War in Ukraine today: latest news, February 22, 2023 (photo)

It has been the 364th day of the Ukrainian resistance to the russian military aggression. 

What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 6 pm:   

The russian federation continues its full-scale armed aggression against Ukraine. The invaders’ main efforts are focused on the offensive operations against Kupiansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Shakhtarsk. The number of enemy personnel is increasing.

On February 22, the enemy launched 9 missile strikes, 4 of them on the city of Kharkiv, and 10 air strikes. The invaders launched more than 20 MLRS attacks. There remains a threat of missile strikes across Ukraine.

Towards Volyn, Polissia, Siversk, and Sloboda, there are no significant changes. The enemy continues to maintain military presence near the state border of Ukraine. However, no signs of enemy offensive groups formed were found. 

The enemy fired mortars and artillery at the settlements of Mykhalchyna Sloboda (Chernihiv oblast), Koreniok, Boyaro-Lezhachi, Ryzhivka, and Basivka (Sumy oblast), as well as 15 settlements in Kharkiv oblast. Among them are Tymofiivka, Starytsia, Vovchansk, Budarky, Ambarne, and Bolohivka. 

An enemy sabotage and reconnaissance group was detected in the vicinity of Bolohivka. The Ukrainian Defense Forces forced the enemy to retreat to the territory of the russian federation.

The enemy conducted several unsuccessful offensives towards Kupiansk and Lyman. The invaders also attempted to infiltrate a sabotage and reconnaissance group near Fyholivka. The enemy fired artillery at Kamianka, Hrianikivka, Kotliarivka, Berestove (Kharkiv oblast), Nevske, Kreminna, Kuzmyne, Dibrova, Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast), Ivanivka, and Yampolivka (Donetsk oblast). 

Towards Bakhmut, the enemy continues to attack the positions of Ukrainian troops near the settlements of Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Dubovo-Vasylivka, Berkhivka, Yahidne, and Bakhmut. The enemy is active in aerial reconnaissance to spot for artillery fire. 18 settlements were shelled, namely Spirne, Vesele, Dubovo-Vasylivka, Berkhivka, Yahidne, Bakhmut, and Ozarianivka. 

Towards Avdiivka and Shakhtarske, the occupants launched an unsuccessful offensive near Novobakhmutivka, Vodiane, Nevelske, Marinka, and Prechystivka. The enemy fired artillery at about 20 settlements, including Novobakhmutivka, Avdiivka, Pervomaiske, Vodiane, Nevelske, Krasnohorivka, Marinka, Paraskoviivka, Novomykhailivka, Vuhledar, and Velyka Novosilka (Donetsk oblast).

Towards Zaporizhzhia, Vremivka, Novosilka, Novopil (Donetsk oblast), and Malynivka, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Novodanylivka, Kamianske (Zaporizhzhia oblast), and Vyshchetarasivka (Dnipropetrovsk oblast) were shelled.

Towards Kherson, the enemy artillery fire hit the settlements of Novotiahynka, Antonivka, and Chornobaivka of Kherson oblast located on the right bank of the Dnipro River. 

The russian occupiers are using local infrastructure in the temporarily occupied part of Zaporizhzhia oblast for their own purposes, in particular, especially for their own wealth. For example, the invaders use one of the vehicle service stations in Tokmak not only to maintain their military equipment, but also to disassemble cars stolen from the local residents for parts to be further sold.

The Ukrainian Air Force launched 10 air strikes on buildups of personnel and military equipment of the occupiers, while rocket and artillery units hit 2 buildups of the enemy manpower.

According to the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Volker Türk, as a result of russia’s full-scale war in Ukraine, more than 8K civilians have been killed. Another 13,287 people were injured, and these are not the final figures. It is noted that 90.3% of civilian casualties are caused by russia’s long-range weapons, including artillery shells, cruise and ballistic missiles, and air strike missiles.

Prosecutor General Andrii Kostin informs that russia hit 112 critical civilian infrastructure facilities 255 times. In total, since the beginning of the full-scale war, more than 81K civilian objects have been destroyed or damaged, including 62K residential buildings, over 2,300 educational institutions and more than 450 medical facilities.


Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russian troops shelled more than 20 settlements towards Slobozhanske.

Referring to the General Staff, russian sabotage and reconnaissance groups tried to enter two villages of the Dvorichna community – Bolohivka and Fyholivka. Ukrainian forces repelled the invaders.

In the morning, the enemy launched 4 missile attacks on industrial infrastructure in the Kyiv district. Work to eliminate the aftermath of the attacks continues.

Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported that during the attack on Kharkiv, 46 and 57-year-old men were injured, they have light injuries and were hospitalized. According to him, russians could have used S-300 or X-59 missiles.

During the day, the enemy fired again at the north of the oblast. At least 6 private houses were damaged in the Vovchansk community. In Nesterne village, outbuildings and farm buildings were damaged. In the Kupiansk region, the educational infrastructure and a private building were damaged. A 40-year-old man was injured. Today 30 more civilians were evacuated from the Kupiansk community.

The Kharkiv Regional Emergency Service reported that rescuers extinguished a fire in Vilcha settlement of the Vovchansk community, which occurred as a result of russian shelling.

Head of the Zolochiv community, Viktor Kovalenko, informed that the enemy attacked Chervona Zoria twice with mortars.

The mine danger in Kharkiv oblast remains very high. In Izium, a 55-year-old man stepped on a Petal mine. He was hospitalised with an explosive wound. Currently, doctors are providing him with medical assistance.

Yesterday, the enemy targeted at least 20 border settlements in Chuhuiv, Kharkiv and Kupiansk regions.

In Kupiansk, a rocket attack damaged a football field, a stadium stand, a kindergarten building and a 5-storey house. The enemy also shelled the residential sector. A man was injured. He was hospitalised in a moderate condition.

Vovchansk and Vilcha of the Vovchansk community were under attack. Several residential buildings were damaged and fires broke out.  

There was a direct hit of an enemy shell on a residential building in Dvorichna, Kupiansk region.

Road Service noted that four bridges from Norway will be installed in Kharkiv oblast. The first batch of bridges arrived on February 22.

Donetsk oblast

Head of the Kurakhove City Military Administration, Roman Padun, reported about the morning shelling. One of the attacks was carried out with cluster munitions.

According to the press service of the State Border Guard Service, on February 21, there was a battle for a stronghold in Donetsk oblast, where Ukrainian border guards are holding the line. All russian attacks were repelled by the Ukrainian military. Ten Wagner soldiers were killed.

Head of the Chasiv Yar Military Administration, Serhii Chaus, informed that despite the daily shelling, residents do not want to leave the city. There is no gas or heating, just partial electricity and water supply.

Yesterday Russian troops shelled 12 settlements with Grads, S-300, tanks and artillery. Russians shelled Toretsk with an S-300 missile, hitting a private building, and Grad rockets hit the Pokrovsk region.

Russian troops attacked settlements of the Kurakhove community four times – three times at Kurakhivka and once at the outskirts of Hirnyk.

As a result of the shelling, power grids were damaged: more than four hundred residents are without electricity. Two private buildings with outbuildings in Kurakhivka were also damaged.

Based on the information provided by Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko, russians killed 1 resident in Ivanivske. Another  person was injured. Since the beginning of russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, 1382 people have been killed and 3076 injured in Donetsk oblast.

Luhansk oblast

Yesterday Defence Forces units repelled enemy attacks near Dibrova and Kuzemivka. Towards Kupiansk and Lyman, the enemy shelled Bilohorivka, Chervonopopivka, Dibrova, Nevske and Stelmakhivka.

In general, the Lyman direction remains the focus of enemy counterattacks. Yesterday russians shelled 445 times there. According to the spokesman of the Eastern Group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, there were 12 combat engagements in this area of the frontline, resulting in 84 invaders eliminated and 68 injured. The enemy loses equipment there almost every day.

Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, reported that yesterday, the enemy tried to make a breakthrough near Kreminna. An infantry squad and a squad of enemy tanks advanced. The battle was very hard – our guys destroyed several russian tanks. The enemy offensive had no success. The situation there has stabilised. Yesterday, towards Svatove, the invaders evacuated their killed and injured servicemen. The day before they also suffered significant losses trying to break through.

The head of the RMA also noted that the captured Kadyrov’s men are a “golden” exchange fund. Russians agree to exchange one Kadyrov’s man for ten Ukrainian soldiers, sometimes even more.

Referring to the Luhansk RMA, two tanks and two enemy artillery installations were destroyed in Luhansk oblast. Forced mobilization measures will be simplified and speeded up in the occupied territories and mobile connection in the region can be found somewhere near Novoaidar.

The local occupation administrations of Luhansk oblast received an order from the commander of the troops of the southern military district of russian federation to quicken mobilization measures.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

During the occupation, the russian army committed more than 9K war crimes in the Bucha region of Kyiv oblast, and more than 1,700 civilians were killed, including about 700 in Bucha. Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin spoke about this to U.S. Congressmen Michael McCaul, Darrell Issa, Keith Self, Jake Ells, and Max Miller during their visit to the city. The delegation visited the sites of mass graves and met with people who survived the russian occupation. So far, 91 russian military servicemen involved in these crimes have been identified. Efforts are underway to bring all those involved to justice.

Ukraine’s Ambassador to Israel Yevhen Korniychuk announced that an Israeli early warning system for missiles and drones will be tested in Kyiv. In Israel, the siren is activated only in a certain sector in a certain place, thanks to the radars that determine the direction of the missile’s flight. The siren also gives a special signal that indicates how much time people have to take cover.

In Kyiv, the Security Service of Ukraine detained a russian blogger who was hiding from justice on the territory of the Holy Annunciation Monastery of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate). The propagandist publicly justified russian armed aggression against Ukraine. He is the founder of the so-called “russian club”, which was engaged in the preparation of paid publications for the sanctioned news agencies of the aggressor country. The investigation is ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the crime.

David Lisnar, Mayor of the French city of Cannes and President of the Association of Mayors of French Cities, visited Irpin. This was announced by Irpin Mayor Oleksandr Markushyn. According to him, a memorandum of cooperation between the Irpin City Council and the Association of French Cities was signed with Mr. Lisnar last year in Paris. They are currently discussing joint projects.

The Kyiv RMA reported that 70 generators have been delivered to educational and medical institutions in Kyiv oblast thanks to the international company Solvd in cooperation with the Consulate General of Ukraine in San Francisco (USA).

A presentation of an audio documentary series ‘Opir’ (‘Resistance’) took place in Kyiv. The series is dedicated to Ukrainians who joined the ranks of the Armed Forces after February 24 to defend Irpin from the russian invasion. The ‘Opir’ features four real-life stories and voices of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who talk about their lives and service during the defense of the city in the spring of 2022. The series is available on the MEGOGO mobile app, and its episodes will be released on all popular podcast platforms later.

Zhytomyr oblast

According to the Zhytomyr RMA, more than 112K IDPs have been officially registered in Zhytomyr oblast since the beginning of the full-scale war. As of the end of January 2023, 68.5K IDPs are living in the region, most of them are from Donetsk oblast. The residents of Luhansk, Kharkiv, and Kherson oblasts who were forced to leave their homes due to the hostilities also found refuge in the oblast.

During February 22-24, educational institutions in Zhytomyr will operate as usual, and most schools in the oblast will work remotely. The Department of Education of Zhytomyr reported that the institutions provide safe conditions for children at the existing shelters, equipped and provided with all the essentials.

Almost all the streets of the Pulyn territorial community in Zhytomyr oblast have been renamed. The decision was made at a session of the village council. In total, 23 names were changed – 19 streets and four lanes in 11 settlements.

Sumy oblast

 Over the past day, the enemy opened fire on 5 communities in the oblast, namely Krasnopillia, Esman, Bilopillia, Nova Sloboda, and Vorozhba. There were 78 mortar and artillery attacks in total. A private house and an outbuilding were damaged as a result of shelling in Hrabovske of the Krasnopillia community.

The Sumy RMA reported that Air Defense Forces of the AFU downed a russian missile near the city of Sumy.

The ‘North’ Operational Command reported that the enemy mortars had once again shelled the border of Sumy oblast. Overall, there were 18 attacks near the settlements of Korenok, Boyaro-Lezhachi and Sopych. The shelling damaged the road surface, agricultural and residential buildings in local yards.

In Sumy, employees of Elektroavtotrans purchased a Ford Ranger for the military in Bakhmut. Over UAH 330K was raised within three months. To meet the requirements of the military, the employees checked the chassis, all components and assemblies, and reinforced the exterior. According to the company’s director, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the team has repaired and prepared more than 30 cars and trucks, and even one tank for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Trostianets has recently received another humanitarian aid shipment from the AICM International Charitable Foundation (France-Ukraine). The most vulnerable categories of residents are receiving food packages. In addition, residents with damaged or destroyed housing can receive stoves designed for both heating and cooking.

Chernihiv oblast

According to the ‘North’ Operational Command, the enemy continues to shell the border communities of Chernihiv oblast. The military reported 30 attacks from self-propelled artillery systems near the village of Mykhalchyna Sloboda (the Novhorod-Siverskyi community).

The Prosecutor General’s Office reported that a russian serviceman was sentenced to 12 years in prison in Chernihiv oblast. Law enforcement officers found that in March 2022, during the occupation of the village of Terekhivka, Chernihiv region, the accused, together with other russian military personnel, forcibly held a wounded civilian in a store for four days and tortured him. “The torture was carried out at intervals that excluded the possibility of sleep. The victim was deprived of necessary medical care, food and water,” the statement said.

From February 22 to 24, 28 schools in Chernihiv will switch to remote training, and three schools will teach in a mixed format. This was reported by the Chernihiv RMA. Pedagogical councils of each school independently decided on the educational process for these days. The decision was made due to the threat of attacks by russia.

37 streets and lanes will be renamed in Chernihiv. The decision was made at a meeting of the city council. Also, to mark the 400th anniversary of the granting of Magdeburg Law to Chernihiv, Popudrenko Square changed its name to Magdeburg Law Square.

Viacheslav Chaus, Head of the Chernihiv RMA, announced that 8 communities in Chernihiv oblast received used furniture for educational institutions. The assistance was provided by the Republic of Finland in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. He reminded that 51 kindergartens, 70 schools, 3 higher education institutions and 5 vocational pre-university institutions were damaged or destroyed due to military aggression in the oblast.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

According to Head of the Regional Council, Mykola Lukashuk, the occupiers fired about 15 shells at  the Marhanets community of the Nikopol region with heavy artillery. 

A memorial service for the dead was held near a house destroyed by a rocket attack in Dnipro. 40 days have passed since the tragedy.  46 people were killed and 80 injured by the russian missile attack.

Vinnytsia oblast

​​ Vinnytsia Mayor, Serhii Morhunov, reported that  6K chemical heaters, 15 gas stoves, food and coffee were handed over to Azov soldiers.

 The Department of Health Protection and Rehabilitation of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration announced that medical institutions of Vinnytsia received two trucks of humanitarian aid from the International Organization for Migration (IOM), one of the international partners who have regularly been supporting the oblast since the beginning of the full-scale war.

Kirovohrad oblast

The New York Times published an article about Olha and Taras Melster, a couple from Kropyvnytskyi. From the first days of the full-scale invasion, they went to the front together and were killed on the same day.

Poltava oblast

The Poltava University of Economics and Trade conducted a charity webinar “Quality in Higher Education – Global Experience”. The webinar raised UAH 61,200 for the Armed Forces.

Employees of the Executive Office, Property Management, and the Communal Institution for the Operation of Administrative Buildings of the Poltava Regional Council handed over another Starlink to the military.

Cherkasy oblast

According to the Cherkasy State Administration, local farmers sent eight four-wheel drive vehicles and a bus to the frontlines.

Students and teachers from the Cherkasy Sanatorium school painted “life” on war relics. Painted shells, casings, and ammunition boxes were sold at a charity auction. More than UAH 53 K were collected in this way. All funds will be directed to support the Armed Forces.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

The situation towards Zaporizhzhia has not undergone significant changes. The enemy concentrates its main efforts on holding the occupied positions. On February 21, the enemy launched 59 attacks on the positions of Ukrainian defenders, using tank weapons, rocket and barrel artillery along the entire contact line.

The occupiers shelled civilian infrastructure in Chervone, Bilohiria, Zaliznychne, Charivne, Olhivske, Novodanylivka, Malynivka, Huliaipole, Orikhiv, Kamianske, Stepove, and Komyshuvaha. 12 reports about the destruction of houses (apartments) and infrastructure objects as a result of shelling by russian military personnel were received by police.

The russian occupiers are using the local infrastructure in the temporarily occupied part of Zaporizhzhia oblast for their own purposes. Specifically, the invaders not only service their military equipment, but also disassemble cars stolen from the local population into spare parts for further sale at one of the service stations in Tokmak.

Mykolaiv oblast

On February 21, the russian army again shelled Mykolaiv oblast, namely the Ochakiv community (one person was seriously injured) and the Kutsurub community (no injuries or damage). This was reported by the Mykolaiv RMA.

A solemn ceremony of defacing post stamps was held at one of the facilities of Mykolaivvoblteploenergo. The ceremony was dedicated to the utility service workers, who work 24/7 to restore facilities damaged by russians.

Odesa oblast

Odesa oblast received 50 generators from the EU Delegation in Ukraine. According to Odesa RMA, the generators are distributed among health care facilities, critical and administrative infrastructure facilities.

The Port of Izmail, Odesa oblast, processed a cargo of technical salt for the first time in the port’s history and in recent history of Ukraine. According to the Ukrainian sea ports authority, a ship from Egypt arrived at the port. Salt is intended for road services in Ukraine.

The Odesa railway station received comfortable feeding stations for animals. Drinking water dispensers were installed for animals traveling by train.

Kherson oblast

On February 21, the russian invaders attacked peaceful settlements in Kherson oblast 51 times. The enemy attacked Kherson 4 times. In the afternoon, russian troops launched a massive attack on the city from Grad MLRS. Enemy shells hit a public transport stop, a medical facility, a motor vehicle enterprise, the Khersonteploenerho building, a factory, and residential buildings. 5 civilians were killed, 21 residents of the oblast injured.

The enemy continues to force the population in the temporarily captured part of Kherson oblast to receive russian passports. The russian occupying forces and the police have intensified checks at checkpoints and are threatening to evict all citizens who do not receive a russian passport from the beginning of March.

Additional security measures will be implemented in the de-occupied territory of Kherson oblast from February 23 to 25. Enterprises and institutions of the communal form of ownership, except for critical infrastructure facilities, switch to a remote form of work; the issuance of humanitarian aid, cash payments at Ukrposhta branches, etc. will be limited. Law enforcement officers will patrol places of possible people gatherings, Invincibility centers will be open 24 hours a day.

Construction of a temporary bridge over the Inhulets River connecting the village of Kalynivske and the village of Krasnoliubetsk has been completed. Last May, the russian invaders destroyed the newly restored bridge. At the beginning of January, the military began to build a temporary 37m bridge, and the work was completed yesterday. 30 people and more than 10 pieces of equipment were involved. Reconstruction of the main bridge will begin this year.

The American organization “Ukraine Rises” and the “DAR” charitable foundation  provided more than 500 bulletproof vests to employees of utility companies, local self-government bodies, and volunteers. Critical infrastructure personnel are on the road 24 hours a day, local government representatives work under any circumstances, and people of good will distribute humanitarian aid.

Latest news for today in the western regions of Ukraine

Volyn oblast

An expanded meeting of the Board of Education and Science of Volyn oblast was held. The meeting reviewed one year of activities in a state of full-scale war and discussed implementation of the educational policy under martial law for 2023.

From Volyn, two trucks with generators, gas stoves and necessary equipment were sent to the Volyn units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. An SUV was sent to the troops of the State Border Service, the National Guard and the Territorial Defense Brigade in the oblast. The aid was provided thanks to the CF Together in the Future of the Republic of South Africa.

Zakarpattia oblast

The Uzhhorod City Council will cooperate with the International Charity Organization SOS Children’s Villages. The parties have signed the relevant Memorandum.

The RMA reported that the Books of Victory project was launched in Zakarpattia. Anyone can sign their favorite books and hand them over to the frontline soldiers.

The RMA reported that in Zakarpattia, training on coordination and management of collective centers for IDPs has started.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

In the RMA heads of regional military administrations and territorial communities met to discuss implementation of the national recruiting campaign “Offensive Guard” in the oblast.

Carpathian students received 1K orthopedic backpacks filled with stationery from the international organization Save the Children financed by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (NMFA).

Lviv oblast

The RMA held a meeting with Director of the European Projects Center, Leszek Buller. Cross-border cooperation with Poland was discussed.

The Lviv RMA and Oschadbank signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. This document should help local and relocated businesses of Lviv oblast to get through the difficult times of martial law.

The Drohobych region received a new fire truck worth over UAH 3 million provided by the brothers of the Roman Catholic Church of the order of the Bonifratre Brothers.

The RMA reported that the International Medical Corps sent a 100 kW generator to a sanatorium in Truskavets, where over 250 IDPs live.

9 specialists from the USA will consult and operate on children at the Lviv Regional Children’s Hospital Okhmatdyt. They have planned to conduct 10 highly complicated surgical interventions for congenital and acquired defects of the maxillofacial area.

Policemen from Lviv oblast, who are restoring law and order in the liberated territory of Kharkiv oblast, returned the school bus stolen by the occupiers to local students. When the law enforcement officers found the school bus, it was mutilated. They repaired it on their own and returned it to the education department of the Balakleia City Council.

Rivne oblast

In Rivne oblast purchased two cars for the Armed Forces. Vehicles, donated by residents of Povchansk and Bokiimivsk communities (the Dubno region), are already in the war zone. 

Ternopil oblast

The City Council reported that in Ternopil, a expert in issues related to communication with the families and relatives of the Defenders of Ukraine who have been captured or went missing started working in the social policy department.

The RMA reported that oblast sent helmets for Ternopil tankers. They are manufactured in compliance with state standards, taking into account the recommendations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The radio device of the helmet does not fail even under water.

Ternopil oblast received a 200 kW generator from the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. This device will meet the needs of one of the oblast’s heat supply companies.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

A pre-premiere screening of the film Peaceful-21 took place in Khmelnytskyi. It is a film about border guards, who are the first to repel the enemy. The plot is based on true events occurred in 2014, during the beginning of the invasion of  Luhansk oblast by the russian occupying forces.

An artist from Khmelnytskyi Oleksandr Kaniuk creates realistic black and white portraits. He draws them on high-quality A3 white paper, using only charcoal and graphite pencils. It takes up to 80 hours to create one work.

Chernivtsi oblast

Representatives of the Chernivtsi RMA visited the regional hospital for war veterans. Creating a rehabilitation department on its base was discussed.

The city council reported that two medical institutions in Chernivtsi received generators from Robert Lockhead (US) and the August Mission charitable organization.

Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni announced the sixth aid package. It will include air defense systems – SAMP-T and Skyguard Aspide. Maloney also added that the governments of Italy and France are working together on solutions to protect critical infrastructure. Italy will provide support for the demining of liberated territories.

Spain will send 6 repaired Leopard tanks to Ukraine. Defense Minister Margarita Robles also noted that further deliveries of tanks are possible in the future, “if necessary.”

Head of the Lithuanian parliamentary delegation, Viliia Aleknaite-Abramikene, said that Lithuania will boycott the winter session of the OSCE PA in Vienna after Austria allowed the russian delegation to participate.

The UNITED FOR UKRAINE charity dinner was held in Milan. Among the lots was a flag with the signature of the President of Ukraine, which was sold for EUR 110K. In total, EUR 150K was collected at the dinner. All funds will be donated through UNITED24 to the reconstruction of the stadium in Irpen.

Over 300 companies from 22 countries took part in the ReBuild Ukraine forum in the capital of Poland. According to February 2023 estimates, up to $750 billion will be spent on the complete reconstruction of Ukraine’s infrastructure.

The final conference of the cross-border project “Development and modernization of the access infrastructure to the Romanian-Ukrainian crossing point Khizha (Ukraine) – Tarna Mare (Romania)” was held in the Romanian county of Satu Mare.
