⠀   On November 1, 2022, the Istanbul Convention, the ratification of which took 11 years, entered into force for Ukraine.

⠀•  Politico states that the European Commission has prepared three options for how the European Union will provide financial support to Ukraine in 2023.

⠀•  The ‘South’ Operational Command reports that in the southern operational zone, the Ukrainian air force struck a buildup of manpower at an enemy stronghold in Snihurivka of Mykolaiv Oblast. Meanwhile, missile and artillery units performed about 180 fire missions.

⠀•  24 Kanal reports that in Great Britain, the publishing house “Thames & Hudson” published the art book “Treasures of Ukraine: the cultural heritage of the people”.

⠀•  Ukrainian strongman Oleksii Novikov became the winner of the Rogue Invitational Strongman competition in Austin, USA.

⠀•  The Pentagon announced that the United States will transfer eight NASAMS air defense systems to Ukraine.

⠀•  Head of the Berdiansk city military administration, Victoria Halitsyna informs that as a result of the explosion in the temporarily occupied Berdyansk, the so-called first deputy head of the “city administration for foreign policy and mass communications” Pavlo Ishchuk was injured. 

⠀•  Kadri Simson, a member of the European Commission on Energy Affairs, who is visiting Kyiv said that the European Union is ready to increase support for Ukraine’s energy sector.

⠀•  The Ministry of Infrastructure reported that in two days, 17 ships passed through the humanitarian corridor of the “grain initiative” in both directions, two of them to Ukrainian ports for loading.

⠀•  The UK Ministry of Defense said that over 195K pieces of winter gear were sent with the Ukrainian military after they completed training in the United Kingdom.
