It has been the 341st day of the Ukrainian resistance to the russian military aggression. 

What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 6pm:   

The enemy continues to conduct offensive operations towards Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Novopavlivka, being on the defensive in other areas.

The russian occupiers launched 4 missile strikes and carried out more than 10 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems on civilian infrastructure of the city of Ochakiv in Mykolaiv oblast. 

There remains a high threat of Russian air and missile strikes throughout Ukraine.

Towards Volyn, Polissia, Siversk and Sloboda, the situation is without significant changes, no offensive groups of the enemy found. At the training grounds of the republic of belarus, training of enemy units continues. The occupiers shelled the areas of the settlements Khrinivka and Krasnyi Khutor of Chernihiv oblast; Volfine, Shpil, Basivka, Zapsillya, Mezenivka, Velyka Pysarivka of Sumy oblast and Veterynarne, Hlyboke, Zelene, Neskuchne, Verkhnia Pysarivka, Vovchansk, Budarky, Novomlynsk and Dvorichna in Kharkiv oblast.

Towards Kupiansk, Sinkivka and Kyslivka of Kharkiv oblast and Novoselivske, Berestovo and Andriivka in the Luhansk oblast suffered from enemy fire.

Novoiehorivka, Makiivka, Chervonopopivka and Dibrova of the Luhansk oblast, and Yampolivka and Yampil in Donetsk oblast were shelled towards Liman.

Towards Bakhmut, Verkhniokamianske, Spirne, Bilohorivka, Vesele, Krasna Hora, Paraskoviivka, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, Ozarianivka, Druzhba, Ivanopillia and Niu York of Donetsk oblast were fired.

Towards Avdiivka, Vodiane, Krasnohorivka and Marinka came under enemy tank, mortar and artillery fire.

Towards Novopavlivka, Vodiane, Bohoiavlenka, Vuhledar and Neskuchne of Donetsk oblast were shelled.

Towards Zaporizhzhia and Kherson, more than 40 settlements were damaged by enemy artillery fire. Among them are Vremivka, Donetsk oblast; Huliaipole and Bilohiria, Zaporizhzhia oblast; Dobra Nadezhda in Dnipropetrovsk oblast, as well as Beryslav, Lvove, Ivanivka, Antonivka, Kherson, Berehove and Veletenske, Kherson oblast. There are casualties among civilians.

According to available information, in local schools in the Kakhovka region, the russian occupiers prohibit schoolchildren from studying online according to the Ukrainian curricula. Local teachers refuse to teach children according to the russian program, because of this. The occupiers threaten to forcibly take children deep into the temporarily occupied Kherson region, as well as to russia and the occupied Crimea.

In the village of Tavriiske, Skadovsk region, Kherson oblast, in the premises of a kindergarten, the occupiers deployed a ‘field hospital’ where russian servicemen are being treated. It is full of severely injured invaders.

 Aviation of the Defense Forces of Ukraine inflicted 4 strikes on enemy buildups, and units of rocket troops and artillery hit 3 control points, 4 buildups and 2 ammunition depots of the occupiers.

Mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov says that russia has kidnapped nearly a thousand people in Melitopol since the occupation began. Hundreds are definitely still in different cities. They also moved at least 3.5 thousand prisoners to the temporarily occupied Crimea.

The State Food and Consumer Service reports that 12 new markets were opened for livestock sector products. Also, 22 international veterinary certificates for the export of products of Ukrainian agricultural companies were received.

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, yesterday russian troops shelled the border of Kharkiv oblast. In total, 24 settlements were under attack. Dvorichna, Kupiansk, Strilecha and Vovchansk were targeted. Private buildings, shops and outbuildings were damaged.

Referring to the General Staff, at least 11 settlements were shelled.

Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported that yesterday at about 11 pm the enemy launched a missile attack on Kharkiv from the S-300 air defense system. The missile hit a 4-storey residential building in the Kyiv district. The upper floors and the roof of the building were destroyed and a large-scale fire broke out. An elderly woman was killed. Three other residents of the building were injured.

Deputy head of the Kharkiv Regional State Emergency Service, Anatolii Torianyk, informed that as of 12:50 am, the body of the deceased woman has not been removed from the rubble of the building on Myronosytska Street in Kharkiv and rescuers continue to remove the rubble.

Fifteen people were evacuated from the building in Kharkiv damaged by a russian missile. They were offered accommodation in dormitories. One of the entrances to the building will be dismantled and rebuilt later. Utilities plan to supply heat to the remaining entrances by the end of the day.

Head of the Kharkiv RMA, Oleh Syniehubov, said that in the morning, the enemy again shelled Vovchansk, Chuhuiv region. A 62-year-old man was killed as a result of the shelling. An 83-year-old woman was injured. Doctors provided her with the necessary assistance.

Based on the information provided by Kharkiv Regional State Emergency Service, a 41-year-old man was injured in Kupiansk as a result of hostile fire. His condition is considered as moderate. A shell hit the man’s house and a fire broke out.

A team from the Embassy of Sweden visited Kharkiv. Oleksandr Filchakov held a work meeting with foreign diplomats, including Swedish Deputy Ambassador Maria Lindgren Saltanova.

Donetsk oblast

Yesterday russian troops attacked 7 settlements. The enemy fired at civilians with S-300, artillery and mortars. There were casualties. 9 residential buildings and an outbuilding were damaged.

On January 29, russians killed 1 civilian in Krasnohorivka.

Towards Volnovakha, Novoukrainka, Prechystivka and Vuhledar were under attack, no casualties.

Towards Donetsk, Kurakhove came under five attacks, five private buildings damaged. There were isolated attacks in Avdiivka and Marinka communities, no casualties.

Towards Horlivka, one person was injured in Chasiv Yar – russians targeted a kindergarten and the territory of an enterprise. The day before, Russians shelled the industrial zone in Kostiantynivka.  In the Soledar community, 2 buildings in Vasiukivka and several buildings in Paraskoviivka were damaged – there was no information about casualties.

Head of the Donetsk RMA, Pavlo Kyrylenko, reported that towards Lysychansk, there were 2 hits in Torske of Lyman community, the outskirts of Siversk and Zvanivka communities were shelled, without casualties.

The Ministry of Defence stated that paratroopers of the 79th separate airborne assault brigade used drones to repel russians’ assault near Marinka who were trying to approach the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine unnoticed.

Luhansk oblast

The invaders are kicking people out of their homes without providing them with replacement accommodation. This is happening in frontline settlements. The empty buildings are being occupied by russian troops.

Not every resident of the region has an opportunity to evacuate for 300 euros through the territory of russian federation, so they are moving deeper into Luhansk oblast. The attitude towards people with russian passports issued in the occupied territory in russia is extremely negative.

Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Haidai, said that the invaders are forcing businesses that remain in the occupied territories to register in russia, leaving Luhansk oblast without taxes. 

The Luhansk Regional Military Administration reported that in January, family members of those mobilized in the occupied territory of the region began to be taken out of Luhansk to remote areas of the russian federation. According to the invaders, this step will further motivate residents of the occupied Luhansk oblast to join the russian army.

The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine informed that the aerial reconnaissance of the SBGS discovered an enemy depot in Luhansk oblast. The Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed the rear base with a precise strike. A vehicle transporting the cargo also flew into the air as a result of the detonation of ammunition. Enemy losses are being established.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

The most difficult situation with electricity generation remains in Kyiv. Director of energy programs of the Razumkov Center Volodymyr Omelchenko announced that currently, the capital has more than 35% of energy deficit, half of which goes to critical infrastructure. According to him, russia fired more than a thousand missiles and a hundred drones at the Ukrainian energy infrastructure, but it withstood such powerful blows thanks to the efforts of energy workers.

The Kyiv Regional Military Administration reported that training for sappers is conducted in Kyiv oblast. Pyrotechnicians practice the skills of extracting and liquidating explosive objects in the Vyshgorod region.  

Michael Landau, president of the Caritas Europe charitable organization, visited Kyiv oblast. He arrived in Irpin and Bucha, where the Caritas Kyiv charitable foundation provides assistance to people affected by the war, and visited the place of mass burial of civilians in Bucha. Landau also visited Moschun and Rakivka, where the foundation implements projects to rebuild housing destroyed during the occupation by russian troops.

The number of Invincibility Centres in Kyiv oblast increased to 438. The Kyiv RMA reported that local governments deployed 291 heating points, the State Emergency Service created 65 such facilities, and 82 points were opened by entrepreneurs.

Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klychko said that 12 mobile boiler houses were purchased and prepared for operation in the capital. These boiler rooms, in case of lack of heat supply, can be connected in a few hours to institutions of the social sphere – hospitals, schools, kindergartens. According to him, the capital authorities are doing everything to strengthen the city’s thermal energy infrastructure in case of emergencies. More than 10 such boiler houses are being produced for the capital.

Electric transport is gradually being restored in the capital. As Vitalii Klytschko reported, thanks to the joint work of energy workers and transporters, two more high-speed tram routes were launched in the Troieshchyna district.

After the holidays, 90% of schools resumed teaching in face-to-face and mixed formats (10% work remotely) in Kyiv oblast. This became possible due to new shelters in educational institutions. Thus, 569 institutions of general secondary education provide mixed training.

Self-defense courses for women were organized in Boryspil by the patrol police of the city. The training started at the beginning of December to teach women self-defense techniques and increase stress resistance in non-standard situations. Currently, another series of courses has been announced.

Zhytomyr oblast

Formation of new military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine continues in Zhytomyr oblast. This was discussed during a joint meeting of the leadership of the Zhytomyr RMA, local communities and representatives of territorial recruitment and social support centers. All those wishing have an opportunity to sign up for the rifle battalion right now, which will provide additional defense for the communities of the oblast.

The regional center of social services reported that mobile teams of social and psychological workers operate in the Zhytomyr oblast and provide psychological counseling and comprehensive support to victims of violence. A mobile group includes a psychologist, a social worker, and a driver to respond to calls on a planned or emergency basis.

The first large batch of ready-made food in vacuum packaging was sent to the military to the front by Volunteer Aid Headquarters from the city of Malyn. The new project Home Dry Food was started by volunteers, having mastered the vacuum method of food packaging. Food can be stored for up to two to three weeks in winter conditions. In a few days, 420 portions of various dishes were prepared for the soldiers – pancakes, dumplings, meatballs, zrazy and chebureks.

An educational event for schoolchildren was conducted by specialists of the State Emergency Service in one of new ‘safety classrooms’ of Zhytomyr. The rescuers checked the children’s knowledge of basic safety rules, conducted a talk about everyday behavior at home and on the street, and awarded the most active and curious ones with souvenirs.

Sumy oblast

The police of Sumy oblast reported that the enemy shelled communities of the oblast once again, firing 72 rounds of ammunition. 7 private houses and a barn were damaged, and a cow was killed.

The “North” Operational Command reported that the occupiers attacked border areas of Sumy oblast again. The village of Sopych in the Shostka region came under shelling – 7 mortar hits.

The Sumy RMA reported that the oblast received 105 greenhouses from the Red Cross. Residents from the territories affected by the war received help, namely family-type children’s homes in Sumy, Krolevets, Lipova Dolyna, Nedryhailiv, and Rychky communities.

A local resident found russian ammunition in a forest in Konotop and informed the police about it. Two boxes with fuzes for a grenade launcher were discovered on the outskirts of the city. The dangerous find was removed by sappers.

The police of Sumy oblast reported that the orchestra of the Main Directorate of the National Police visited the Lebedyn region and staged a performance for Ukrainian defenders, performing classical and modern patriotic compositions. The purpose of the event is to raise the fighting spirit of the comrades.

The Sumy Regional Clinical Hospital received a powerful generator from the United Nations. In case of an emergency shutdown, the new equipment will enable the facility to operate continuously for 8 hours.

The Donetsk club “Shakhtar” provided assistance to a soldier from Shostka, who was seriously injured. Vitalii Shumei was diagnosed with a skull fracture on both sides and needs neurorehabilitation abroad. The search for a suitable clinic is currently underway.

Trostianets received 9 generators from benefactors from the Netherlands. Assistance was provided by Rotary Club Son & Breugel. Power sources will work in local Invincibility Centers, boiler houses and institutions.

Chernihiv oblast

The “North” Operational Command reported that the occupiers shelled two communities in Chernihiv oblast. In Hrinivka of the Snovsk community, the russian military fired eight times, probably from a mortar. In the village of Krasnyi Khutir of the Novhorod-Siverskyi community, there were three hits, probably from self-propelled guns.

In the morning, the enemy struck the border villages of Chernihiv oblast once again. Around 10 a.m., 5 hits were recorded in Mostky of the Novhorod-Siverskyi region. Later, the village of Leonivka of the Semenivka community came under russian shelling. There were 20 mortar hits.

Seven tons of equipment were received by the power industry in Sumy oblast. The humanitarian cargo arrived from Italy, Lithuania, Azerbaijan and Sweden, containing generators, power transformers and materials for recovery work.

Employees of Chernihivoblenergo went to Mykolaiv oblast to restore power lines damaged by the occupiers. The specialists from Chernihiv oblast will be working for several weeks in the Snihuriv community, which was liberated from the occupiers in November 2022.

The police of the Chernihiv oblast reported that local policemen together with the students of the social and psychological rehabilitation center for children made trench candles. Candles together and self-baked goodies were sent to the defenders at the front.

The State Highway Agency reported that installation of another modular bridge from France began in Chernihiv oblast. The bridges, manufactured by Matiere according to individual designs, are to replace the structures destroyed at the beginning of the full-scale invasion. A total of three bridges were handed over to the Chernihiv oblast, one of which has already been installed.

The State Border Service reported that the border guards of the Chernihiv oblast rescued an injured stork. The bird with a shot wing was found by local residents. Workers of the border guard collected funds for the operation and took the stork to the clinic. The bird was cured.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

According to Head of the Regional Council Mykola Lukashuk, Nikopol suffered from heavy enemy artillery. The threat of artillery shelling lasted in the area for almost 10 hours.  The russian army attacked the Chervonohryhorivka community late in the evening of the previous day. In the community, two private houses, a garage, and an outbuilding were damaged, and a power grid was damaged. The enemy shelled the Chervonohryhorivka community and Marganets in the Nikopol region with heavy artillery during the day. 2 private residential buildings were mutilated.

Vinnytsia oblast

In Vinnytsia, UAH 20K  were collected for medical supplies for the Armed Forces at the All-Ukrainian Charity Festival-Competition Podilla Patterns. About three hundred young musicians from 15 regions of Ukraine joined the event and demonstrated their solo and ensemble performance skills.

Deputy Mayor Halyna Yakubovych reported that the Vinnytsia City Council agreed to cooperate with the international humanitarian organization HIAS to develop psychosocial support programs for IDPs and residents of Vinnytsia. They plan to launch the Self-Help+ group in Vinnytsia.

Kirovohrad oblast

The company ROCK FRONT, which manufactures tourist equipment, has been helping the military since February 24. The manufacturers, together with the Rii charitable foundation, have developed a sleeping modular system for the ground forces. They transfer part of the proceeds to the Armed Forces.

Poltava oblast

Volunteer Natalia Shevchenko says that volunteers in Poltava make approximately 800 trench candles a day. They are handed over to soldiers at the front almost every day. The materials for candles –  metal cans and cardboard – are brought by residents of Poltava. Paraffin is purchased by benefactors.

Cherkasy oblast

According to Head of the Cherkasy State Administration, Ihor Taburets, a project for defenders was implemented jointly with the SaveUA fund in the Uman region. This is a multimedia shooting range Military. These are interactive shooting ranges in combination with practice on training grounds to master the necessary skills for victorious battles.

Diana Lohinova, a pastry chef from Kharkiv, said that they taught internally displaced people in Cherkasy to cook candied oranges in chocolate, gingerbread, and shortbread cookies at a pastry art master class. This will help people not only to switch emotionally but also to master a new skill.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

The Zaporizhzhia RMA reports that the occupiers have once again fired at the humanitarian aid distribution point in Orikhiv. As a result of the attack, a school, farm buildings, cars and private houses were damaged. This time the enemy used Grad MLRS and prohibited incendiary shells.

On January 29, the enemy shelled the positions of Ukrainian defenders 56 times, using tank weapons, rocket and barrel artillery along the entire contact line. The occupiers shelled civilian infrastructure in the settlements of Huliaipole, Charivne, Chervone, Bilohiria, Orikhiv, Mala Tokmachka, Novodanylivka, Malynivka, Novoandriivka, Olhivske, Kamianske, Stepove. The police received 5 reports about the destruction of houses (apartments) and infrastructure objects as a result of shelling by russian military personnel.

Mykolaiv oblast

On the night of January 30, at 12:31 am, the enemy launched artillery strikes on the settlement in the Ochakiv community. Residential and farm buildings were destroyed and damaged. Due to the fall of ammunition and debris from them, two fires started. Rescuers extinguished the fire in the residential building and warehouse.

On January 30, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Prime Minister of Denmark Mette Frederikse arrived in Mykolaiv on a working visit. During the visit, the President held a meeting on the current situation in Mykolaiv oblast to discuss the issue of restoring the region’s economy and creating jobs. The head of state and representatives of the Danish delegation visited one of the city’s hospitals and talked with military personnel being treated there. They also visited one of the port enterprises of the oblast, which was shelled by the enemy. They discussed the current economic situation and possible support for the business there.

A truck with generators has been sent to Snihurivka. These generators can be used for general needs at critical infrastructure facilities, warehouses with humanitarian aid, medical facilities, etc. The provided equipment was sent by Ambasada Ucrainei în Republica Moldova/Embassy of Ukraine in Moldova. Another donor was the United States Agency for International Development USAID Ukraine.

Restoration of objects damaged by the russian terrorist army is underway in Mykolaiv and the oblast. From January 23 to 30, the roofs of nine high-rise buildings with a total area of almost 175 square meters were restored in Mykolaiv. Almost 150 windows were closed with OSB plates in high-rise and private buildings, museums and administrative buildings in Ochakiv. 30 windows and 145 sq.m of roofing was covered with film in the village Bilozirka, Pervomaisk community. Restoration work was also carried out in the village of Kalynivka, Voskresensk community, and the city of Snihurivka.

Odesa oblast

According to Spokesman of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Serhii Bratchuk, the night in Odesa and the region passed without any air raid sirens. However, in the morning of January 30, there was an alert announced, this indicating a high threat of russian air and missile strikes. 

According to the ‘South’ Operational Command, the russian navy continues to keep three ships with cruise missiles ready to strike Odesa. As of January 30, the russian Black Sea Fleet operational group includes 15 ships and boats and the above-mentioned missile carriers.

The Office of the President reports that on January 30, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited Odesa. He was accompanied by Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen. It was announced that Denmark will always support Ukraine, both in war and in reconstruction. The country will also join the ‘grain deal’ within the framework of Grain From Ukraine.

A photo exhibition by Ukrainian-American Elena Yemchuk opens at the Ukrainian Museum in New York. The museum’s halls feature selected photos from a book of photographs called ODESA. In 2022, this book was named one of the top best art collections by the American magazine Time.

Kherson oblast

On January 29, the russian occupiers shelled Kherson oblast 42 times. The russian army shelled Kherson 13 times. Enemy shells hit the port, the Kherson regional clinical hospital, a school, a bus station, a post office, a bank, and residential buildings. As a result of russian shelling, 3 people were killed, and 10 civilians wounded.

Over the past two days, the police opened 46 criminal proceedings on the facts of war crimes committed by the russian military in Kherson oblast. In the temporarily occupied town of Nyzhni Sirohozy, the russian military seized and moved into houses whose owners had left for the territory controlled by Ukraine. The russian military does not allow local residents to enter the settlements. Reports are coming from the temporarily occupied Hola Prystan city community that russian soldiers are robbing summer cottage cooperatives, taking away all household appliances and furniture from the houses.

According to the information of the General Staff, the russian occupiers forbid schoolchildren to study online according to the Ukrainian program in local schools in the settlements of the Kakhovka region. Local teachers refuse to teach children according to the russian curriculum, and the occupiers threaten to forcefully take children for so-called ‘education’ deep into the temporarily occupied Kherson oblast, as well as to russia and the occupied Crimea.

The occupiers set up a ‘field hospital’ in the premises of a kindergarten in Tavriiske, Skadovsk region, where russian servicemen are treated. It is full of badly wounded invaders.

The Kherson RMA informs that 28 ambulance brigades are operating in the region. 15 medical teams providing emergency medical care serve Kherson, and another 13 help people in the de-occupied territories of the oblast. Emergency medical assistance is also based in Bilozerka, Stanislavka, Myroliubivka, Muzykyvka, Tokarivka, Beryslav, Velyka Oleksandrivka, as well as in Kalynivka, Chkalivka, and Borozenka.

Doctors Without Borders delivered a modular medical aid point to the village of Novovoskresenske, the Novovorontsovka community. It is equipped with everything necessary and ready to receive patients. The outpatient clinic that previously served the settlement was damaged by russian shells.

On January 30, three trucks with 20 tons of humanitarian aid were sent from the humanitarian headquarters of the Mykolaiv RMA to Velyka Oleksandrivka, Kherson oblast. Food products, baby food, baby dishes, water, blankets, sleeping bags, sleeping pads and hygiene products were handed over.

Latest news for today in the western regions of Ukraine

Volyn oblast

The Volodymyr community reported that 12 volunteer rescuers were trained in the city within the Project Civil Defense with Voluntary Fire Brigades (VDF) for HOVERLA Communities .

Zakarpattia oblast

Zakarpattia received generators from the Maramurosh branch of the Union of Ukrainians in Romania. The devices will ensure uninterrupted functioning of individual educational institutions of the region.

In Berehove, a charity football tournament was held. 11 teams took part in the competition, including a team of military personnel and the police. The collected funds were donated to the soldiers.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

The RMA reported that President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, awarded orders For Courage III degree (posthumously) to 5 servicemen from Prykarpattia.

The RMA reported that the community of the village of Dovhopole in the Verkhovyna region purchased a drone for the military needs of the 201st Verkhovyna Territorial Defense Battalion.

Lviv oblast

The RMA reported that participants in combat operations of the russian-Ukrainian war and members of their families can take courses in English, driving, IT, etc, to change their profession or get a new qualification.

Rivne oblast

The RMA reported that despite the war, new individual entrepreneurs continue to be registered in Rivne oblast. Compared to 2021, their number increased by 3.5%, making currently 40,4K.

Director of the Department of Civil Protection and Health Protection of the RMA, Oleh Vivsiannyk, reported that in Rivne oblast, the number of donors has doubled since the war began.

The Consumers’ Union of Rivne oblast sent the seventh car for the Armed Forces. Volkswagen T4 with an open body and an additional cabin for passengers was repaired and equipped with necessary tools, namely, a towing cable, a jack and a set of keys.

The RMA reported that in the Duben region, children from Plast make energy bars for the military. They do almost everything on their own. As of today, the first batch of goodies is ready for shipment.

Ternopil oblast

The city council of Ternopil reported that in the city, on the occasion of the 105th anniversary of the historical battle near Kruty, a prayer for the Heroes of the past and present was held.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

The RMA reported that for three days in a row, paramedics from Great Britain conducted training for the rescuers of Khmelnytskyi on providing first aid to victims in various dangerous situations. Representatives of the Shepetivka Emergency Medical Aid and Disaster Medicine Station also participated in the training.

Mayor of Khmelnytskyi, Oleksandr Symchyshyn, announced that 2 DjI Mavic 3 quadcopters and a control tablet were sent to the military.

Chernivtsi oblast

28 new Invincibility Centers were created last week. In total,  there are 203 Invincibility Centers in the oblast.

ROTARY CLUB OF CHERNIVTSI handed over humanitarian aid, namely, generators, heaters, stoves, mattresses, etc, to 10 communities of Bukovyna to arrange residences for IDPs. In addition, 22 patients of the Bukovyna Center for Restorative Treatment and Comprehensive Rehabilitation of Children received gas heaters.

Germany will provide 105 Vector drones for Ukrainian intelligence. The development company has improved the technology and announced the opening of a training center for operators and support for Ukraine.

The Ministry of Health reported that they received humanitarian aid, namely, nine pallets of generators, a pallet of medical equipment, a pallet of tactical backpacks and 370 pallets of medicines, medical products and personal protective equipment from international benefactors.

Prime Minister of Poland, Mateusz Morawiecki, announced that the country is ready to transfer F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine in coordination with NATO. He also added that Poland’s military spending will reach 4% of GDP this year, which may be the highest percentage among all NATO countries.

NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg called on South Korea to strengthen military support for Ukraine.

Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Antonio Tajani, stated that Italy will not provide Ukraine with offensive weapons, but will help with defensive ones.

The Polish military plant works in three shifts to repair equipment of the Armed Forces, namely, Krab self-propelled artillery installations produced in Poland. The workshop is monitored by officers of the Homeland Security Agency, who are tasked with detecting potential sabotage operations.

In Krakow (Poland), Ukrainians can issue a passport and update their driver’s license. The Passport Service started working there.

The CEO of  Ryanair, Michael O’Leary, reported that the airline is recruiting pilots and flight attendants in Ukraine to be ready to return after the end of the war with russia. He added that they are determined to return to Ukraine as soon as it becomes safe.
