It has been the 277th day of the Ukrainian resistance to the russian military aggression. 

What happened in Ukraine today:

The enemy continues the armed aggression against Ukraine, does not stop striking civilian infrastructure facilities and focuses efforts on deterring the actions of units of the Defence Forces. The enemy is transferring personnel and military equipment of the enemy to equip units that have suffered losses. The enemy forces operating in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine are expected to strengthen due to the transfer of individual units from the territory of the republic of belarus after they acquire combat capabilities.

The enemy launched 4 rocket attacks on civilian facilities in the settlements of Rozumivka in Zaporizhzhia oblast and Musiivka in Dnipropetrovsk oblast and fired 10 MLRS attacks.

Ukraine is still under a threat of the enemy missile strikes against critical infrastructure facilities.

In the Volyn and Polissya directions, the situation has not changed significantly, and no signs of the formation of occupiers’ offensive groups have been detected.

The republic of belarus continues to support the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine, provides its territory and airspace for launching missile and air strikes.

The units of the belarusian special operations forces, which are part of the regional grouping of the troops of the so-called union state of the russian federation and the republic of belarus, are involved in strengthening the section of the state border.

Towards Siversk, in the border areas of the Bryansk and Kursk regions, enemy units continue to cover the section of the russian-Ukrainian border, conducting simulation and provocative warfare actions. A mortar attack was carried out near Yanzhulivka, Chernihiv oblast.

Towards Slobozhanskyi, the occupiers shelled the areas of Kozacha Lopan, Strilecha, Izbytske, Ohirtseve, Bochkove, Budarky, Chuhunivka and Ambarne settlements of Kharkiv oblast with mortars and rocket artillery.

The enemy is on the defensive in the Kupiansk direction. Occupiers fired from the entire range of artillery in Kupiansk, Kurylivka, Tabaivka, Krokhmalne, and Berestove areas in the Kharkiv oblast.

Towards Lyman, the enemy is concentrating its main efforts on conducting offensive operations. Areas of Makiivka and Nevske settlements in Luhansk oblast, Yampolivka and Torske in Donetsk oblast were hit with artillery.

Towards Bakhmut and Avdiivka, the enemy continues to focus its main efforts on conducting offensive operations. They shelled with tanks, mortars, barrel and rocket artillery on the areas of the settlements of Spirne, Yakovlivka, Bakhmutske, Bakhmut, Klishchiivka, Andriivka, Kurdiumivka, Avdiivka, Vodiane, Pervomaiske, Krasnohorivka, Maryinka and Novomykhailivka of Donetsk oblast.

Towards Novopavlivka, the enemy shelled the positions of the Defence Forces and the areas of the settlements of Vuhledar, Novoukrainka, Zolota Nyva and Neskuchne of Donetsk oblast with artillery of various types.

The enemy is on the defensive in the Zaporizhzhia direction. They fired from artillery of various calibers in the areas of the settlements of Vremivka, Novosilka, Novopil, Poltavka, Malynivka, Chervone, Zaliznychne, Dorozhnianka, Novodanylivka, and Kamianske of Zaporizhzhia oblast.

The enemy is conducting a positional defense in Kryvyi Rih and Kherson directions. The occupiers shelled with artillery units of our troops and settlements on the right bank of the Dnipro River, the city of Kherson.

The invaders continue to suffer losses. Local hospitals of Schastia district of Luhansk oblast are overloaded due to the large number of wounded invaders. The enemy is forced to medically evacuate wounded servicemen to Luhansk.

It was confirmed that an enemy target was damaged in the area of ​​the settlement of Svatove on November 25. About 70 enemy servicemen were there. The number of wounded and dead occupiers is being verified.

The press service of Ukrenerho National Energy Company informs that the electricity shortage in Ukraine is at 20%. The electricity producers cover almost 80% of consumers’ needs. Critical infrastructure facilities require about 10%. 

Enerhoatom president Petro Kotiv informed that Ukraine has nuclear power reserves for 2 years. The fuel production line is to be launched in cooperation with Westinghouse on the basis of their technologies.


Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the invaders are concentrating their efforts on offensive actions in Kupiansk direction. Russians shelled at least 13 settlements yesterday. 

About 100 houses from the association of co-owners of apartment buildings in Kharkiv remain without heating. These are houses with autonomous gas boiler houses.

More than a thousand books have been collected in Poltava, which will be transferred to the liberated territories of Kharkiv oblast. The literature is being taken to the Poltava Academy of Continuing Education. Within 10 days they managed to collect more than a thousand copies.

Kharkiv Regional Police reported that police officers in Izium region found about 6K cartridges, 17 F-1 grenades and other explosive items left by the invaders.

There were no strikes on Kharkiv during the day. But again, Vovchansk, border villages of Kharkiv district, Kupiansk and Kupiansk district are under constant artillery shelling. 

In Kupiansk district, rescuers extinguished fires in private households, garages and more than 10 cars were damaged. 

In Vovchansk community, the oil plant was damaged.

Medics hospitalized a 68-year-old man and an 81-year-old woman who were injured after shelling in Kupiansk. A 50-year-old man was also hospitalised with an explosive injury in Kivsharivka. 

In Shulske village, Lozova region, a 62-year-old man blew up on an explosive ordnance. He died on the spot. Pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service defused 223 explosive ordnance.

Donetsk oblast

The General Staff informed that Defence Forces repelled invaders’ attacks in 5 settlements.

The enemy shelled Kurakhove with artillery, 2 people were killed and 1 injured. 4 buildings were damaged by the shelling.

Night in Donetsk oblast was relatively calm.

In Avdiivka, 1 person was injured and 1 building damaged as a result of the morning shelling. There were isolated attacks in Krasnohorivka, Kostiantynivka, Marinka and Vuhledar; there were no casualties.

In northern part of the region, Lyman suffered missile attacks. 1 building was destroyed and 2 damaged. There were no casualties.

169 Invincibility centres operate in Donetsk oblast.

Head of Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko, reported that yesterday russians killed 5 civilians: 1 in Bakhmut, 1 in Chasiv Yar and 3 in Ridkodub. 4 people were injured.

Referring to the intelligence, the Ministry of Defence of Great Britain reported that russian troops continue attempts to advance in Pavlivka and Vuhledar directions, but they are unlikely to be able to concentrate enough high-quality forces to make an operational breakthrough and capture the entire Donetsk oblast. The Ministry of Defence of Great Britain noted that within the last two weeks Pavlivka and Vuhledar areas have remained the arena of intensive fighting, in the south-central part of Donetsk oblast, although neither of the parties had any significant territorial achievements.

Luhansk oblast

The units of Defence Forces of Ukraine repelled enemy attacks near Stelmakhivka. Russians used TOS-1A heavy flamethrower systems.

The invaders shelled Dibrova, Ploschanka, Makiivka, Nevske and Novoselivske with tanks and artillery.

According to the General Staff, in Svatove, an enemy target with about 70 enemy servicemen was hit. The number of injured and killed invaders is being established.

The General Staff noted that local hospitals in Schastia region are overloaded due to the large number of injured invaders, the enemy is even forced to evacuate their injured to Luhansk.

 The Luhansk Regional Military Administration reported that on the territory of russian federation and the occupied part of Luhansk oblast, everyone is talking about the next wave of mobilization measures that will begin on December 10.

Luhansk State Environmental Inspectorate checked the destroyed Kreminna substation. According to the collected materials, the Inspectorate calculated the environmental damage, which amounted UAH 1.5 billion.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

More than two dozen leaders of states and international organizations joined the Constituent International Summit of the Grain from Ukraine initiative, which took place in Kyiv. The program will be supported by the new International Coordinating Group for the Prevention of Hunger (ICGPH), which is made up of representatives from governments, corporations and international partners who can have a direct impact on the nutritional needs provision of millions of people around the world.

The Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Belgium, Alexander de Croo, visited the mass burial site of people killed and tortured by the russians in Bucha, as well as the almost completely destroyed by the russian occupation Borodianka. As a sign of gratitude to Lithuania for its support in the fight against russian aggression, a plaque with the name of the country’s Prime Minister Ingrid Šimonite was unveiled on the Alley of Courage in Kyiv.

The Kyiv City Military Administration reported that electricity, heat and water supply have been almost completely restored in Kyiv. Repair works in the power grid system are at the final stage. In case of increased load on the power supply system, scheduled or emergency power outages may be applied.

The Kyiv RMA reported that the residential infrastructure in Irpin destroyed by the occupiers is being restored, even in bad weather and in the event of power outages. Currently, more than 30 high-rise buildings are being repaired – windows and doors are being replaced, and roofs are being repaired.

Another one-day course on tactical medicine for women was held in Kyiv at the Obolonskyi Vcentri Hub. The organizer of the event is the Ukrainian Women’s Guard (UWG), a network of the women’s resistance movement. As a network of UWG, it has been operating since 2014, during this period more than 40,000 women throughout Ukraine received training in pre-medicine, shooting, combined military, psychological training and self-defense. One of the main tasks of UWG is the unification and preparation of civilian women for crisis and emergency situations.

The famous Ukrainian restaurateur and business trainer Margarita Sichkar became the ambassador of Hostomel village. According to her, the main goal is to attract even more attention, the involvement of Ukrainian and world media and organizations for the restoration of Hostomel.

American astronaut and former captain of the US Navy Scott Joseph Kelly visited Kyiv. In October, he became an ambassador of UNITED24 for assistance to Ukraine and is engaged in the field of medical assistance. “How else am I going to talk about Ukraine and support Ukraine if I don’t go through this with you,” Scott Kelly said in response to warnings about power and water problems.

Zhytomyr oblast

The Municipal Information Center reported that part of Zhytomyr was left without electricity. This happened due to an overload of the power grid. Recovery will take place after voltage stabilization.

More than 4 million hryvnias were allocated at the session of the Korosten community for the purchase of additional generators. Currently, during shutdowns, the temperature in the heating system is maintained precisely at their expense. Also, generators for invincibility centres from Lithuania should arrive in Korosten in the near future.

The Novohrad-Volynskyi city council reported that Zviagel received 13 generators from the Polish sister city of Belkhatuwa. These generators will ensure the operation of Invincibility centres and parts of individual boiler houses that supply heat to the premises of the centres and some educational institutions.

The birth rate decreased in Zhytomyr during the full-scale war. During these nine months, 1,464 children were born in the maternity ward of Zhytomyr City Hospital No. 1 – this is significantly less than in the same period last year. According to the hospital, one of the reasons is the evacuation of pregnant women abroad.

A charity fair “Our strength in friendship” was held in Zhytomyr with the participation of children’s creative groups of the city, the Zhytomyr Center for Children and Youth Creativity. All collected funds will be used to treat Ukrainian soldiers in the Zhytomyr hospital.

Anastasia Drobush, a high school student from Olevsk, presented her series of drawings “Ukrainian women” abroad. The girl sold part of the paintings in Germany at a charity fair in the city of Magdeburg. The artist received one hundred and sixty euros from the sale, which she transferred to the needs of the Armed Forces.

Sumy oblast

The head of the Sumy RMA Dmytro Zhivytskyi announced that the occupiers fired at a village in the Bilopillia region with a grenade launcher. 20 explosions were recorded.

The Sumy RMA reported that the russian military attacked the outskirts of one of the border villages of the Seredina-Buda community. Shelling was conducted from self-propelled guns, 13 explosions were counted.

The “North” Operation Command reported that the enemy shelled the village of Vilna Sloboda in Shostka region with barrel artillery. Two hits were recorded.

The thematic exhibition for the 90th anniversary of the Holodomor was opened at the Sumy Higher Vocational School. The exhibition presents the works of the famous graphic artist from Chernihiv oblast, Mykola Bondarenko, depicting what people had to eat in that terrible time in order to survive.

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine of the Sumy oblast reported that pyrotechnicians seized four artillery shells and one hand grenade on the territory of the oblast. Explosives were found on the territory of Konotop and Okhtyrka regions. 32 previously found explosives were destroyed: artillery shells, signal mines and other dangerous objects.

The campaign “Give a little happiness to a child” is being held in Shostka: the “Shostka” volunteer center collects gifts for displaced children from the war zone. Residents bring warm clothes and toys to the center.

Chernihiv oblast

The spokeswoman of the Chernihiv border detachment, Halyna Shekhovtsova reported that russian military made several strikes on the Semenivka community using drones. Two explosives were dropped from a drone on the territory of the community.

The “North” Operation Command reported that the russian occupiers opened fire on the territory of the village of Yanzhulivka of the Semenivka communi ty. Shelling was conducted from the russian territory, probably from mortars; three hits were recorded.

The city council of Nosivka reported that local volunteers are bringing aid for the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the east. A group of volunteers will visit Kostyantynivka, Kurakhove, Sloviansk, Kramatorsk, Pokrovsk and Pokrovske. They will bring to the soldiers basic necessities such as underwear, socks, gloves, lighters, wet wipes, medicine, etc. – and will leave two buses for the defenders.

The well-known Ukrainian singer ONUKA presented the clip “Soul of the People”, shot in Chernihiv oblast in the village of Lukashivka, in a half-destroyed old church. The video tells about the suffering of Ukrainian people from russian aggression and draws parallels between two crimes: the artificial famine of 1932-33 and the full-scale invasion in 2022. Chernihiv musicians and actors took part in the project.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

According to Head of the regional council Mykola Lukashuk, the night in Dnipropetrovsk oblast was tense: occupiers shelled Nikopol region five times with heavy artillery and MLRS. Two communities came under the fire. More than ten private houses and farm buildings, agricultural machinery, a concrete mixer, and a gas pipeline were damaged by shelling in Chervonohryhorivka TC.

One person was killed by the airstrike on Dnipro the other day. Rescuers found the man’s body under the rubble.

Vinnytsia oblast

6,000 hryvnias were collected for a mini-fair held in Hnivan, Vinnytsia oblast. Volunteers of the “Medina” Charitable Foundation organized the event. The money was collected for the banks, to make stew for the defenders.

3,340 trench candles were made and sent to the defenders in a month and a half by the religious community of the Yakushintsi village in Vinnytsia oblast.

Kirovohrad oblast

According to Head of the Kirovohrad Regional State Administration Andrii Raikovych, 20 tons of flour and groats collected by Znamiansk “Kolos” were delivered to Mykolaiv from Kirovohrad oblast. Since the war began, the company has constantly supported Ukrainians.

About 40 tons of cargo were also delivered to Kherson from Kirovohrad oblast. Building materials, repair tools, everything necessary for electricians, food, medicine, hygiene were sent.

Poltava oblast

In Poltava, volunteers of the all-Ukrainian movement “Building Ukraine Together” are renovating rooms for internally displaced persons and creating an educational space. Repairs are made in the premises of the Pedagogical University.

Zaporizhzhia oblast

This night, the russian military again launched a missile attack on the suburbs of Zaporizhzhia. According to the head of Zaporizhzhia RMA, Oleksandr Starukh, two rockets (probably C300) exploded on the territory of an agricultural enterprise for growing ostriches and pigs causing a fire and damaging a fence and a building. Ostriches are all alive, but some are injured. The premises are not subject to restoration.

The occupiers shelled the civilian infrastructure in the settlements of Rozumivka, Shcherbaky, Zaliznychne, Dorozhnianka, Olhivske, Novodanylivka, Chervone, Poltavka, Malynivka, Charivne, Mala Tokmachka, Huliaipole, Orikhiv, Stepove, Kamianske. The police received 21 reports about the destruction of houses (apartments) and infrastructure facilities as a result of shelling by russian military personnel.

On November 25, the Ukrainian military struck enemy’s manpower buildups near Melitopol, Polohy and Mykhailivka. The occupiers’ losses amounted to more than 100 people wounded. About 10 units of military equipment and 2 ammunition warehouses were destroyed.

Petro Kotin, President of Enerhoatom company, said that there were signs that the russian occupiers may leave the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant. According to him, it is too early to say that the russians are leaving the ZNNP, but there are signs that the russian troops are preparing to leave. Kotin emphasized that the russian federation uses the Zaporizhzhia NPP as a military base. The russians mined the territory of the station.

Mykolaiv oblast

Rescuers removed 37 munitions left by the russian troops in Mykolaiv oblast during the day of November 26. This was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Mykolaiv oblast.

Foreign instructors conduct courses in pre-medical care according to the M.A.R.C.H international protocol for the civilian population in Mykolaiv. The theoretical and applied class lasts about five hours. The courses are free of charge and are organized by the “Heroes of Ukraine” charitable foundation. Volunteers have already conducted almost 30 such training sessions for over 400 people. The training took place in Mykolaiv and Mykolaiv oblast.

Odesa oblast

On November 27, emergency power outages continued in Odesa oblast. Schedules of stabilization shutdowns do not work. People are urged to save electricity as much as possible, and not to turn on many devices at the same time.

Nine enemy ships are on combat duty in the Black Sea, and two more are in the Azov Sea. There are no Kalibr cruise missile carriers among them.

Seven ships with 248,000 tons of agricultural products for Asia and Europe left the ports of Great Odesa. Currently, 19 vessels are being processed in the ports of Odesa oblast. 740,000 tons of Ukrainian agricultural products are loaded onto them. According to the “grain initiative”, 4 ships are moving to load 105 thousand tons of agricultural products.

The exhibition “Holodomor: through the eyes of Ukrainian artists” was hosted in the Odesa Art Museum on Memorial Day of the victims of the Holodomor, with the support of the American-Ukrainian Business Council (USUBC). Kherson oblast

On November 27, russian troops shelled the Kherson territorial community five times. Houses were damaged. Fires broke out in some places. There were no casualties.

Yesterday, the russian occupiers shelled Kherson oblast 54 times. Residential districts of Kherson were attacked. Enemy shells hit private residences, a garage cooperative, and an educational institution. Russian occupiers also shelled Chornobaiivka, Prydniprovske, Muzykivka, Zelenivka, Antonivka, Blagovishchenske, Pryozerne and Komyshany.

The russian army also shelled Beryslav and other settlements of the region: Respublikanets, Shyroka Balka, Chervonyi Maiak, Mylove, Kachkarivka, Novoberyslav and Shliakhove.

Yesterday, russian army killed 1 resident of the region, 2 more people, including one child, were wounded.

The russian military damaged the power lines supplying Kherson. Power grids damaged by russian shelling were repaired in less than half an hour. In addition, 150 kV high-voltage lines were supplied. On November 26, household consumers began to be gradually connected to the electricity supply. About 5% of Kherson residents already had electricity in their homes.

Experts of mobile operators have restored the operation of 2 more base stations in Kherson oblast. Currently, 62 basic and 3 mobile mobile communication stations have been restored in the region.

Equipment for the intensive care unit was delivered to the Kherson Regional Clinical Hospital from Germany – monitors, high-frequency surgical instruments, materials for dressing wounds and other medical products. A 10 kW generator was also delivered to the Kherson City Hospital.

Volyn oblast

Ukraine managed to return 12 more Ukrainians from russian captivity. Among them is a native of Volyn, Polyachuk Ivan Serhiyovych. He has been in captivity since May of this year.

He also attended an event for the Memorial Day of Holodomor victims. “I was impressed by the strength, faith, courage and indomitability of Ukrainians. People do great work every day and don’t think of it as heroism. There is a war in Ukraine, everything is not easy, but everyone continues to live without giving up,” the Italian shares.

Zakarpattia oblast

In Uzhhorod, a co-working space was set up on the basis of the Scientific Library of UzhNU. The idea arose in the first days of the war. The institution was equipped with university computers. Employees brought their own equipment. On November 21, the library received 15 modern laptops. This will help meet the need for more IDPs. The nearby university dormitories have become home to more than a thousand people. People fleeing the war were provided with basic necessities. Having recovered and adapted to the new realities, the displaced people began to return to work, mostly remotely. Now the displaced people can comfortably work and do their own business.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

The Kaluska RMA sent a bath and laundry complex on the basis of a Mercedes-Benz truck equipped with an air heating system and three shower cabins to the fighters of the Territorial Defense Battalion of the Kaluska District, performing combat duties on the front line.

Lviv oblast

Maksym Kozytskyi, the head of the Lviv RMA, advised in his Telegram channel that 175 displaced people arrived in Lviv region by three evacuation trains. 528 people traveled from Lviv Oblast to Przemyśl by four trains. Lviv oblast remains the only region in Ukraine receiving evacuation trains every day. Evacuation buses arrive several times a week. They bring people from cities and villages where active hostilities are ongoing. Volunteers of medical and psychological assistance, invited by the Lviv MRA, together with its partners, welcome IDPs at the station from the first days of the full-scale war.

The head of the Lviv MRA Maksym Kozytskyi announced that The Coordination Humanitarian Aid Center sent aid to medical institutions. Hospitals of Zaporizhzhia, Odesa, Cherkasy and Kyiv regions received medical cargo from Lviv oblast. The cargoes are already helping to save lives and treat young and adult Ukrainians.

Rivne oblast

The head of the Rivne military administration Vitaliy Koval in the Telegram channel announced that in the central square of the city of Sarny of the Rivne region, the State Emergency Service, together with the Rivne MRA, set up a point that, during power outages, has already become almost the most favorite place of locals. They can warm up, drink hot tea or coffee, and charge the phone there. A first aid kit is available. The access to WiFi is provided by Starlink. A children’s corner with coloring pages and toys has been set up for the little ones. Only on the first day after deployment, about 400 residents of the community visited the point. In total, there are 132 invincibility centers in Rivne region. 

Ternopil oblast

12 stationary heating points are planned to be deployed in Ternopil. In Ternopil, work continues to prepare and install additional stationary heating points for  civilians. Such locations will also be prepared for temporary residence of people in the event of shortage of water supply, gas supply, and heat supply. As of now, several mobile heating points are operating in the city. Two of them have been deployed by representatives of the State Emergency Service. Another one is operating on the basis of the city’s Territorial Center.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

On November 27, the first train arrived in Khmelnytskyi from Kherson with 73 Kherson residents who took advantage of free evacuation provided by the government. After arriving in Khmelnytskyi region, all evacuees received help with the registration of an IDP certificate and state financial support in the amount of UAH 2,000 per adult and UAH 3,000 for children and persons with disabilities under the state program from Ukrposhta. Communal institutions have been preparing for the arrival of forced migrants since the summer. So now they are all already resettled in schools, kindergartens and other equipped facilities in the region. People were taken to their new homes by bus from the train station.

Almost UAH 9 million was allocated in Khmelnytskyi to purchase generators for educational and social institutions, youth and sports. Earlier, UAH 24.5 million was allocated to purchase generators for housing, communal and social facilities. Generators are also purchased separately for medical institutions.

Chernivtsi oblast

The head of Chernivtsi RMA Ruslan Zaparaniuk announced in his Telegram channel that as of November 27, Ukrenerho has provided a limit on electricity consumption for Bukovyna. The amount of capacity today is 148 MW, which cannot be exceeded. The channel has an approximate shutdown schedule for November 27. Zaparniuk addressed the residents of the region, noting that the proven consumption limit for Chernivtsi region is not enough. Therefore it is impossible to guarantee compliance with the schedules.

International support of Ukraine in the russian-Ukrainian war (russia’s invasion of Ukraine)

Western howitzers provided to Ukraine will be repaired in Poland. About a third of 350 western howitzers in Ukraine are now in a non-combat condition because of the daily use of the equipment. Ukrainian troops fire from 2 to 4K shells per day.

The Ministry of Defence of Great Britain reported that London has already trained 10 Ukrainian helicopter crews. In the near future, Ukraine will receive Sea King helicopters. 

The Ministry of Defence of Luxembourg informed that they delivered six Czech-made Primoco One 150 drones to the Ukrainian army. 

Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that the first International Summit on Food Security was held today. The summit was supported by more than 20 countries. The total amount for the “Grain from Ukraine” project is already almost $ 150 million. Up to 60 ships are being prepared.

The world is uniting to prevent russia from creating an artificial famine again. Here is a list of countries that have already joined the Ukrainian initiative:

– Belgium has announced a contribution of EUR 10 million.

– France will contribute EUR 6 million, in addition to EUR 14 million previously allocated to the UN World Food Program; 

– Austria will provide an additional EUR 3.8 million to supply grain from Ukraine to Sudan and Ethiopia; 

– Poland will allocate EUR 20 million; 

– the Netherlands will provide EUR 4 million; 

– Hungary will allocate USD 3.5 million; 

Canada is allocating CAD 30 million; 

– Japan will provide USD 14 million in aid; 

– Germany will contribute EUR 15 million.

Based on the information provided by the press service of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, Lithuania sent to Ukraine 6 trucks with 114 transformers of various capacities. 

Olaf Scholz said that Germany will soon transfer three more Iris-T air defense systems to Ukraine.

Minister of Justice of Germany, Marco Buschmann, said that G7 Ministers of Justice will meet for the first time since the G7 creation to discuss the investigation of war crimes committed by russians in Ukraine. The meeting will be held in Berlin on November 28-29.

According to the website of the German government, Germany is transferring to Ukraine 10 M1070 Oshkosh tank transporter tractors and 53 armoured vehicles used by German border guards. The military aid to Ukraine includes MARS II MRLs ammunition; parts for the M2 heavy machine gun; 116 field heaters; 28 anti-drone sensors and suppressors; 4 forklifts; 30 Dingo vehicles; 18 reconnaissance drones; 17 heavy and medium bridge systems; 5 MARS II multiple rocket launchers with ammunition; 2 surface drones; 10 armoured evacuation vehicles. The street where the russian embassy is located was renamed in Leipzig (Germany).  Now it bears the name of Kharkiv resident, Borys Romanchenko. He survived four Nazi concentration camps, but died in March 2022 during the shelling of Kharkiv by russian troops.

Yesterday, a rally was held in London to honour the memory of the Holodomor victims. One of the slogans of the meeting: “In 1932 Stalin starved us to death, today Putin is trying to eliminate us by cold”.

Viktor Orbán emphasized that we need a sovereign Ukraine so that russia never threatens Europe. The Prime Minister of Hungary stated that Europe should make every attempt for Ukraine to remain a sovereign state and for russia not to threaten European states in the future.

“We believe in freedom”: British Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak, published a video in support of Ukrainian people.

Astronaut Scott Kelly, who is an ambassador of the UNITED24 fundraising platform, arrived in Kyiv. Scott Kelly is a former captain of the US Navy. He made four space flights and set several records. The total stay in space for 520 days, 10 hours and 33 minutes and continuous stay in orbit – 340 days in a row.
