To replenish personnel losses, the russian military and political leadership is trying to arrange forcible drafting of Ukrainian citizens in the temporarily occupied territories into military service.

In addition, the pyrotechnicians of the State Emergency Service eliminated 906 russian explosive objects on regional territory. More than 40 tonnes of water were delivered to the de-occupied settlements.

Mariupol Mayor, Vadym Boichenko, reported that the invaders are shutting down the city. So far they can draft into military service about 10K Mariupol residents.

The enemy is sending text messages to Mariupol residents with a request to come to the military commissariat on September 29. Earlier, Mariupol residents received text messages inviting them to work in the so-called “state militarised service”.

Luhansk oblast

According to the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, the invaders started conscripting doctors. However, mobilisation is partial: only surgeons, traumatologists, anaesthetists, paramedics and nurses are being recruited. To boost attendance at the pseudo-referendum in Novopskov, two servicemen per person are going door-to-door.

Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Haidai, reported that if a person is forced to vote without a passport and returns with documents, they are allowed to vote again. The russians already adjusted the preliminary result to almost 98% in favour of joining russia.

The illegal madness lasted for five days. Outrageous violations were witnessed at every step: non-compliance with the secret of “will”; strange “commissions” with soldiers carrying machine guns; “voting” in flats and bushes; agitation into a Chinese microphone; intimidation of those who disagreed; multiple “votes”, even without documents; and finally, mobilisation.

Around 75% of Luhansk oblast rescuers are engaged in Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts. At the same time, the russians are misleading people with reports claiming that 60% of people “swore the oath of Luhansk People’s Republic” which does not correspond to reality.
