Ukraine briefly

Here is operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces as of 6 p.m.

The enemy continues to focus its efforts on attempts to hold captured territories and fully occupy the Donetsk oblast, as well as disrupting the active actions of the Defense Forces in certain areas. They fire at the positions of our troops along the contact line, conduct aerial reconnaissance, and try to restore lost positions in certain directions. The enemy continues to attack civilian infrastructure and peaceful residential areas. Ukraine is exposed to a threat of air and missile attacks.

The occupiers launched 2 missiles and 6 air strikes, fired more than 20 reactive rocket systems of salvo fire launchers at military and civilian targets on the territory of Ukraine, violating the norms of international humanitarian law, the laws and customs of warfare.

More than 15 settlements were affected by enemy fire. Among them are Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Ochakiv, Avdiivka, Krasnohorivka, Poltavka and Marinka.

The situation has not changed significantly in the Volyn and Polissia directions.

In other directions, the enemy fired from tanks, mortars and barrel artillery:

towards Seversk – in the areas of the settlements of Huta-Studenetska, Mykhailove, Sosnivka and Starosillya of Chernihiv oblast,  and Prohody and Nova Huta of Sumy oblast;

towards Sloboda  – in the areas of Veterinarne, Udy, Vovchansk, Hoptivka and Strelecha settlements;

 towards KramatorskHolubi Ozera, Siversk, Verkhnokamianske, Dvorichne, Dronivka, Zakitne and Minkivka;

towards Bakhmut – Bakhmut, Bakhmutske, Vesela Dolyna, Soledar, Yakovlivka, New York and Rozdolivka;

towards Avdiivka – Avdiivka, Berdychi, Opytne, Vodyane, Krasnohorivka, Maryinka and  Novomykhailivka.

towards Novopavlovsk – Yehorivka, Vugledar, Prechistivka, Bohoyavlenka and Pavlivka.

More than 20 settlements were shelled in the Zaporozhzhia direction: Novosilka, Stepnohirsk, Shevchenko, Novopil, Vremivka, Poltavka and Uspenivka are  among them.

In South Buh region, over 35 settlements near the contact line were damaged by tank, mortar shelling and artillery. To conduct reconnaissance, adjust fire and launch strikes against civilian infrastructure objects, the enemy made more than 50 sorties of UAVs, namely the Iranian “Shahed-136” .

To replenish personnel losses, the russian military and political leadership is trying to arrange forcible drafting of Ukrainian citizens in the temporarily occupied territories into military service.

Units of the defense forces repelled enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Soledar, Mayorsk, Kurdiumivka, Zaitseve, Bakhmut, Bakhmutske, Vyimka, Spirne, Pervomaiske and Kamianka.

To support the ground groups’ actions, the air forces struck 6 targets. 7 areas of buildup of the enemy’s manpower and military equipment and 3 positions of anti-aircraft missile systems were damaged.

In addition, our air defense units destroyed 1 Su-25 aircraft and 5 UAVs of various types.

Missile troops and artillery hit 5 control points, up to 15 areas of buildup of enemy manpower and equipment, 2 air defense positions and 3 ammunition warehouses. Losses are being verified.

Olha Kravchenko, head of the Azov regiment unit on work with prisoners of war and their families of executive support service, reported that about 800 Azov regiment fighters remain in russian captivity, including 40 women (some of them are pregnant). She added that almost 90% of released prisoners have the extreme stage of anorexia, moral and psychological exhaustion. They are currently under medical examination.

 

Based on the kremlin publication “RIA Novosti”, the russian Central Committee announced the first results of the pseudo-referendum. The overwhelming majority of voters allegedly voted for inclusion of the occupied territories of Ukraine in the russian federation. According to the results of the processing of 14.07% of the protocols, 97.79% of the voters at polling stations on the territory of the russian federation voted for inclusion of the “LPR” in russia, for the “DPR” – 98.05% “for” after processing 16.06%, and Kherson oblast allegedly received 12% of votes – 97.47% supported it, and for Zaporizhzhia – allegedly 98% “for”.

Oleh Synehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, reported that the urban-type village of Kupiansk-Vuzlovy, located on the left bank of the Oskil River, was liberated from russian occupation. He also added that currently a little less than 6% of Kharkiv oblast is occupied.


Eastern regions

Kharkiv oblast

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the invaders continue shelling in Sloboda Ukraine direction. Eight settlements were targeted.

As of September 27, 454 settlements were de-occupied in Kharkiv oblast. More than 170 km of roads in the region have already been liberated from the aftermath of hostilities.

The Regional Directorate of the State Emergency Service said that seven fires were extinguished. Four fires as a result of shelling broke out in Chuhuiv district. Three more fires were extinguished in Kharkiv, Kupiansk and Lozova districts. In addition, the pyrotechnicians of the State Emergency Service eliminated 906 russian explosive objects on regional territory. More than 40 tonnes of water were delivered to the de-occupied settlements.

Electricity supply was restored to 77% of Balakliia residents. More than 400 tonnes of humanitarian aid was delivered there. Suburban trains from Kharkiv-Balakliia-Kharkiv, Kharkiv-Chuhuiv-Kharkiv and Kharkiv-Derhachi-Kharkiv are functioning.

A total of 8933 people left their homes in the de-occupied territories, including 859 children and 91 people with disabilities. Most people evacuated from Kupiansk district, which is currently under the heaviest enemy fire. To date, more than 6K people left the communities of this district.

Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported that de-mining of Kharkiv territory continues. Last night, 906 explosive objects were defused by pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

The enemy massively shelled the settlements of Chuhuiv, Izium, Kharkiv, Kupiansk and Lozova districts. Private houses, outbuildings, garages and shops were damaged.

In Kupiansk, a church school, outbuildings and a shop caught on fire as a result of the shelling. According to the Regional Centre for Emergency Medical Care, 5 people were hospitalized with injuries. All of them are residents of Kupiansk district.

In Pervomaisk, the russians hit residential buildings and outbuildings with a rocket, and cars were on fire. Iskander fragments were found at the site. The enemy killed a child. According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, 7 people were found dead under the rubble.

This morning, a driver of the Centre for Emergency Medical Care was killed during shelling, the man was just on his way to work in Dvorichna.

In Vovchansk, a garage cooperative and the premises of a meat processing plant were on fire. There were no casualties. In Kharkiv district, a country house burned as a result of the shelling.

Donetsk oblast

Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko, informed that russians killed 3 civilians: 2 in Bakhmut and 1 in Khromove. 13 people were injured.

The enemy was most active on the frontlines in Bakhmut and Pokrovsk districts this night.

In Bakhmut district, Bakhmut, Svitlodarsk and Toretsk communities were under fire. In Bakhmut community, Bakhmut and Khromove were targeted, 2 people were killed and 4 injured. Two private and two apartment buildings were damaged. Toretsk was shelled in the evening. There were no casualties, but the city’s electricity supply was partially disabled. In Svitlodarsk community, shelling of Maiorsk station and Odradivka continued throughout the night. There were no casualties.

In Pokrovsk district, it was loud in Avdiivka and Marinka communities. Shelling damaged 2 private houses in Krasnohorivka and an administration building in Maksymilianivka, fortunately without casualties. In Avdiivka, the night was quiet, but by morning there was massive shelling. The aftermath is yet to be established.

Mariupol Mayor, Vadym Boichenko, reported that the invaders are shutting down the city. So far they can draft into military service about 10K Mariupol residents.

The enemy is sending text messages to Mariupol residents with a request to come to the military commissariat on September 29. Earlier, Mariupol residents received text messages inviting them to work in the so-called “state militarised service”.

Luhansk oblast

According to the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, the invaders started conscripting doctors. However, mobilisation is partial: only surgeons, traumatologists, anaesthetists, paramedics and nurses are being recruited. To boost attendance at the pseudo-referendum in Novopskov, two servicemen per person are going door-to-door.

Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Haidai, reported that if a person is forced to vote without a passport and returns with documents, they are allowed to vote again. The russians already adjusted the preliminary result to almost 98% in favour of joining russia.

The illegal madness lasted for five days. Outrageous violations were witnessed at every step: non-compliance with the secret of “will”; strange “commissions” with soldiers carrying machine guns; “voting” in flats and bushes; agitation into a Chinese microphone; intimidation of those who disagreed; multiple “votes”, even without documents; and finally, mobilisation.

The Defence Forces’ aviation launched 28 strikes on September 26. More than 20 areas of buildup of the enemy’s manpower and military equipment and 7 positions of anti-aircraft missile systems were hit.

Rocket and artillery troops hit 5 control posts, 12 areas of buildup of the enemy’s manpower and equipment, 2 positions of anti-aircraft missile systems, 3 ammunition depots, and more than 10 separate critical targets.

Units of the Defence Forces repelled russian attacks in Bakhmut, Kamainka, Kurdiumivka, Maiorsk, Pervomaiske, Soledar and Zaitseve settlements.

The enemy shelled the settlements with various types of weapons:

  • in Bakhmut direction – Bakhmut, Bakhmutske, Hryhorivka, Klishchivka, Maiorsk, Odradivka, Soledar, Vesela Dolyna, Yakovlivka, Yurivka and Zaitseve;
  • in Kramatorsk direction – Bilohorivka, Dibrova, Novoselivka, Ozerne, Rozdolivka, Rozdolivka, Shchurove, Siversk, Spirne, Staryi Karavan, Verkhnokamianske, Vesele, Vyimka and Zakitne.

Around 75% of Luhansk oblast rescuers are engaged in Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts. At the same time, the russians are misleading people with reports claiming that 60% of people “swore the oath of Luhansk People’s Republic” which does not correspond to reality.

Northern regions

Kyiv oblast

Law enforcers identified one of the invaders involved in the shooting of an unarmed local resident during the occupation of Irpin. This was reported by the National Police. Also, according to law enforcers, the russian military used physical and psychological violence, tortured, abused, and killed local residents during the occupation.

A russian serviceman was sentenced to 9 years of imprisonment in absentia. Prosecutors proved in court that the convict participated in armed aggression in Lukianivka village of Brovary region. He gave criminal orders to rob civilians of Kyiv oblast and destroy their private houses. According to the Office of the Prosecutor General, the convicted russian lieutenant was found guilty of violating the laws and customs of war.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has allocated 300,000 UAH to address the consequences of hostilities in Kyiv oblast. This was announced by the representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk.

As reported by Oleksiy Kuleba, head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, 18 communities of Kyiv oblast will receive construction materials and tools for the restoration of damaged facilities. The supply of construction materials is provided with the assistance of the International Organization for Migration.

In Hostomel, Kyiv oblast, the Neo-Eco-Development company is launching the first housing construction project, which will use materials recycled from the debris of destroyed buildings. The obtained material will be tested for compliance with the standards according to Ukrainian or European legislation.

In Kyiv, the artist from Odesa, Stas Zhalobniuk, presented a series of paintings dedicated to the events of the full-scale war. The artist urges us to contemplate whether contemporary painting is able to make foreigners comprehend the horror that the racist horde brought to Ukraine and understand the threats from russia to the entire civilized world.

Novi Petrivtsi community handed over five kamikaze drones to Ukrainian marines. More than 300 000 UAH were raised by the residents of the region during 17 charity concerts under the slogan ‘Let’s Sing Together for the Victory’.

Zhytomyr oblast

Within the last two weeks almost 29K students joined the on-site or mixed form of studying in Zhytomyr oblast. It was reported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

During mine clearance in Malyn community the rescuers of the oblast seized nearly 3.5 tons of explosive materials, devices, and ordnance. This was reported by the town mayor Oleksandr Sytaylo. According to him, since the beginning of the full-scale war, russian troops have shelled over 40 square kilometers of the community territories, where more than 30 settlements are located.

A missile was found in the forest area between the villages of Meleni and Chopovychi of Irshansk community. It landed there during the earlier shelling by russian troops. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, more than 1000 proceedings on war crimes committed by russia are being investigated in the oblast.

Zhytomyr oblast received the first 3 passenger buses out of 12 as part of the humanitarian aid from Estonia. They will be sent to Luhyny, Brusyliv, and Malyn communities. It was announced by the head of Zhytomyr RMA Vitaliy Bunechko.

Representatives of Estonia are planning to participate in the renovation of the bridge over the Irsha river in Malyn and allocate about 1 million euros for this purpose. The bridge crossing was destroyed in spring by a russian missile strike.

Training on marksmanship, first aid and psychological support in war conditions are held in Zhytomyr. This time, new classes are introduced: Self-defense Techniques and Urban Warfare. The program is announced by the Civilian Readiness Center in Zhytomyr, a project of the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation and the Zhytomyr Volunteer Headquarters.

Sumy oblast

The regional military administration reported that over the past day, russian troops shelled 4 communities of Sumy oblast – Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Shalygine, and Seredina-Buda. The enemy used artillery, mortars and unguided aerial missiles launched from ground installations. About 70 explosions were recorded. Shells explode near the houses of civilians with no strategic objects, notably in private yards.

Thanks to the #NEZLAMNI program, implemented by the Embassy of Ukraine in the USA and the Ukrainian House in Washington, 16-year-old Ivan Chaban from Putyvl district is taking the first steps on a trial prosthesis in the US. This was reported by the head of Sumy RMA, Dmytro Zhivytskyi. A young man lost a leg and loved ones because of a russian tank that ran over civilians.

The executive committee of the Sumy City Council supported the decision to allocate additional funds from the reserve fund of the community budget for territorial defense. It refers to the allocation of 2.3 million hryvnias from the budget for territorial defense measures and works.

Students of the Velykyi Bobryk school in Sumy oblast, looted and damaged by the russian military during the occupation, were provided with sports equipment. Assistance was provided by the Sumy sports complex “Dynamo”.

Chernihiv oblast

Horodnia and Snovsk communities of Chernihiv oblast were under attack, the SBGS reported. The shelling was carried out using AGS-17, barrel artillery and MLRS. A total of 41 explosions were recorded.

Honcharivske community is recovering after enemy shelling. The head of Chernihiv RMA Vyacheslav Chaus said that the operation of the local boiler house has been resumed at the expense of the reserve fund of the state budget, 3.7 million hryvnias. Fragments of russian shells damaged the roof over the entire area, windows were broken and metal-plastic and wooden frames were partially damaged.

The public organization “Infection Control in Ukraine” took care of the restoration of the Honcharivske dispensary with the support of PROJECT HOPE. The renovation was completed at the beginning of September. More than 600K hryvnias were spent. Medical equipment was also purchased for the dispensary with community funds.

Chernihiv City Council appealed to the Cabinet of Ministers with a request to hold an emergency meeting of the Headquarters on preparation for the heating season during martial law in order to prevent disruption of the heating season in the city.

In Chernihiv, reports were received about medical facilities being mined. The National Police of the oblast reported that explosive technicians checked medical facilities in Chernihiv and did not find any suspicious or dangerous objects.

With the help of the “Tera Monada” foundation, a modular house is being installed in Ivanivka for a family that lost its home during the fighting. The house has already started to be assembled. They promise to finish the work in a few days.

Central regions

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

The Nikopol district was shelled at night. Three communities were under attack. The invaders hit Nikopol. Residential buildings were targeted, a dozen and a half houses, farm buildings, and cars were damaged.

Two settlements were shelled in Marhanets TC. A fire broke out in Marhanets itself, which has already been extinguished. One private house was destroyed, another dozen were damaged. The building of the sports school, the square, the gas pipeline, and the power supply lines were also affected.

The Chervonohryhoriv community was also hit. The consequences are being clarified.

Head of the regional council Mykola Lukashuk reported that russian troops shelled Zelenodolsk community in Kryvyi Rih three times. Two houses and a car were damaged, as well as the premises of one of the enterprises. 

Vinnytsia oblast

Vinnytsia City Council informed that a project to support children and youth among IDPs and children affected by military operations was launched in Vinnytsia. The Palace of Children and Youth held a training for teams of students creating their own social projects aimed at providing psychological relief, establishing communication with peers, and adapting children and youth to a new social environment. At the training, children shared their ideas and received advice on their implementation. 

Kirovohrad oblast

Head of the Kirovohrad Regional State Administration, Andriy Raikovych, announced that Kirovohrad oblast has been receiving evacuation trains from Donetsk oblast and preparing for winter. 124 passengers, including 123 kids and people with disabilities among them, arrived today. The Hanniv and Pischanobryd communities welcomed them. Since the beginning of the mandatory evacuation, the oblat sheltered almost 3300 people. Over 91K internally displaced persons have chosen Kirovohrad oblast as their shelter. 

The head of the community Svitlana Tylyk advised that the residents of the Petrivska community collected money for ten drones for the marine brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Cherkasy oblast

The security service in Cherkasy oblast detained a man who was planning to join Kadyrovites combat unit (141st Special Motorized Regiment).

Southern regions

Zaporizhzhia oblast

The russian armed forces shelled more than 20 settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast. Among them are Novosilka, Stepnohirsk, Shevchenko, Novopil, Vremivka, Poltavka and Uspenivka.

The enemy hit the infrastructure objects with ten S300 missiles in Zaporizhzhia. A recreation facility, damaged by the enemy previously, was hit again. Fires broke out in the affected areas. The power line was damaged. According to preliminary information, there are no victims.

The police documented more than 68 reports about the consequences of shelling in Zaporizhzhia oblast.

Enemy shells exploded near a residential quarter in Huliaipole, and damaged more than ten houses.

Windows were blown out by the shock wave in several houses. Facades and roof coverings were also damaged in Stepnohirsk.

The situation at Zaporizhzhia NPP remains tense. Station employees do not want to cooperate with the enemy and try to leave the territories temporarily occupied by the russian forces. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed up to 10 units of weapons and military equipment and more than 20 occupiers in Melitopol. An enemy S-300 complex, 5 units of military equipment were destroyed and more than 50 occupiers were wounded in Tokmak and Chernihivka.

Enerhodar residents who refuse to support joining the russian federation in a pseudo-referendum are threatened with mobilization. The russian military, issuing “ballots”, points guns at people and explains how to “correctly” vote. This is reported by Ukrainian Intelligence.

An IDP from Donetsk prepares stew and porridge for soldiers on the front line and IDPs in the rear. At least 300 cans of “stew” or porridge with pork are made every day. Stewed products are mainly prepared by displaced persons. Since July, volunteers have produced more than 5K cans of stewed products. They plan to increase production to 1K cans or thermal packs per day.

In Zaporizhzhia, a vaccination center for IDPs was opened in the Berdiansk hub.

Mykolaiv oblast

During the night, the enemy launched 2 missile strikes on the civilian infrastructure of Mykolaiv. Two rockets from the Smerch MLRS hit the city center. The park area, residential buildings, social infrastructure facilities and service area were affected.

Closer to dawn, 6 missiles from S-300 system were directed at the industrial zone of Mykolaiv and near the school. A fire broke out in the warehouse, and the building of the educational institution was damaged. There are no killed or injured civilians.

In the morning, 3 enemy kamikaze drones were directed at the Ochakiv port infrastructure. All three were shot down by air defense forces.

Ochakiv, Vesniane and Shyroke communities were also under enemy fire that night. Residential buildings, cars and social infrastructure objects were destroyed. The information is being clarified.

As a result of yesterday’s attacks on the territory of the Bashtanka community, the police recorded nine damaged residential buildings and premises of an educational institution.

Ukrainian aviation launched 10 strikes against the enemy in Bashtanka district. The enemy unmanned reconnaissance vehicle “Orlan-10” was also destroyed.

On September 27, the Armed Forces of Ukraine shot down a russian Su-25 attack aircraft in the Bashtanka district.

Odesa oblast

The enemy directed kamikaze drones to attack Odesa oblast. All three aggressor drones were destroyed by air defense forces.

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, 499 buildings and structures have been damaged in Odesa districts by russian missile strikes.

The enemy fleet in the Black Sea continues to hide in the missile-safe area, behind Cape Tarkhankut, and consists of 13 ships and boats. There are 3 surface and 1 underwater cruise missile carriers among them with 28 high-precision long-range missiles on standby.

Special services identified and detained a russian agent in Odesa, who was “directing” kamikaze drone strikes. He established the exact coordinates of checkpoints and critical infrastructure facilities. The criminal was detained for trying to transfer classified information to russia.

On September 27, nine bulk carriers took out 345K tons of agricultural products from the ports of Odesa oblast for the countries of Africa, Asia and Europe. This was reported by the press service of the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority.

A regional representative office of the Commissioner for Missing Persons opened in Odesa. The center extends its activities to the entire region.

Kherson oblast

The enemy continues to regroup troops, fire at the positions of the Defense Forces to restrain the actions of our units. Attempts to restore traffic across the Dnipro River continue.

During the night, Ukrainian defenders launched missile and air strikes on enemy forces buildups and their anti-aircraft defense. They hit the deployment point of the Buk-M3 anti-aircraft missile complex in Beryslav district, the weapons and equipment buildup near Liubimivka in Kakhovka district.

Rocket and artillery units completed 250 firing missions. 4 buildups of enemy weapons and equipment and 4 warehouses with ammunition were hit in Kherson and Beryslav districts. Another barge was liquidated near Kherson. Fire control was carried out both on the anti-aircraft defense positions and on the attempts of the occupiers to restore the carrying capacity of the bridge in Nova Kakhovka.

Confirmed losses of the enemy are 77 occupiers, 6 tanks, 5 howitzers, including self-propelled “Msta-S”, 3 anti-aircraft gun-missile complexes “Pantsir-S1” and 14 units of armored vehicles.

The police opened 29 criminal proceedings on the facts of war crimes committed by the russian army in Kherson oblast. The enemy shelled Bilousivka, Ivanivka, Olhyne, Arkhangelsk, Osokorivka, Novovorontsovka, and Visokopilllia. The occupiers shelled populated areas with tanks, mortars and artillery. The infrastructure was damaged, residential buildings were hit, and there were wounded people.

Locals from the temporarily occupied village continue to share reports that the russian military is forcing them to vote in a pseudo-referendum in favor of joining the russian federation under the threat of using weapons.

The buildings of the emergency services in Visokopyllia and Novovorontsovka were damaged and partially destroyed due to constant russian artillery shelling.

Western regions

Volyn oblast

A meeting was held at the Lutsk City Council. The condition of the heating, road, water supply and sewage system and the housing stock before winter was discussed.

The charitable fund IT.CT Foundation purchased digital equipment for the intelligence units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the combat zone. This equipment, together with other material and technical means, will be sent to the Ukrainian military.

In Zakarpattia, the People in Trouble organization repaired housing for about 600 displaced people.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

On September 26, a memorandum On Cooperation and Mutual Understanding was signed between the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Perinatal Center of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Council and the international humanitarian organization MSF Doctors without Borders (Kingdom of Spain).

In the RMA, a meeting with representatives of the Czech charity organization Man in Trouble was held. They discussed how to provide the necessary assistance to internally displaced people and provide them with housing.

Military personnel and their family members could get free training on the basics of entrepreneurship to start their own business.The project is carried out on the basis of the Agreement concluded between NORD University (Norway) and the International Charitable Foundation International Fund for Social Adaptation (Ukraine).

Lviv oblast

In RMA, a meeting with the delegation of the Czech Republic was held. The meeting took place within the framework of the Ukrainian-Czech business forum, initiated by the Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Lviv. Its key goal is to discuss the prospects of bilateral cooperation, revitalization of economic contacts and cooperation in other areas under the conditions of russian aggression.

The United Nations Children’s Fund UNICEF sent 10 boxes with sports equipment to the schools of the Yavoriv community. The aid was given within the scope of the Together project. In total, Lviv oblast will receive 650 boxes, which will be transferred to all communities.

A lecture by the Japanese architect Shigeru Bana, who helped create shelters for Ukrainian refugees, was held in Lviv. During the lecture, the architect shared his many years of experience in creating temporary structures.

UAH 36K was collected for the Armed Forces during a charity concert in the village of Pobuzhany, Zolochiv district.

Rivne oblast

The RMA reported that since the academic year began, almost 65% of teachers and 52% of students have returned to Rivne oblast and continue to teach and study.

Rivneoblenergo purchased 3 unmanned aerial vehicles for defenders. The total cost of drones is about UAH 300K. 

At Veliko Omelyansk Lyceum a charity fair was held. Many delicacies were prepared for those present. UAH 35K was collected for the Armed Forces.

Ternopil oblast

At the Ternopil University, experts from the emergency prevention department conducted an applied training on the actions of staff and students when hearing an Airborne alarm signal.

74 sets of warm military uniforms and jackets were sent to the front.

The children’s studio of the regional philharmonic invites IDP children to study choreography. Classes will be held free of charge.

In Ternopil, a stamp dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the birth of Solomiya Krushelnytska was issued. Repayment took place in the library-museum LITERATURE OF TERNPILLA.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

The delegation from Khmelnytskyi region takes part in the VII International scientific and practical conference “Renewable energy sources, engineering, technologies, innovations”. The event is held in the city of Krynice-Zdroj, Republic of Poland.

Chernivtsi oblast

At the Chernivtsi Regional Philharmonic, a charity concert Music of Victory was held. The purpose of the event is to collect funds for ammunition for soldiers in Kherson direction. They also organized a charity auction of patriotic lots. Over UAH 40K were collected through joint efforts.

International support

The Minister of Defense of Lithuania, Arvidas Anusauskas stated that Lithuania already sent to Ukraine 50 M113 tracked armored personnel carriers.

The US Congress agreed to provide Ukraine with an additional $12 billion in aid at Biden’s request.

Poland banned russians from entering the country through land, air and sea checkpoints.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Lithuania initiates the termination of bilateral agreements with belarus.

The American corporation Microsoft limited the possibility of updating computers from Windows 10 to Windows 11 for russians.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Great Britain Cleverley announced imposing 92 new sanctions in response to russia’s so-called “referendums” in the temporarily occupied territories.

The Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Mark Rutte announced that the Netherlands will strengthen support for Ukraine in light of mobilization in the russian federation and so-called “referendums” in the occupied territories.

The Minister of Climate and Environment of Poland, Anna Móskwa stated that Poland will call to exclude the russian federation from the IAEA, if russia does not withdraw its troops from the ZANP.

Parliament of Canada condemned pseudo-referendums of the russian federation on the occupied lands of Ukraine.
