It has been the 255th day of the Ukrainian resistance to the russian military aggression. 

What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 18.00: 

The enemy is trying to keep the temporarily captured territories, focusing efforts on restraining the actions of the Defense Forces in certain directions. At the same time, the enemy launches offensive operations towards Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Novopavlivka.

The enemy is firing at the units of the Armed Forces along the front line, erecting defensive constructions in some directions and conducting the aerial reconnaissance. They continue to hit critical infrastructure and civilian homes by violating the International humanitarian laws, conventions and customs of war. 

The enemy carried out 4 missile and 5 air strikes, as well as 20 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems.

Over 20 settlements of Kharkiv, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson and Mykolaiv oblasts came under enemy fire.

The situation did not significantly change towards Volyn and Polissia.  The republic of belarus continues to support the russian armed aggression against Ukraine. According to available information, the check of combat readiness of units of the armed forces of the republic of belarus has been extended until November 14 of this year. There is a constant threat of launching air strikes, including those by strike UAVs from the territory and airspace of the republic of belarus.

In other directions, the enemy fired towards

Sloboda from mortars and barreled artillery, in the areas of Budarka, Hlyboke, Zolochiv, Krasne, Ohirtseve and Starytsia of Kharkiv oblast;

Kupiansk and Lyman from tanks, mortars, barrelled and rocket artillery, in the areas of the settlements of Dvorichna, Kyslivka and Tabaivka, Kharkiv oblast; Makiivka, Nevske and Ploshanka in Luhansk oblast and Torske and Yampolivka in Donetsk oblast;

Bakhmut from tanks and multi-caliber artillery, in the areas of Andriivka, Bakhmut, Bakhmutske, Zelenopillia, Klishchiivka, Maiorsk, Opytne, Soledar, Spirne and Yakovlivka of Donetsk oblast;

Avdiivka from tanks and the whole range of artillery, in the areas of Avdiivka, Vodiane, Kamianka, Krasnohorivka, Marinka, Nevelske and Pervomaiske of Donetsk oblast;

Novopavlivka from mortars, barreled and rocket artillery, in the areas of Bohoyavlenka, Velyka Novosilka, Vuhledar, Vremivka, Pavlivka, Novoukrainka and Prechystivka of Donetsk oblast;

Zaporizhzhia from tanks and artillery of various types, in the areas of Huliaipole, Dorozhnianka, Zaliznychne, Malynivka, Novodanylivka, Uspenivka and Shcherbaki of Zaporizhzhia oblast.

Towards the South Buh, over 20 settlements near the contact line were shelled, namely Bilohirka, Davydiv Brid and Pravdyne of Kherson oblast and Zoria, Myrne and Shyroke of Mykolaiv oblast.

As a result of the actions of the Defense Forces in Kherson oblast, the buildup of the russian occupation forces in the settlement of Radensk was affected. Enemy losses are being clarified.

Aviation of the Defense Forces has inflicted 3 strikes on buildups of enemy personnel, weapons and military equipment. Air defense units shot down 1 Merlin UAV. According to the updated information, over the previous day, 2 Ka-52 Alligator helicopters were destroyed.

Units of the rocket forces and artillery of the Defense Forces affected 9 buildups of manpower, weapons and military equipment and an ammunition depot of the occupiers.

The press service of the National Guard reports that since the beginning of russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, 268 National Guard troops have been returned home. The last exchange took place on November 3. As a result, 33 servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine were returned from russian captivity. Everyone will be provided with psychological and medical assistance. 

Head of the Kherson regional military administration Yaroslav Yanushevych says that the occupiers took another 34 children to russia. It is known that they were taken to the city of Anapa. In total, as of October, 8732 Ukrainian children are considered deported to russia, another 238 missing.

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

According to the General Staff, Dvorichna, Hlyboke, Starytsia, Zolochiv and other settlements were under fire. In total, russian troops shelled 9 settlements.

Experts have finished taking DNA from residents of Izium whose relatives were killed or went missing during the russian occupation. The spokesman of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, Dmytro Chubenko, said that the identification process continues. There is personal data of the majority of 450 bodies. But about 200 bodies are still not identified according to the exhumation procedure.

Referring to the telegram channel of Head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, he discussed with the famous American businessman Howard Buffett the financing of the region’s de-mining project. He added that during the meeting they discussed the restoration of critical infrastructure, crisis assistance in case of emergencies during the winter period.

The enemy shelled the settlements of Bohodukhiv, Chuhuiv, Kharkiv and Kupiansk regions near the border with russia and the contact line. In Osynovo village of Kupiansk region, the building of an educational institution was damaged and a fire broke out as a result of shelling.

There were no casualties as a result of the russian shelling.

Mine clearance works on the liberated territories continue. Pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service defused 142 explosive ordnance.

Donetsk oblast

russian troops shelled 16 settlements, namely, Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Druzhkivka, Kurakhove, Lyman, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk and Toretsk. There are casualties among civilians.

Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko, informed that russians killed 3 civilians: 2 in Bakhmut and 1 in Druzhba. Another 8 people were injured.

In the middle of the night, russians launched a missile attack on Druzhkivka, hitting the green zone. There were no casualties or destructions.

There were no casualties towards Donetsk, but there was destruction: a private building was damaged in Kurakhove, a church caught on fire in Heorhiivka of the Marinka community.

Towards Horlivka, Bakhmut suffered the most: 1 person was killed, an administrative building and a private building damaged. There were also attacks on the outskirts of Svitlodarsk and Toretsk communities – without casualties.

Towards Lysychansk, Lyman was under artillery fire at night. Information about the casualties and the scale of destruction is being established.

The bear, which was found by Ukrainian soldiers in early September in a private yard destroyed by shelling in Bakhmut, is now undergoing rehabilitation in the Domazhyr bear shelter in Lviv oblast. Here he was named after the city – Bakhmut. The animal from Donetsk oblast was brought to the shelter by volunteers of the UAnimals animal protection organization. Now the bear is gaining weight, gradually getting acquainted with other bears. The keepers hope that if Bakhmut falls into winter hibernation, it will be the best result of rehabilitation.

The Mariupol City Council reported on the the telegram channel that Mariupol residents massively complain that it is already cold outside and preparations for the heating season remained only on the screens of propaganda TV. “Children are freezing! Where are the windows?”, “We are frozen. Help!”. Such inscriptions appear in the occupied Mariupol. People are desperate and have to cry for help, because the batteries are cut off and windows are missing.

Luhansk oblast

According to the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, at the frontline the enemy keeps trying to break through the defense line of Ukrainian defenders near Bilohorivka. Another invaders’ attack near this settlement was repelled yesterday. Today everyone who still remained there is being evacuated from Bilohorivka.

The enemy continue to destroy the liberated villages. Over the past day, they opened fire from various types of weapons towards Bilohorivka, Makiivka, Nevske, Novoiehorivka near Kupiansk and Lyman, and towards Stelmakhivka in Sloboda region.

Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Haidai, reported that negotiations on assistance for Luhansk oblast after de-occupation were held with ambassadors of 18 countries. According to him, Ukrainian troops are advancing approximately 500 meters a day in Kreminna and Svatove areas and russians understand that if they lose Kreminna or Svatove, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will have a foothold for a more massive offensive.

Haidai also noted that the two most difficult areas in Luhansk oblast are Kreminna and Svatove, the front line lies 1.5 km from Stelmakhivka. In Lysychansk and Svatove, where barracks are being blown up, one can see the results of the work of Ukrainian artillery. Each day russians try to break through the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, conducting up to 10 attacks.

No one is restoring Sievierodonetsk. Empty apartments are being occupied by the military, the invaders are taking away all the good property from the houses by trucks to Luhansk.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

A group of ambassadors-permanent representatives of NATO member states from Poland, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Slovakia, North Macedonia, Albania, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Romania arrived in Kyiv to discuss comprehensive assistance to Ukraine. They also visited Bucha and Hostomel, de-occupied after the russian invasion.

Bucha was visited by State Secretary of the Federal Ministry of the Internal Affairs of Germany, Markus Richter. As reported by the Bucha City Council, the official the place of mass burial of Bucha locals killed by the russians on the territory of the Church of Andrew the First Called, where 116 bodies were buried. Markus Richter promised to assist Ukraine in documenting and investigating war crimes.

Head of the police of Kyiv oblast, Andrii Nebytov announced that deadly ‘surprises’ from the occupiers were discovered in the de-occupied territories of Kharkiv oblast by pyrotechnicians  of Kyiv oblast. There were mines, unexploded shells, grenades and missiles. Assistance to colleagues from Kharkiv oblast in carrying out inspections and demining de-occupied territories continues. Explosive munitions are found mainly near bridges, roads and in populated areas.

The National Police of Ukraine reported that the training of 112 emergency service dispatchers was completed in Kyiv. It concerned practicing communication skills on issues of domestic, gender-based violence in the context of the crisis caused by the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine.

UNITED24 ambassador Andrii Shevchenko is collecting money for reconstruction of the stadium in Irpin. The first EUR 150K out of EUR 600K needed was donated by Milan football club. The famous Kyiv football player calls on the entire football community and big business to help.

The modern youth space FUN HUB, which was destroyed by enemy shelling at the beginning of the war, has resumed its activities in the Baryshivka community. From now on, teenagers and young people will be able to generate ideas and implement them in the new premises.

The village military administration reported that they plan to buy diesel generators in Hostomel. It is noted that such a decision was made to provide electricity to critical infrastructure facilities, heating points and hospitals, so that residents could receive all necessary and high-quality services.

On Railway Workers’ Day, the Alley of Iron Heroes was opened at the Kyiv-Pasazhyrskyi station in the capital. As reported in “Ukrzaliznytsia”, this exhibition is about more than 50 employees of Ukrzaliznytsia from all regions of the country, who often risked their lives to evacuate people from the war zone and now ensure stable traffic.

A new vote on street renaming was launched in the Kyiv Digital application. The list includes 32 objects – streets, alleys and squares, the names of which are associated with the russian federation and its satellites. As reported by the KSCA, more than 180 city objects have been renamed in the capital.

Kyiv teachers received almost 2K new laptops from Google and UNESCO. Chromebooks were given to educators as part of the Laptop for Every Teacher initiative for distance learning.

Zhytomyr oblast

The Zhytomyr RMA reported that comprehensive training of the Ukrainian military and rescuers on liquidation of a conditional emergency situation with chemical substances released in local water bodies was conducted in the Korosten community. The participants of the exercises practiced notifying the public about an emergency situation, conducting evacuation of population and enterprises adjacent to the affected area and decontaminating the chemical leakage site.

The Office of the President reported that the Portuguese authorities will help Ukraine in restoring schools and kindergartens in Zhytomyr oblast. Portugal has been helping Ukraine since the first days of the full-scale war and providing shelter to Ukrainians who were forced to leave their homes and flee the horrors of war.

In Zhytomyr oblast, buildings are prepared to house internally displaced persons in the autumn-winter period, with elements of accessibility for low-mobile persons being provided. As reported in the Zhytomyr RMA, 36,652 IDP families are registered in the oblast, 520 of which have many children.

A charity fair in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine – Wings of Protection – was opened in Zhytomyr. In the Tower art space, more than 100 children’s works from the regional Center for Children’s and Youth Creativity are presented.

Sumy oblast

The Sumy RMA reported that communities of Bilopillia, Znob-Novhorodske, Myropillia, Khotyn, and Krasnopillia were under enemy fire last night. In total, 70 hits from mortars and self-propelled guns were recorded, and the enemy also used grenade launchers and small arms. As a result, residential buildings and commercial premises were damaged.

Major repairs of shelters in educational institutions are underway in Sumy. It concerns 15 schools and 13 preschool institutions. Seven educational institutions should receive ready-made temporary shelters by the end of 2022.

Chernihiv oblast

The border area of ​​Chernihiv oblast is again under enemy fire. As reported in the Chernihiv border detachment, communities of Snovsk, Novhorod-Siverskyi and Semenivka were shelled. The enemy attacked with mortars and barrel artillery. 45 explosions rang out.

Serhii Dedenko, Head of the Semenivka community said that machinery and a hangar were damaged due the shelling of an agricultural enterprise in the community.

In medical institutions of Nizhyn, bomb shelters are being built at the expense of the city budget. In the shelter of the maternity hospital, where 55 children were born during more than a month of hostilities on the territory of Chernihiv oblast, operating theaters and wards were equipped; a children’s intensive care unit and generators appeared. The renovated bomb shelter of the central city hospital will now be able to defend approximately two hundred people.

In Chernihiv, volunteers are collecting funds to restore the library damaged by russian shelling. They plan to collect UAH 47 K to install seven doors in the building. In the summer, the librarians managed to save part of the books, which were moved to the premises nearby, while seven thousand books could not be saved.

A unique book about the defenders of Chernihiv oblast was published – “Chernihiv in Fire. We will Wipe out the Horde, Send it to Hell!”. Its authors – Serhii Dzyiuba, Maria Puchynets, Vitalii Nazarenko, Hryhorii Voitok – survived the invasion of the russian horde described in the book. Just like their characters, they courageously defended their homeland and together brought Victory over the enemy closer.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

Head of the Regional Council Mykola Lukashuk reported that the occupiers hit the Nikopol region several times with heavy artillery and Hrad MRLSs at night. Marhanets, Chervonohryhoriv and Nikopol communities were attacked.   

In Nikopol, houses, industrial and transport enterprises were hit. The premises with wood processing equipment and the roof of a private house caught on fire. One and a half dozen residential buildings, farm buildings, a lyceum, a gas pipeline were damaged by shelling, and equipment was mutilated.

A kamikaze Shahed-136 drone was shot down over the Dnipropetrovsk region in the Synelnykove region.

In the afternoon, the occupying troops of the russian federation struck one of the villages of the Marganets community in the Nikopol region. 

Dnipro aircraft modelers produced Chaklun (Wizard)  drones for the Armed Forces. It is not visible on radars, it operates at a high altitude, so it is difficult to shoot it down. Now these drones are working in all the areas at the front. Some of them have made about a hundred sorties.

Vinnytsia oblast

28-year-old Dmytro Finashyn from Vinnytsia, who spent two days reaching Ukrainian positions and lost his arm, is preparing for prosthetics in Poland.

Kirovohrad oblast

Head of logistics of the brigade, Oleksii Hutsa, informed that the soldiers of the Territorial Defense Brigade of Kirovohrad Oblast are preparing furnaces for heating, firewood and generators for the winter. First of all, they provide necessities for the soldiers at the front. 

The adviser of the patronage service of the apparatus of the Kirovohrad regional military administration, Halyna Pastukh, informed that state institutions, such as schools, kindergartens, where internally displaced persons are staying, received over UAH 20 million in compensation from the state for communal services.

Poltava oblast

The Hadiach City Council informed that a charity volleyball tournament was held in Hadiach, Poltava Oblast, on November 5.  UAH 4K was collected during the competitionto be spent on the needs of the Armed Forces. 

Cherkasy oblast

In Cherkasy, internally displaced women can take free courses to master one of  five occupations. After training, participants will receive certificates.

A charity fair in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine – Ray of Victory – was held in Monastryshchyna in Cherkasy oblast. The event was organized by the Center for Voluntary Assistance of Monastyryshchyna and the Women’s Association Berehyni Monastyryshchyny with the assistance of Mayor Oleksandr Tyshchenko. The organizers managed to collect UAH 24,555. All funds will be directed to the needs of the Defenders.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

According to the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, enemy troops shelled the civilian infrastructure of 16 settlements in the oblast In total, the enemy carried out more than half a hundred strikes, almost 40 of them were targeting the boundaries of populated areas. Vilniansk, Stepove, Shcherbaki, Malinivka, Kamianske, Huliaipole, Orihiv, Zaliznychne, Dorozhnianka, Poltavka, Chervone, Novoandriivka, Olhivske, Mala Tokmachka, Preobrazhenka, and Mali Shcherbaky were attacked by the enemy. 8 reports were received about the destruction of houses and apartments, as well as infrastructure facilities.

163 people were evacuated from the temporarily occupied territory, including 23 children.

According to the IAEA press service, the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant was connected to the power grid after being suspended due to shelling by the russian army. Both external lines, which are necessary for the supply of electricity from the Ukrainian energy system, were repaired.

Journalists of Financial Times conducted an investigation and proved that russia traded grain from the occupied territory of Ukraine illegally, in particular from Zaporizhzhia oblast. The documents, which track the 2,675 metric tonnes of wheat cargo, were corroborated by satellite images, traffic transponder data, boat sightings in northern Turkey and interviews with smugglers and traders.

Mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov reports that the occupiers are stealing the historical and cultural monument of the Neolithic Stone Tomb in the Melitopol region.  Currently, the monument is being transferred to the management of the Sevastopol Museum in the occupied Crimea.

Mykolaiv oblast

According to the South Air Command, the Air Defense forces shot down a Kalibr cruise missile and 6 kamikaze drones. Artillery shelling of the region continues. Thus, the settlement of the Shyroke community was under fire, damaging 3 civilian and 1 administrative building of an agricultural enterprise. Also, russian troops shelled the settlements of the Bereznehuvate community. Information about the casualties and damaged residential buildings is being clarified.

Mykolaiv Mayor, Oleksandr Sienkevych, said that builders restored the roofs in 109 apartment buildings damaged by shelling. The Regional Military Administration informed that as previously reported, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, russian troops have partially damaged or completely destroyed 8,366 residential buildings in Mykolaiv oblast, and 13,114 civilian objects have been shelled.

Odesa oblast

According to the “South” Operational Command, at night there was a threat of missile attacks  in Odessa oblast. The defense forces continue to keep the situation under control, ensuring the functioning of the “grain corridor”. Currently, 7 ships and boats of the fleet of the Russian Armed Forces, maneuvering along the south-western coast of the temporarily occupied Crimea, are performing tasks in the Black Sea. 

Spokesman for the Odessa regional military administration, Serhii Bratchuk, says that the day before, one ship left the port of Chornomorsk with 12.5 K tonnes of sunflower oil to Romania as part of the grain initiative. There are also two more vessels under loading.

After a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Swiss Confederation to Ukraine Claude Wild, Head of the Odesa RMA Maksym Marchenko says that Switzerland intends to support Odesa oblast. The parties discussed Switzerland’s support in restoring Ukraine, namely Odessa oblast. The key point of the conversation was the development of a plan for restoration, reconstruction and development of Odessa oblast in war and post-war conditions.

Kherson oblast

The ‘South’ Operational Command reports that the situation in the region remains difficult and tense. Russians continue to terrorize civilians in rear and recently liberated settlements. Thus, the Beryslav region of Kherson oblast was shelled by the enemy with anti-aircraft missiles of the S-300 system. On the left bank of the Dnieper, russian troops mine the coast, take out the population, dig in equipment, and enhance firing positions.

Russian invaders in occupied Skadovsk, Kherson oblast, publicly executed a 56-year-old local resident, nurse Tatyana Mudrenko. This was reported by the Financial Times with reference to the testimony of the sister of the executed woman Natalie Chorna. The woman shouted “Skadovsk is Ukraine!”, according to eyewitnesses, after that she and her partner were detained. On October 15, local residents told their sister that Tatiana was dead: “Tanya was hanged. They poured something into her mouth and then hung it in front of the courthouse.”  Mudrenko’s partner was released from captivity and allowed to bury his wife. After the funeral, he disappeared again. Chorna noted that she called the local morgue, but they refused to talk to her, but later sent a death certificate to her sister with the cause of “mechanical asphyxia.”

According to Yaroslav Yanushevich, Head of the RMA, russian invaders continue the forced deportation of children from Kherson oblast. Head of the Mirnenske settlement military administration Valentina Golovata says that the occupiers abducted 34 children from the village of Preobrazhenka, who were taken to the russian city of Anapa. Also, Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets noted that he had received verified information about the abduction of 12 pupils from an orphanage in Oleshky. Lubinets stresses that Russia continues to violate the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Geneva Convention for the Protection of Civilians in Time of War.

Russian troops are critically deteriorating the environment in Kherson oblast, as they blow up boats and ships. According to the ‘South’ Operational Command, the russians have blown up more than 50 vessels, of which fuel is currently flowing directly into water bodies, damaging the ecosystem.

The Kherson Art Museum is reported to be looted by the russian occupiers. According to the museum workers, the occupiers loaded and took out 5 trucks and 2 buses with loot accompanied by the military with machine guns. The collection of the Kherson Art Museum named after Aleksii Shovkunenko includes more than 13 K works of art, including painting, graphics, icons, tapestries, household items and works of folk art.

Latest news for today in the western regions of Ukraine

Volyn oblast

In the village of Smidyn, a charity fair in support of the Armed Forces will be held. The funds received will go to purchase a drone for defenders.

Students of Novovolynsk Lyceum # 2 make trench candles for heating soldiers. The Volyn corrugated iron factory helps with cardboard, and all other material for candles is collected by the whole community.

Zakarpattia oblast

Director of the finance department of the Zakarpattia RMA, Petro Lazar, reported that over UAH 100 million was allocated from the budget of Zakarpattia for the needs of territorial defense and military formations. 82 million was spent on the territorial defense and over 21 million – military formations.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

From Ivano-Frankivsk, humanitarian aid for soldiers from the military unit A4574 was sent. Namely, warm blankets, sleeping bags, batteries, flashlights, hygiene products, canned goods, sugar, sweets and coffee.

The RMA together with the Civil Union All-Ukrainian Military-Civilian Association Military Brotherhood of Ukraine sent the families of the fallen Heroes to Poland for rehabilitation.

Lviv oblast

Head of the Lviv RMA, Maksym Kozytskyi, announced that forces of the ‘West’ Air Command shot down an Iranian Shahed kamikaze drone over Lviv oblast. There was no damage or casualties in the oblast.

In the RMA, a meeting with representatives of the Dnipropetrovsk RMA was held. The purpose of the meeting is to get acquainted with social work with children, which is carried out in Lviv oblast and exchange experience on current social issues.

The Lviv City Council reported that volunteers of the public organization Building Ukraine Together – BUR renovated the premises of the dormitory where the families of the Rubizhne hosiery factory workers will be staying.

Rivne oblast

There was a report about the mining of the Zlata Plaza mall. Those present were evacuated. The relevant services checked the mall and found no explosive devices.

The RMA reported that humanitarian aid for IDPs from the International Organization for Migration has arrived in Rivne oblast, namely, kitchen utensils and family sets of individual hygiene.

In Varasha, the school canteen turned into a cooking workshop for the Armed Forces. There they prepare stews for the military. Volunteers provide raw materials for cooking. Housewives have made almost 5K stews.

8-year-old Daniel, who went to Norway with his mother, donated EUR 800 for the needs of the defenders. This money was collected together with other children during a charity fair in Norway, where Ukrainian souvenirs were sold. The funds were transferred to help the Ukrainian army.

Ternopil oblast

Since the war began 58 enterprises have been relocated to Ternopil oblast. 42 of them are operating in new locations. 6 are repairing the premises provided and installing their equipment. Another 4 are transporting their equipment.

250 pairs of winter shoes were sent from the oblast to Ternopil territorial defense defenders who are currently at the front. Shoes are sewn according to the standards of the Armed Forces and agreements with the command. Over 3K pairs are planned to be made.

Students of the Biliv school brought UAH 15K to the operational headquarters of the Chortkiv City Council to purchase winter clothing for defenders.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

Sick elderly people were brought to Khmelnytskyi from Donetsk oblast by the evacuation train. The IDPs were met by rescuers who helped to host some immobile people.

Chief Sergeant of the tank battalion of the 93rd Kholodny Yar brigade Valerii Zhukovskyi handed over the trophies to the Propaganda Museum in Shepetivka. The museum fund was replenished with a fragment from a shell for the Uragan MSV, a wing from the russian Orlan-10 UAV, the summer military uniform of the occupier, a soviet-style military helmet, etc. The trophies were won by Valery Zhukovsky’s tank battalion in October on one of the hottest spots near Kharkiv.

Chernivtsi oblast

Bukovyna received 10 generators from the Union of Ukrainians in Romania. They were handed over by the president of the organization, Mykola-Myroslav Petrytskyi.

The statement of heads of foreign affairs of the G7 countries stated that they have warned the self-proclaimed authorities of belarus about increasing sanctions in the event of further involvement of this country in russian aggression against Ukraine.

T-72 tanks, which will be supplied by the Czech Republic with the money of the US and the Netherlands, will be modernized as much as possible. As reported in the Pentagon, targeting, communication and protection systems will be updated.

The Netherlands will provide military aid to Ukraine. It is known that the total cost of the package is EUR 120 million, of which EUR 45 million are spent on T-72 tanks.

Germany provided the State Border Service of Ukraine with 22 cars for patrolling the state border.

The EU countries will transfer 500 electric generators to Ukraine. Assistance was provided by 17 countries: Slovenia, Slovakia, Ireland, Austria, Sweden, Spain, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Luxembourg, Cyprus, Poland and France.

The football club Milan provided €150K to reconstruct a stadium in Irpen through UNITED24.

Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Mary Hakobyan, announced that the government of Germany plans to send 500 cars to Ukrainian border guards to protect the country’s borders.

Lithuanian border guards did not let 5 cars of the russian railway with military symbols of units fighting in Ukraine. The wagons had the emblem of the russian widows and the inscription “nobody but us”.

EU Ambassador Maasikas praised the progress of Ukraine’s implementation of the “candidate” recommendations of the European Commission. He stated this at a meeting with Olha Stefanishyna.

US Security Advisor Jake Sullivan stated that the US will support Ukraine regardless of the results of the congressional elections.

The Ukrainian embassy in Germany turned off the evening lights as a sign of solidarity with Ukraine. It is known that the light in the building will be turned on after Ukraine’s victory in the war with russia.
