“Ukrainian soldiers are impressive and absolutely fast learners. Thanks to their extensive knowledge of air defense and experience in the combat zone, it was easier for them, although it is never easy, to master the Patriot system,” said Shane Morgan, US Brigadier General. He added that the Ukrainians are “the best of the best in providing air defense of Ukraine.”

The US assumed that on March 22, russians deliberately attacked civilians in Zaporizhzhia. “It’s clear that this is the russian script to strike civilian infrastructure and not pay attention to avoiding civilian casualties,” said John Kirby, Coordinator of the US National Security Council.

The NATO Secretary General reported that Ukraine uses 4K to 7K artillery shells per day, compared to 20K russian ones. Stoltenberg said that the russian president is waging a war of attrition. Thus, the official expressed his wish that at the next summit of the Alliance in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, NATO members agree to spend at least 2% of GDP on defense.

The US advised russia to withdraw tanks from Ukraine if it is concerned about the supply of shells with depleted uranium. “If russia is deeply concerned about the health of its tanks, the safest option for them is to move them across the border and take them out of Ukraine,” said John Kirby, coordinator of the US National Security Council.

Prince William and Mariusz Blaszczak visited the 3rd Subcarpathian Territorial Defense Brigade. Prince William visited the Refugee Center in Warsaw to see for himself how humanitarian work is being done and the support of Poles for Ukrainians fleeing the war.
