It has been the 329th day of the Ukrainian resistance to the russian military aggression.

What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 6pm:   

The enemy carried out 22 airstrikes and over 50 MLRS attacks.

There remains a high threat of russian air and missile strikes throughout Ukraine.

The enemy does not give up its intentions to capture Donetsk oblast within the administrative borders. The main efforts are concentrated on conducting an offensive towards Bakhmut. There are unsuccessful offensive actions towards Avdiivka. In addition, the invaders are trying to improve the tactical position towards Lyman.

Towards Zaporizhzhia, there were unsuccessful offensive actions in the areas of Orihiv and Huliaipole. The enemy is defending towards Kupiansk, Novopavlivka and Kherson.

Towards Volyn, Polissia, Siversk and Sloboda, the situation has not changed significantly, and no offensive groups of the enemy have been detected. Joint exercises of the Air and Space Forces of the russian federation and the Air Force and Air Defense Forces of the republic of belarus are ongoing on the territory of the republic of belarus. Practical tasks on the interaction of air and ground components in offensive operations are being worked out.

The areas of the settlements of Rivne and Novodmytrivka in Sumy oblast and Budarka, Zemlianka, Hatyshche, Vovchansk, Ternova, Chuhunivka, Novomlynsk and Dvorichna in Kharkiv oblast were hit by mortar and artillery fire.

Towards Kupyansk, the enemy shelled Petropavlivka, Kyslivka, Ivanivka, Krokhmalne, Synkivka, Berestove, and Tabaivka in Kharkiv Oblast and Stelmakhivka in the Luhansk Oblast.

Towards Lyman, Druzhelyubivka in Kharkiv Oblast and Novoiehorivka, Nevske, Chervonpopivka and Dibrova in Luhansk Oblast were under enemy fire.

Towards Bakhmut, 13 settlements were affected by fire. Among them are Verkhnokamianske, Bilohorivka, Vesele, Soledar, Krasna Hora, Bakhmut, Klishchiivka, Kurdiumivka and Druzhba of Donetsk Oblast.

Towards Avdiivka, Avdiivka, Vodiane, Nevelske, Heorhiivka, Marinka and Novomykhailivka in Donetsk Oblast were shelled.

Towards Novopavlivka, Velyka Novosilka, Zolota Nyva and Vuhledar of Donetsk Oblast were hit by the enemy fire.

Towards Zaporizhzhia, more than 15 settlements were affected by artillery fire, namely Vremivka and Novopil in Donetsk oblast and Orihiv, Poltavka, Malynivka, Huliaipole, Mala Tokmachka, Stepove, Kamianske and Plavni in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

Towards Kherson, Antonivka, Berehove, Vesele, Fedorivka, Lvove, and Kherson were hit by MLRS and barrel artillery. Civilians suffered again.

The russian occupying forces do not stop looting the temporarily occupied territories. Thus, in the settlements of Hornostaivka, Kairy, Bratoliubivka, and Nyzhni Sirohozy of Kherson Oblast, the occupiers, moving in groups of 10-15 people, search empty houses of local residents and take away all household appliances and furniture.

Aviation of the Defense Forces made 13 strikes on enemy buildups and 3 strikes on the positions of anti-aircraft missile systems.

In addition, our defenders shot down an enemy Ka-52 helicopter and an experimental russian reconnaissance  Merlin-VR UAV.

At the same time, units of rocket and artillery troops of the Defense Forces of Ukraine hit 1 control point, 2 buildups of the occupiers’ manpower, and 1 radio-electronic warfare station.


President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy informs that in Brovary, Kyiv oblast, a helicopter fell on the territory of one of the kindergartens. The crash left 16 people dead, including Minister of Internal Affairs Denys Monastyrskyi, his first deputy Yevhenii Yenin, State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Yuri Lubkovych, their assistants, and the crew of the helicopter. Civilians were also killed, including 1 child. 25 people were injured, including 11 children. 

The State Border Guard Service reports that the Ukrainian military stopped the maneuver of the invaders, who were trying to bypass a stronghold near Bakhmut. The battle lasted about two hours. During this period in an unsuccessful attack, the invaders lost 12 people 5 killed and 7 wounded.

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 16 settlements were under russian attack.

Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported that settlements of Chuhuiv, Kharkiv and Kupiansk districts remain under attack. The enemy systematically destroys exclusively civilian infrastructure, private buildings and educational institutions. Humanitarian de-mining continues. To date, about 50 K explosive ordnance were defused. Together with international partners, including the UN humanitarian mission, people of Kharkiv oblast are provided with humanitarian aid. Seven trucks with building materials, lanterns, bed linens, clothes, blankets, kitchen utensils, food and hygiene kits arrived in Vovchansk.

Yesterday, the enemy massively shelled settlements along the entire contact line. Dvorichna, Kupiansk, Novomlynsk, Starytsia, Vovchansk and other settlements of Chuhuiv, Kharkiv and Kupiansk, Chuguev and Kharkiv districts were targeted.

A rocket attack on Kupiansk destroyed the building of the Motor Transport College. Garages and other non-residential buildings were also damaged. In Dvorichna, there were hits on the private sector.

In Vilcha settlement, Chuhuiv region, at least 4 private buildings were damaged.

In Kivsharivka village, Kupiansk region, the local hospital was damaged by shelling. A 51-year-old paramedic was injured. He is hospitalised in a moderate condition.

Mine clearance is ongoing. Yesterday pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service defused 71 explosive ordnance.

Donetsk oblast

Spokesman for the 24th separate mechanized brigade, Yaroslav Nikolin, informed that the situation near Bakhmut remains unchanged. Ukrainian troops are holding the line.

Last night, russians continued to shell various areas along the entire frontline.

Towards Donetsk, 1 person was injured in Orlivka of Ocheretyne community – 6 private buildings were damaged. Another 3 buildings were damaged in Kurakhove. There were isolated shelling of the outskirts of Marinka community.

Towards Horlivka, the situation in the Soledar community remains intense. Fedorivka, Paraskoviivka, Rozdolivka and the outskirts of Soledar were attacked – there was no information on casualties.

Towards Lysychansk, it was noisy in Siversk and on the outskirts of the Zvanivka community. A building was damaged in Terny of the Lyman community and there were almost 20 hits in Torske and Zarichne. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties.

Luhansk oblast

Yesterday Defense Forces units repelled enemy attacks near Bilohorivka. Towards Kupiansk, Andriivka, Novoselivske and Stelmakhivka were under russian attack. Towards Lyman, the enemy fired from all available ground firepower at Chervonopopivka, Dibrova, Kreminna, Makiivka, Nevske and Ploshchanka.

A group of russian troops was destroyed by the 3rd separate regiment of Special Forces named after Grand Prince Sviatoslav the Brave in cooperation with another unit. The UAV operators used a copter to detect the enemy group that had gotten lost in the Luhansk steppes. By adjusting the fire of artillery and mortar crews, the Special Forces helped eliminate the invaders.

The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine said that their servicemen tracked down a russian quadcopter. The border guards noted that the information about the russian unmanned aerial vehicle was received by the operator of the UAV countermeasures complex, who detected the air target and intercepted its control.

Referring to Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Haidai, russians lost about 100 paratroopers and several pieces of heavy equipment in the region. However, the invaders are constantly bringing new reserves towards Kreminna and Svatove. russians are trying to counterattack near Kreminna. The entire bank of the Krasna river is mined and russians are moving equipment to the other bank to defend from there.

According to the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, auto companies in the occupied Luhansk oblast cannot withstand the pressure and are closing down, social payments from russian federation were limited and delayed at the beginning of the year, large taxpayers are left with no opportunity to fill city budgets.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

Search and rescue operations were completed in Brovary at the place where the helicopter fell. According to the updated information of the State Emergency Service: 14 people died, including 1 child; 25 people were injured, including 11 children. A kindergarten, a 14-story residential building, and three cars were damaged due to the fall of the EC-225 emergency helicopter.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine published the list of those killed in the helicopter crash who were on board: six people of the operational group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, including the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as three members of the crew of the State Emergency Service. The government ordered to form a special working group to investigate the helicopter crash in Brovary.

Mayor of Brovary Ihor Sapozhko reported that the Brovary community announced a three-day mourning period in connection with the tragedy.

Mayor of Kyiv Vitalii Klychko and President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Odile Renault-Basso discussed the bank’s cooperation with Kyiv. In particular, it is about financing the purchase of metro cars by Kyiv, assistance in modernization of the thermal power complex, the purchase of trams, as well as the repair of the metro bridge across the Dnipro. Funding for the construction of an emergency hospital on the right bank of the capital is also being discussed.

Boris Johnson received an award from the Ukrainian capital – the title of Honorary Citizen of Kyiv. The decision was approved by the Kyiv City Council at the end of November last year. Mayor of Kyiv Vitalii Klychko presented the award to Boris Johnson at the Ukrainian House in Davos.

Collection of evidence about the crimes of the russian military began in Irpin. Materials and objects testifying to the crimes of the occupiers are collected in the Department of Culture, Nationalities and Religions of the Irpin City Council. It is noted that these can be photo or video materials, oral or written testimonies of the victims.

Three new Safety Classes were opened in the Brovary Territorial Community. Children will learn  here the rules of fire and mine safety, civil defense, talk about the procedure during an air raid and in case of shelling. Classrooms are equipped with necessary materials and equipment, including computers, projectors and interactive boards.

The number of alternative power sources in the capital has been increased to connect pump stations in the event of a long-term lack of electricity. As reported in the KCSA, 137 pump stations can be connected to generators.

About a hundred trench candles for defenders were made by Kyiv policemen together with children. Such candles can illuminate the dugout, dry clothes and heat food. You can light a fire from wet wood. The law enforcement officers of the police department in the Shevchenkivskyi district, together with the precinct officers, prepared all the necessary materials and invited the children. The candles will be handed over to the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the front lines.

Zhytomyr oblast

The Zhytomyr RMA reported that commemoration of Ukrainian soldiers who gave their lives defending Donetsk airport will take place on January 20. The ceremony commemorating the “cyborgs” will be held in Zhytomyr near the monument Defenders of Ukraine in the War with the russian Aggressor. There will also be thematic events in libraries, museums and cultural institutions.

48 displaced people received help from the Humanitarian Headquarters of Zhytomyr oblast in Korostyshev. Humanitarian aid included seasonal clothes, food and hygiene kits. IDPs from Donetsk and Luhansk regions found shelter in the former Teteriv sanatorium in 2014 and still live there.

In Zhytomyr, volunteers from Grandma’s Battalion sewed 55 pillows, balaclavas and gloves for the military in Bakhmut. Since the beginning of the russian aggression against Ukraine, they have been sewing clothes, blankets and pillows for the defenders of Ukraine. The youngest of the craftswomen will soon turn 60, and the oldest is over 80.

Sumy oblast

Head of the Sumy RMA Dmytro Zhivytskyi reported that the occupiers made 37 strikes on the territories of Sumy oblast. The Bilopillia community was hit by mortar fire twice – 26 hits were recorded. 7 mines fell on the territory of the Nova Sloboda community, and 4 on the Krasnopillia community.

Sumyoblenergo informed that the shutdown schedule in Sumy oblast according to the scheme +4/-2 from 24.00 to 8.00 and -4/+2 during the day continues to operate.

The Shostka Central Hospital received a high-power generator. The 160 kW device came to the region from the International Organization for Migration.

The Okhtyrka City Council reported that the buildings in Okhtyrka destroyed due to russian aggression will be displayed in the portal on the interactive online platform. The city joined the UNDP Project “Creation of an interactive online platform for mapping war-related damages, with the classification of destroyed objects by type and degree of damage using geographic information systems.”

Residents of the Konotop region donated UAH 75,250 for the Armed Forces. This was reported in the Popiv village council, whose villages held a charity event Giving to the Armed Forces, local cultural workers took part.

The Sumy gymnasium received aid from Azerbaijan. The Consulate of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Kharkiv financed the repair of the office in the Sumy Gymnasium.

Chernihiv oblast

The State Border Service reported that the russian military shelled the territory of the Semenivka community. 7 mortar hits were recorded.

The ‘North’ Operational Command reported that occupiers attacked the Novhorod-Siverskyi community in Chernihiv oblast once again. Around noon, the enemy shelled the village of Buchky; there were 11 mortar hits.

A museum meeting was held in Chernihiv on the occasion of the Day of the National Assembly of Ukraine and the 105th anniversary of the independence of the Ukrainian People’s Republic. The scientific and educational event was held in the historical museum named after V. V. Tarnovsky. At the beginning of the meeting, the attendees observed a moment of silence in memory of the fallen soldiers, victims of the russian terrorist attack in Dnipro and the tragedy in Brovary.

The Department of Health Protection of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration reported that the hospital in the city of Kozelets received valuable equipment as a gift. Help was provided by the foundation With an Angel on the Shoulder and Spanish philanthropists Bozhena-Sofia Shpak from Ederic Lujan. An electrocardiograph, an ultrasound machine and other equipment along with hygiene products were supplied to the institution.

The Prosecutor General’s Office reported that a russian serviceman was notified in absentia of suspicion of abusing civilians in Chernihiv oblast. The suspect will be punished for shooting at two residents of the occupied village of Pakul in the Chernihiv oblast, as well as for looting one of the recreation centers.

The youth library in Chernihiv destroyed by the occupiers was protected from further destruction due to moisture and wind. As part of international cooperation, works were carried out to cover the iconic architectural monument, which is planned to be restored in the future.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reported that three soldiers of the National Guard of Ukraine were awarded state awards for the defense of Chernihiv in February and March 2022. Colonel Ihor Orinko, senior soldier Vladyslav Derevyanko and master sergeant Serhii Romanenko received the awards.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

According to Mykola Lukashuk, head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, heavy artillery of the russian occupants fired at the Nikopol region last night again. About 20 enemy shells hit Marhanets and Chervonohryhorivka communities, which came under fire. Several buildings were damaged in the Chervonohryhorivka community. In Marhanets, the power grid was damaged. 

The number of wounded due to a missile attack on a multi-storey building in Dnipro has increased to 80 people. An elderly woman turned to doctors with a concussion and a bruised head. She is in hospital. Also, 25 wounded remain in hospitals, including three children.

Vinnytsia oblast

A Welcome Guide for Internally Displaced Persons has been developed in Vinnytsia. The publication is intended to familiarize people who have moved to Vinnytsia with the city and help them adapt to life there more quickly.

According to the Vinnytsia City Council, in Vinnytsia, the International Organization for Migration held a seminar for local authorities on working with IDPs. During the training, the participants identified the main problems in managing temporary accommodation centers for IDPs and identified key areas of cooperation with IOM. 

Over a hundred periscopes were made for the defenders by 15-year-old Dmytro Slobodianyk from Kryzhopil within a month. The boy makes the devices on his own design. They are used by the military to safely inspect the area near Donetsk, Kherson and Kharkiv. 

Kirovohrad oblast

In Bobrynets, the Kropyvnytskyi region, a dormitory for internally displaced persons is being arranged on the basis of a lyceum dormitory. After the renovation, fifty people will be able to live there.

Poltava oblast

According to Head of the Poltava Regional State Administration, Dmytro Lunin, the communities of Poltava Oblast are improving the conditions of treatment in medical institutions. A modern rehabilitation unit was opened in the Hlobinsk city hospital.  The team of rehabilitation medicine specialists helps people recover from injuries, including those sustained in the war, and neurological diseases. The unit is equipped with more than 70 pieces of specialized rehabilitation equipment.

Cherkasy oblast

35 Mavic-3 reconnaissance drones were purchased by Cherkasy volunteers for the military. They raised money for the precious equipment through the Sign the Rocket project.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

On January 17, russian troops shelled Zaporizhzhia oblast 171 times, which is a record since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. The police received 22 reports about the destruction of houses and apartments of civilians as a result of shells and missiles hitting.

During the past day, 26 settlements were shelled. The communities on the frontline – Stepnohirsk, Orikhiv and Huliaipole – suffer the most. The Tavriisk community has been shelled since the morning. One person was injured in Huliaipole. In addition, violating all the rules of warfare, the enemy uses incendiary ammunition.

The enemy systematically conducts filtering measures, including phone checks, work of Ukrainian mobile operators and broadcasting suspension. The so-called “curfew” was again introduced for three days. The occupiers constantly conduct a population census in order to take possession of the movable and immovable property of people who managed to leave, and after that – place their own troops there.

Loud explosions rang out in Mykhailivka, Melitopol region, temporarily occupied by russian troops. This was announced by Mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov. The explosions occurred in a local school captured by the russians and turned into an ammunition depot.

The occupiers seized educational institutions and utility companies in the temporarily occupied Enerhodar. According to Mayor of Enerhodar, Dmytro Orlov, the occupiers took the keys from the technicians. Also, the military of the russian federation began to station in the basements of high-rise buildings, which were turned into ammunition warehouses.

Ukraine will need at least two months to resume the operation of the Zaporizhzhia NPP and defuse all the explosives at the station after deoccupation. In addition, this time is also needed for Enerhoatom specialists to check the condition of the equipment and buildings of the nuclear plant and the surrounding area. There is a constant gradual degradation of systems and equipment due to the NPP downtime and the shutdown of all its power units, 

A free shuttle bus runs from Orikhiv to Zaporizhzhia and back for residents of the Orikhiv community. Buses run every day from January 10. Deputy Mayor of Orikhiv Svitlana Mandrych reported this.

Mykolaiv oblast

On January 17, the enemy fired the Kutsurub community with artillery. The hit was made outside the settlement. There were no damages or injuries. The enemy also attacked the water area and the settlement of the Ochakiv community with anti-aircraft missiles. As a result, several private residential buildings were damaged, windows were broken in an apartment building. There are no casualties.

The law enforcement officers discovered the locations of enemy positions during the occupation when conducting stabilization measures in one of the liberated settlements of the Pervomaisk community. Police officers found ammunition, military equipment and other evidence of the presence and commission of crimes by the occupiers near the houses. A large number of mines were found in the field near the village. In the near future, specialists of the explosives service will carry out demining on the territory.

Vitalii Kim, Head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, said that all businesses in Mykolaiv oblast owned by citizens of the russian federation were arrested. As of January 18, law enforcement officers are dealing with this issue. The process of transferring the Mykolayiv Alumina Plant into state ownership is also ongoing.

Odesa oblast

As of January 18, there are 16 Russian ships in the Black Sea, including 6 Kalibr cruise missile carriers. One of them is a submarine. Natalia Humeniuk, head of the coordination press center of the security and defense forces of the South, informed about this. The total salvo can be up to 44 missiles.

In 2022, the volume of exports of agricultural products through the Danube ports increased 40 times: about 7 million tonnes of cargo were exported. The port industry almost stopped its work after the full-scale invasion of the russian federation, the exception was the Danube region. It took the majority of the cargo exported or imported from Ukraine. The return of control over Zmiinyi (Snake) Island contributed to the opening of traffic through the channel of the Bystre mouth, which made it possible to unload the raid of the Sulina channel and double the intensity of grain exports. In 2023, Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority plans to carry out dredging works in the deep-sea Danube-Black Sea shipping lane and in the water area of the Izmail, Reni and Ust-Dunaisk ports. This will allow Ukrainian ports to accept large-tonnage vessels with a load of 8 thousand tonnes instead of the current 1-1.5 tonnes.

There are 303 Invincibility Centers operating in Odesa. Since November 25, they have been visited by 171,693 people. The largest number of visitors was recorded on December 11. Then 23 K people came.

Kherson oblast

On January 17, russian invaders attacked Kherson oblast 83 times. The russians shelled Kherson 26 times – once again they attacked residential quarters of the city. The roof of the Kherson Academic Puppet Theater and the city printing house were also damaged. 4 people received injuries of varying degrees of severity.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the russian occupying forces continue looting in the temporarily occupied territories. Thus, the occupiers, moving in groups of 10-15 people, search empty homes of local residents and take away all household appliances and furniture in the settlements of Hornostaivka, Kairy, Bratoliubivka, and Nyzhni Sirohozy of Kherson oblast.

A temporary crossing over the Ingulets River was opened in the Kochubeivka Community. The bridge that connected the settlements of the Kochubeivka community with Visokopillia and Velyka Oleksandrivka was destroyed by the russian occupiers when they were fleeing from the right-bank Kherson oblast. 30 military personnel and 12 units of equipment restored transport connections.

Benefactors from Germany and Sweden handed over a modern ultrasound machine to Kherson. Also, a new gynecological office and modern German Siemens ultrasound machines were delivered to the city for the regional oncology dispensary and the regional children’s hospital. This equipment is from the Lviv Regional Council and the Zolochiv regional community.

Three more mobile shelters were set up in Kherson on January 18. They were placed in the places most visited by people – in the area of the Dnipro market and on the railway station square. The size of the shelter is 4.5 by 3.250 meters, the height is 2.7 m. The upper plate is 35 cm. The walls are 25 cm . The lower plate is 15 cm. 20 people can stay comfortably inside at once.

Employees of the Kherson Regional Art Museum named after O. Shovkunenko identified by photo 25 paintings from the museum collection stolen by the russian occupiers. In general, more than 10K works of art were removed under the guise of the so-called “evacuation” at the end of October and the beginning of November last year. Today, recognition of paintings continues.

The exhibition “Together – Invincible” opened at the railway station in Kherson. Eleven photo artists presented their works, in which they showed how Ukrainians live during the war, how life is revived in the liberated territories, how volunteers, doctors, and the military work and how the world supports them. The exhibition is organized by the UKRAINIAN WARCHIVE photo archive. The goal of the project is to develop an online platform where thousands of photos about the war will be collected later.

Volyn oblast

An exhibition of paintings called Winter Salon-2023 was opened in the Volyn Art Gallery of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. The works of 49 artists from Volyn are dominated by the theme of war that has been going on in Ukraine for over eight years.

The RMA reported that train No. 753 L on the Rakhiv–Valia–Viseului route (Romania) made its first official journey.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

The dispatcher of Ukrenergo provided the 204.1 MW night limit for the oblast. The daily limit is 269 MW.

The RMA reported that military exercises continue in Prykarpattia.

The city council reported that they started installing updated and supplemented cubes on Alley of Glory in Ivano-Frankivsk. Since October 14, the number of the fallen has increased to 196. But there will be 178 portraits on the Alley of Glory, because not all relatives have agreed to place photos and information.

During missile attack threats, over 700 educational institutions conduct online training in shelters, and children always stay in touch with their parents via the Internet. In February, the number of shelters with Wi-Fi in shelters of educational institutions of Lviv oblast will reach 100%, and this is almost 1,6K institutions of general secondary education and kindergartens.

Rivne oblast

In Rivne oblast, a nationwide rehabilitation center for patients with spinal injuries is being created. The facility is being built on the basis of the existing Center for the Treatment and Rehabilitation of the Effects of Neurotrauma of the Klevan Hospital for War Veterans. The Center has already installed new medical equipment for robotic rehabilitation.

As of next week, it will be possible to exchange old lamps for energy-saving ones in Rivne oblast. The first batch of over 60K LED lamps arrived in the oblast.

Ternopil oblast

The city council of Chortkov reported that children continue to support servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The preschool educational institution No. 9 Golden Key sent 10 sets of thermal clothing and 10 karemats, tactical gloves, knee pads and a tactical headlamp to the soldiers.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

Since the war began, 60 enterprises have moved their production facilities to Khmelnytskyi. The largest number of enterprises moved to the cities of Khmelnytskyi, Kamianets-Podilskyi and Shepetivka. They relocated from Kharkiv, Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Kramatorsk and other cities of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts. 76% of them have already started operations at a new location.

Chernivtsi oblast
