that after liberation of Kherson, utility crews promptly repaired the water supply system. However, russia commits terrorist attacks and fights with the civilian people. There has been no drinking water in the city for more than 8 months. 

The communication department of the National Police in Mykolaiv oblast reported that since the liberation of Mykolaiv oblast began, explosive experts of the police service have examined almost 37 hectares, where they seized 422 explosive items. Experts inspected school premises, yards, basements, houses, and agricultural and administrative buildings. Mine clearance work in the Snihuriv community and other liberated villages is still ongoing.

Mykolaivoblenerho disconnected almost 600 settlements from the power grid. The press office of the company reported that the situation in the region is critical. According to the information, almost 150K consumers of Mykolaiv oblast have no electricity supply.

Odesa oblast

Spokesman of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Serhii Bratchuk, said that the situation in Odesa oblast remains under complete control. Although 11 russian ships and boats, including one carrier of 8 Kalibr cruise missiles, are on combat duty in the Black Sea. The enemy continues to threaten with missile strikes and will continue to do so. 

Seven vessels with 248 K tonnes of agricultural products left Odesa ports. 19 vessels are getting ready in the ports with 740 K tonnes of Ukrainian grain to be loaded. According to the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, 4 more vessels are sailing through the “grain corridor”, which should export 105K tonnes of Ukrainian agricultural products. In total, since August 1, 501 vessels have left the Black Sea ports of Ukraine, and the overall amount of exported agricultural products reaches 12 million tonnes. Food cargoes were sent to the countries of Asia, Europe, and Africa.

Kherson oblast

Yaroslav Ianushevych, the head of the Regional Military Administration, said that the russian occupiers shelled the territory of Kherson oblast 30 times during the day. One person was killed and two more residents of the region injured. In Kherson, shells hit private and apartment buildings. The russian military also shelled 18 settlements in the oblast. 

Also, the police of Kherson oblast reported that for two days russian troops had been shelling residential areas of Kherson city, Kherson, and Beryslav regions twenty-four hours a day. The police opened 46 criminal proceedings over the shelling. The russian army attacked civilians with heavy artillery, Grad MLRs and mortars. Shells exploded in houses, yards, roads, and fields. Residential buildings, outbuildings, and cars were destroyed. There are dead and wounded. A shell fragment hit a house in Chornobaivka and injured a 10-year-old boy. The child was taken to hospital with trauma and shrapnel wounds.

Pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, which inspect and clear mines in the de-occupied territories of Kherson oblast, found and destroyed 6,189 explosive objects. This was reported by the department of service. Works on demining continue. 

The Skadovsk city council reported that it received more than 180 applications about the seizure of housing by russian occupants. Most of the seized housing is in Skadovsk – 26% of all applications. In most cases, the russian military moved into the empty apartments, but there are cases of settlement by immigrants or residents from the territory of russia. Also in some cases, the applicants reported about the settlement of builders from Moscow, and collaborators from the occupation administration. They not only move into vacant houses, but also loot. 

Russian soldiers shot a car with civilians and ran over it with a tank. The department said that the Prosecutor’s Office is investigating another war crime of the russian army in Kherson oblast on violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder. Investigators found that in March 2022, between two villages in Kherson oblast, the russian military shot a car in which two civilians were traveling with automatic weapons and then ran them over with a tank. More than 50 entry and exit holes left by the shelling were found on the car. They also found the probable burial place of the killed, who had been buried in the cemetery by local residents. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.

Latest news for today in the western regions of Ukraine

Volyn oblast

For the personal courage and selfless actions shown in the defense of the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, Mayor of Lutsk Ihor Polishchuk presented the order For Courage of the 2nd degree (posthumously) to the mother of the sailor of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mykhailo Pristupa.

Head of the Kharkiv police awarded the soldiers of the 14th separate mechanized brigade named after Prince Roman the Great from Volyn. The brigade, together with the National Police of Kharkiv oblast, liberated towns and villages during the counteroffensive of the Defense Forces. Now the servicemen are cooperating on the liberated territory of the oblast.

Zakarpattia oblast

Hungarian President Katalin Novak is on a working visit to Zakarpattia. Katalin Novak arrived in Ukraine at the invitation of Volodymyr Zelenskyy within the founding summit of the new humanitarian initiative Grain From Ukraine.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast received a limit of 292 MW per day. First of all, critical infrastructure facilities will be supplied with power. 

In the RMA, a coordination meeting with international donors was held. They discussed solving the problems of IDPs living in the oblast.

The RMA representatives visited Kherson oblast. During the visit, a minibus from the Ivano-Frankivsk community was handed over to the local police.

The RMA reported that over 60 members of the families of the Carpathian servicemen went on a week-long pilgrimage to Medjugorje.

Lviv oblast

In one of the medical institutions of Lviv oblast, a modernized rehabilitation department, which can accommodate 50 defenders of Ukraine, was opened. In addition, the Lviv RMA financed the construction of a sports ground for soldiers on the territory of this medical facility.

Two ambulances went from Lviv oblast to the soldiers in Kharkiv as part of the  #1000_freedom_cars initiative. These are ambulances equipped with everything necessary to help save the lives in areas of hostilities.

Soldiers of the 14 separate mechanized brigade named after King Danylo received another batch of volunteer aid, namely, generators, stoves, warm clothes, etc. In addition, 3 off-road vehicles were delivered to the area of ​​combat missions on the 1K Cars of Freedom initiative.

The student organization American Students for Health of the University of the State of New York in Stony Brook collected funds for a modern venoscanner AIMVEIN PRO 2.0 PLUS to treat newborns at the Center for Neonatology of the Saint Nicholas Children’s Hospital in Lviv.

In the Unbroken center, a bionic hand was installed for a combat medic. Dmytro lost his right hand at the front. The man will return to the front in a week with a bionic prosthesis.

A new street has appeared in Stryi. It was named in honour of Oleh Kutsyn, an outstanding combatant of the Carpathian Sich, who fell on June 19. Brothers and friends of the commander, who fought side by side with him since February 24, came to the opening ceremony.

Within the walls of the Lviv Organ Hall, events are held within the Music and War project financed by the Stabilization Fund of the Goethe Institute. The initiative brought together 17 performers from all over Ukraine to arrange unique music programs by world and Ukrainian composers, a new exhibition of drawings by Mariupol young artists and performers’ reflections on art during the war.

Rivne oblast

Another charitable medical shipment from Italy was brought to Dubno from Vanko Farmaceutico Fondazione Onlus. It was sent by representatives of the Association of Ukrainians in Verona Malve di Ukraina.

Ukrainians in Germany make trench candles for the Ukrainian military. Among them is Svitlana Sharmina and her daughter Iryna. In total, they have already produced almost 200 trench candles.

Ternopil oblast

Ternopiloblenerho announced that due to the shortage of capacity in the energy system of Ukraine and to avoid large-scale accidents in the power grids, emergency shutdown schedules for consumers are being introduced in Ternopil oblast.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

Head of Khmelnytskyi OVA Serhii Hamalii announced that after the barrage of missile attacks by the terrorist state on November 23, the second power unit of the Khmelnytskyi nuclear plant was connected to the Ukrainian power system. 

Deputies of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Council intend to appeal to the President of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada and the Cabinet of Ministers regarding the preparation of the country for the heating season in order to protect citizens from energy collapse under martial law. The relevant text of the appeal is published on the site of the oblast council.

Chernivtsi oblast

The Department of Health Protection of Chernivtsi oblast reported that the Chernivtsi Regional Clinical Hospital received modern high-tech equipment. It is about a bronchoscope of the latest modification made in Japan (Olimpus).

Soldiers of the 80th separate amphibious assault brigade of Chernivtsi oblast were awarded with state awards. The servicemen received awards and valuable gifts from the Ministry of Defense.

International support of Ukraine in the russian-Ukrainian war (russia’s invasion of Ukraine)

Head of the Ministry of Defense of Belgium, Ludovin Dedonder, reported that the Belgian Council of Ministers approved the supply of ten unmanned underwater vehicles and two mobile laboratories to Ukraine. The Minister added that the Armed Forces will receive two mobile laboratories made in Belgium. According to her, they can be quickly deployed near the site of a chemical, bacteriological, radiological or nuclear incident.

Minister of Culture Oleksandr Tkachenko announced that Belgium will allocate EUR 150K of cultural aid to Ukraine.

The Council of the EU added the circumvention of sanctions against the russian federation to the list of criminal offenses.

Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dmytro Kuleba, announced that the meeting of the Council of Ministers of the OSCE in Poland will be held without a representative of the russian federation.

Secretary General of NATO Jens Stoltenberg, said that the more military support Ukraine will have, the stronger its position  in future negotiations will be.

British Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak, said the country would continue increasing military aid for Ukraine.

Heads of Foreign Affairs of Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Sweden came to Kyiv. Head of the Foreign Ministry of Latvia, Edgars Rinkevičs, said that this is the largest group of ministers that has visited Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale war.

According to the UN, 7.9 million Ukrainians are forced to seek protection abroad due to the war. Poland accepted the largest number of Ukrainian refugees – over 1.5 million people, Germany – almost 1.03 million, the Czech Republic – 463K, Italy – 173K, Spain – 154K and France – about 119K.

Within the framework of the signed memorandum with the Norwegian Refugee Council, the Ministry of Social Policy handed over a list of applications for financial assistance to 50K Ukrainians who applied on the eDopomoga platform. At the request of the international organization, the list includes statements of people who are registered in the temporarily occupied territories.

The Border Police of Moldova reported that six checkpoints on the border with Moldova are not working due to the lack of electricity and technical failures in the customs databases of Ukraine.

Government Commissioner for the Security of the Information Space of Poland, Stanislav Zharyn, reported that in Warsaw the Alley of Victims of Russian Aggression was opened.
