A large number of S-300 missiles are being transported to the occupied Berdiansk. Information about this was made public in the telegram channel of the local military committee. Zaporizhzhia is regularly hit by rockets of this type. “Hiding behind the residents as a human shield, the occupiers cynically launch rockets from one city of Ukraine to another,” the message reads. The military calls on residents of Berdiansk to provide timely information to the Armed Forces of Ukraine through chatbots about the movement of military equipment.

IAEA Head, Raphael Grossi, met with the representative of the USA for arms control and international security. Grossi announced this on Twitter. The week of the IAEA meeting dedicated to the creation of a nuclear safety zone and protection of the Zaporizhzhia NPP has begun.

The occupiers arrange provocative explosions in the center of Melitopol to ensure the holding of an illegal referendum. Mayor Ivan Fedorov announced this at a briefing. According to him, the violent government is not successful in voting and therefore resorts to provocative means aimed at keeping people at home. September 27 has been declared a holiday in the city in order to increase the attendance of citizens at the polling stations.

Only 20% of Melitopol residents took part in the so-called referendum, the mayor notes. Despite the violent format of this event and the pressure on citizens, only half of the participants, i.e. 10%, voted for joining the russian federation.

The Zaporizhzhia Avenger was awarded the Order of the Golden Star. Roman Hlomba, an anti-aircraft gunner, soldier of the conscript service of the Zaporizhzhia 9th operational regiment of the National Guard of Ukraine, received an honorary award. In total, the shooter shot down 6 planes and one cruise missile.

The head of Melitopol informs that a local Gauleiter, the illegal director of the local museum, was tasked with forming a ‘volunteer battalion’ of 3K people. Zaporizhzhia received humanitarian aid from volunteers of the Vinnytsia Community Foundation. This was reported at the Interregional Coordination Headquarters. Head of the Mykolaiv Regional Council Hanna Zamazeyeva reported that there are currently 483 wounded victims of russian shelling in Mykolaiv hospitals. Another 91 are treated on an outpatient basis.

Mykolaiv city authorities advise citizens to consider alternative housing options in winter. The city is ready for the heating season, but there is a constant threat of infrastructure destruction. People must be ready for anything, the administration warns. Residents of the private sector are advised to purchase a stove – a device that will provide an opportunity to heat with firewood. Apartment residents must decide who they can contact for temporary help with housing if necessary. Homes with autonomous heating are being prepared for residents who will be left without help in the event of an accident.

Another collaborator was exposed in Mykolaiv oblast. From the first day of the war, the suspect monitored the movement of the Ukrainian military, filmed and transmitted it to the enemy. The citizen is charged with Article 111 for treason.

In Ukraine, a train dedicated to occupied regions, including Mykolaiv oblast, was launched. The Train to Victory project was created by activists from Ukrzaliznytsia. The seven painted carriages symbolize the seven regions that are temporarily under occupation. Among them is a carriage in support of Mykolaiv oblast. The project tells about Ukrainian heroes who work for Ukraine even in such dire circumstances.

Mykolaiv residents received food packages under the Cabinet of Ministers program. The 160 sets have arrived in the city. Aid was distributed in the Korabelny district, which suffered the greatest destruction from the war.

Odesa oblast

The police identified more than 150 collaborators who cooperated with the enemy and contributed to the holding of a pseudo-referendum on joining the russian federation on the territory of Kherson oblast.

The Kherson police report that over the past few days, citizens from the temporarily occupied territories shared that local collaborators, accompanied by the russian military, threatened people with weapons, intimidated and forced them to participate in the so-called ‘referendum’. If no one opened the door in the apartment, the military would break down the door. Mass cases were recorded when people who spoke out against joining russia were taken away by the russian military in an unknown direction.

The explosives service employees clear unexploded shells and other explosive objects from de-occupied territories and villages on the front line in Kherson oblast. Law enforcement officers have already checked 514.2 hectares of territory and destroyed more than 1,195 units of explosive objects and more than 940 kg of explosives.
