It has been the 210th day of Ukraine’s resistance to the russian military invasion.

Ukraine briefly

Here is operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces as of 6 p.m.:

The enemy continues to focus its efforts on attempts to fully occupy Donetsk region, organize defense and maintain the captured territories, and also tries to disrupt the active actions of the Defense Forces in certain directions. He fires at the positions of our troops along the contact line, regroups its troops, and constantly conducts aerial reconnaissance.

During the day, the enemy carried out 5 missile and 11 air strikes, 17 shellings with MLRS on military and civilian objects on the territory of Ukraine, violating the norms of International Humanitarian Law, the laws and customs of warfare.

As a result of strikes by russian troops, the infrastructure of more than 30 settlements was damaged.  Among them are Kharkiv, Sloviansk, Pechenigy, Pokrovsk, Poltavka, Belogorivka, Nevelske, Maryinka, Myrolyubivka and Visokopilya. The threat of enemy air and missile strikes continues to persist throughout the territory of Ukraine.

The situation has not significantly changed in the Volyn and Polisse directions.  

In other directions, the enemy fired from tanks, mortars, and artillery: in the Seversky direction – in the areas of Zalizniy Myst and Huta-Studenetska settlements of Chernihiv oblast and Manukhivka, Bachivsk, Boyaro-Lezhachi, Volfine, Golyshivske and Turya of Sumy oblast; 

in the Slobozhansk direction – in the areas of Hrushivka, Kupyansk, Veterinarne, Hoptivka and Hlyboke settlements;

in the Kramatorsk direction – Yarova, Studenok, Tetyanivka, Bogorodichne, Raihorodok, Zakitne and Ozerne;

in the Bakhmut direction – Soledar, Bakhmutske, Rozdolivka, Klishchivka, Krasnopolivka, Zvanivka, Yuryivka and New York;

in the Avdiiv region – Avdiivka, Krasnohorivka, Opytne, Maryinka, Vodyane and Pervomaiske;

in the Novopavlovsk and Zaporizhzhya areas, about 25 settlements were shelled by tanks, mortars and barrel artillery.  In particular, Vugledar, Zolota Niva, Gulyaipole, Rivnopillia and Zelene Pole.

More than 35 settlements along the contact line were damaged by fire in the South Buzka direction.  In order to conduct reconnaissance and adjust fire, the enemy made more than 60 UAV sorties.  At least six unmanned aerial vehicles were used to strike civilian infrastructure.

The military-political leadership of the russian federation announced a partial mobilization to replenish the personnel losses of units of the occupying forces in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.  At the same time, the activities of the so-called “internal self-mobilization” continue.  The selection of candidates for service in the russian guard is carried out in the troops of the Cossack society “all-round army of the Don”.  The Kuban Cossack army is obliged to form additional units of volunteers and conduct their training on the basis of district Cossack societies of the Krasnodar region.  In the city of Chita and the region, recruitment of candidates is carried out under the guise of sending them to construction work in Ukraine.

Units of Ukrainian troops repelled enemy attacks in the areas of Kupyansk, Vesele, Zaitseve, Kurdyumivka and Bakhmutske settlements.

To support the actions of the ground groups, the Air Force of the Defense Forces made 32 strikes against enemy positions.  17 areas of concentration of manpower and military equipment of the enemy, 4 strongholds, 10 positions of anti-aircraft missile systems and one warehouse with ammunition were damaged.  In addition, air defense units destroyed one cruise missile and 3 enemy UAVs.

Missile troops and artillery inflicted fire damage on 22 enemy objects, on 7 control points of various levels and 13 areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment.  Ammunition depots, air defense facilities and pontoon crossings of the occupiers fell into the affected area. Total enemy losses are currently being refined.

In response to the “partial mobilization” of russians for war, announced by vladimir putin, Ukraine will strengthen the “army of drones”. This was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov. He also expressed confidence that all Ukrainian technology companies should focus on development of technologies in military-tech.  “We need to be even more innovative, fast and flexible. We believe in supporting the Armed Forces and developing technologies,” the minister emphasized.

The parliament adopted the draft law as a basis on the voluntary military registration of women.  People’s deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak reported this on the Telegram channel.  According to this draft law, mandatory registration applies only to women who have medical specialties.  All other women whose professions are related to corresponding military accounting specialty specified in the list approved by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and are suitable for military service due to their health and age may, at their own request, be included in the military registration of conscripts.

Eastern regions

Kharkiv oblast

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the invaders shelled Derhachi, Hlyboke, Hoptivka, Hrushivka, Kamianka, Kupiansk and   Veterynarne with tanks, mortars and artillery. Infrastructure in Oskil was damaged due to the shelling. In Kamianka, Ukrainian troops destroyed 10 units of russian vehicles and eliminated at least 10 invaders on September 19.

Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported that Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to Ukraine, Etienne de Poncins, attended the region. He noted that he was glad to hear from the Ambassador about France’s continuous financial, military, and humanitarian support to Ukraine as much as we need it. Mainly, Kharkiv oblast will get fire trucks and ambulances from France this month.

The enemy launched missile strikes on Kholodna Hora district. According to preliminary experts’ conclusion, they shelled with Tornado-S MRLs. Two residential buildings were damaged. One person was injured and 10 locked in their apartments due to destruction of the stairway. Everyone was rescued. The industrial building was partially destroyed.

Russia also hit a railway. The crater formed near the railway system. Surrounding buildings near the railway were damaged. Blastwave damaged the wagons.

The invaders shelled Saltiv district in the evening. Preliminary, there were no casualties. A fire broke out in non-residential premises. The State Emergency Service units are working at the site of the hit. The information is being clarified.

Kharkiv Mayor, Ihor Terekhov, said that the invaders also targeted Kyiv district. Non-residential premises were on fire as a result of the shelling, residential buildings were not damaged.

Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, said that the day before, around 6 pm, the russians launched two missile strikes on an infrastructure facility in Chuhuiv district. There were no casualties. Shelling at the Pechenihy dam destroyed the upper sluice.

The enemy massively shelled settlements in Kharkiv oblast near the borders with russian federation and the contact line. Hrushivka village, Kupiansk district, suffered the most. As a result of shelling of this village, 2 people were killed and 10 injured, including 4 children. 1 injured child, a 10-year-old boy, is in serious condition with blast injuries, shrapnel wounds of the head, chest and abdomen.

According to the Emergency Medical Care Centre, 2 people were injured in Chuhuiv distict and 2 more, including a 16-year-old child, in Kupiansk district.

During the enemy shelling of Kupiansk, 5 people, including a 13-year-old boy, were injured. The other victims were 36, 47 and 63-year-old men and an 83-year-old woman. Moreover, a 55-year-old woman was wounded after the shelling of Strilecha village, Kharkiv district. All the victims were hospitalized and are receiving medical treatment.

All patients and medical personnel were successfully evacuated from a specialized facility in Strilecha village, situated a few kilometres from the border with the russian federation, and shelled by the enemy. More than 600 hospital patients were evacuated to Kharkiv, where they will continue treatment in specialized clinics.

Kharkiv oblast continues preparing for winter. At present, the housing fund of the region is ready for the heating season by 89%, heating facilities by 80.3%, social facilities by 64%, water and sewage facilities by 81.9%. Restoration work is continuing on objects damaged after the hostilities.

However, in the de-occupied areas of the region, the situation with preparation for winter is more complicated. De-mining is ongoing in Izium and Kupiansk districts and part of Chuhuiv district, and damage to critical infrastructure is being investigated.

The State Emergency Situations Service has calculated that as of today, 4 890 private houses and 2 959 apartment buildings were damaged in the region. 12K square kilometres of Kharkiv oblast need de-mining.

Based on the information provided by Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor, Oleksandr Filchakov, the bodies of 320 civilians and 18 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were exhumed in a cemetery in Izium. They plan to complete the work there by the end of September 23, after which they will move on to other burial sites.

Donetsk oblast

Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko, informed that the russians killed 6 civilians: 2 in Bakhmut, 1 in Druzhba, 1 in Heorhiivka, 1 in Toretsk and 1 in Velyka Novosilka. Another 20 people were injured.

The invaders continue firing along the entire front line in Donetsk oblast – from the border with Zaporizhzhia oblast to the border with Luhansk one oblast. 18 settlements in Donetsk oblast were under fire.

In Volnovakha district, Burlatske, Novoukrainka and Vilne Pole were shelled. A shell hit the yard of a house in Novoukrainka. The information on casualties and the extent of damage is being clarified.

In Pokrovsk district, the russians launched a rocket attack on Kurakhove at night by hitting a house. According to preliminary information, 12 people were injured, including 2 children. Another person can be under the rubble. The State Emergency Service continues the rescue operation.

The shelling of Kostiantynivka community continued throughout the night with no casualties.

In Bakhmut district, Bakhmut and Siversk were attacked by airstrikes. A football pitch was destroyed in Bakhmut, while in Siversk the aftermath is being established. Toretsk was under artillery fire in the morning, an administrative building was damaged. There were no civilian casualties.

Referring to the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, due to the ongoing forced mobilisation in the occupied territories of Donetsk oblast, the metallurgical plant in Yenakiieve is shutting down. The invaders also started to recruit “contract servicemen” for their army in the colonies located in the occupied territories.

Luhansk oblast

The missile and artillery troops hit 40 enemy facilities, specifically, 20 areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment, 13 areas of concentration of artillery, and also 7 ammunition depots.

Our troops repelled enemy attacks in Bakhmutske, Kurdiumivka, Maiorsk, Marinka, Mykolaivka Druha, Novomykhailivka, Pervomaiske, Vesele and Zaitseve settlements.

According to the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, the regional authorities continue to prepare for de-occupation of Luhansk oblast. Future heads of administrations are being interviewed.

Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Haidai, reported that Ukrainian troops destroyed the enemy commandant’s office in Svatove. In addition to the headquarters, the invaders set up an ammunition depot there.

Northern regions

Kyiv oblast

Work continues in Kyiv to replace more than 11 km of heating systems damaged by russian missile strikes. The reconstruction is financially supported by the U.S. government, which provided Kyiv municipal services with modern pipes and related equipment worth $1.3 million. This will allow the restoration of central heating and hot water supply for more than 200K Kyiv residents.

Representatives of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine visited Irpin. Companies united by the organization will be involved in the restoration of destroyed housing in the city.

Training on the basic first aid for civilians will be held in the Kyiv subway. On September 23-24, at 15 subway stations, doctors of the Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine will teach everyone how to stop blood loss, perform CPR, and treat airway obstruction.

The 23rd National Congress of Cardiologists of Ukraine has started in Kyiv, where civilian and combat medics exchange their experience. During the event, participants will discuss offline and online the solution of medical and social issues in the conditions of war and the use of modern technologies for the treatment of patients with cardiovascular diseases, including those wounded at the frontline.

Officers of the Patrol Police, together with the State Emergency Service rescuers, continue teaching school children about safety rules in case of detection of explosive objects, and in case of air raid alarms. Such lessons are planned to be held in all educational institutions that work offline.

Ihor Klymenko, a student of Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, received the Global Student Prize, which is awarded to the most talented students in the world in New York. The guy will receive a grant of 100 000 dollars for the development of his project – a mine-clearing robot Quadcopter Mines Detector.

Zhytomyr oblast

After destruction caused by the occupiers in Zhytomyr oblast, restoration works have been completed at 787 private houses, 52 high-rise buildings, 30 schools, 22 housing and municipal facilities, 15 medical institutions, 14 administrative buildings, 13 kindergartens and 11 cultural institutions.

In the village of Radcha, Korosten region, State Emergency Service specialists neutralized three explosive objects found by local residents – a MLRS “Grad” rocket and two TM-62 anti-tank mines. In total, since the beginning of the full-scale war, EOD specialists of the Zhytomyr State Emergency Service have disposed of 3552 pieces of ammunition. However, the territory of the oblast still remains dangerous with Korosten district being the most contaminated.

A flash mob on weaving camouflage nets for the Armed Forces of Ukraine has started in Zhytomyr and will last until October 14. Employees and visitors of city libraries were the first to take part in the event, then the initiative was forwarded to the Department of Culture of Zhytomyr City Council. People of different professions who want to help the military can weave up to five protective nets per day.

Children with disabilities have baked over 10 kilograms of cookies for the wounded soldiers – more than 20 people took part in a cooking class held by Zhytomyr social workshop. The treats made by volunteers were handed over to the hospital.

Sumy oblast

The head of the Sumy RMA, Dmytro Zhivytskyi announced that the day before, around 11 p.m., the enemy fired 13 artillery shells on the territory of the Esman community. There are no casualties.

The Nova Sloboda community also came under fire: according to the SBGS, the russians fired at it with three shells from self-propelled artillery. Shots were fired from the side of the village of Tyotkino.

The military administration of the oblast reported that in the afternoon, the russians shelled the village of Volfino of the Bilopillia community, located near the border with russia. 10 mines were fired at the houses of civilians. Three houses were damaged and one was burned. The scope of destruction is being specified. Preliminarily there are no human victims.

In accordance with the order of the head of the RMA “On the organization of socially useful works” works are being carried out in the oblast. For the most part, they are aimed at maintaining bomb shelters in “working” condition, adapting existing ground and underground facilities for the simplest shelters. This also includes preparation for the heating season – gathering firewood for the military and the civilian population, repair and restoration work at facilities providing life support, building repairs, clearing debris, clearing railway tracks and roads, etc. The Sumy Oblast Employment Service received UAH 7.2 million to attract unemployed residents to socially useful work under martial law.

Residents of Sumy, who sheltered refugees from hot spots of the country for free, will receive compensation ofexpenses, the Department of Social Protection of the Sumy City Council reported. So far, documents from 278 homeowners have been accepted.

Law enforcement officers seized a pistol with cartridges from a resident of the city of Shostka. This was reported by the police of Sumy oblast. While patrolling the city, members of the group noticed a curfew violator in a state of alcohol intoxication. The man kept a weapon with signs of being converted into a traumatic one in his pocket. The gun was seized and sent for expert examination.

On the territory of Sumy oblast, 11 explosive objects were removed during the day by the pyrotechnic units of the Interregional Rapid Response Center of the SES of Ukraine in the city of Romny. 3 of them were neutralized on the spot. Among dangerous findings discovered in Sumy, Okhtyrka and Konotop districts are artillery shells from multiple rocket launchers, hand grenades and munition from hand-held anti-tank grenade launchers.

The Shostka DMA reported that 5 wagons of flour from the United Nations World Food Program arrived in Shostka district. The cargo is distributed among all territorial communities of the district in proportion to the population.

“Basics of mobile literacy” was organized in Konotop for pensioners. The local city council invited elderly people to attend classes conducted by a software engineer of the Konotop library. Students acquire the skills of communicating with relatives via video communication, learn to create pages on networks, post photos and statuses on social networks, search for news on websites, and watch movies on the Internet.

Chernihiv oblast

The State Border Service of Ukraine reported the occupiers shelled about 60 mines along the border of Chernihiv oblast. No casualties or damages were recorded.

The world-famous sapper dog Patron congratulated his hometown of Chernihiv on his Instagram page: “Today is my Chernihiv’s birthday. I love it so much because it is my home, my trees, my park. A city that heroically resisted the invaders. It did not survive completely, it lost many residents, but it survived. The city in which I found my purpose.” The message also mentions “colleague Vadim”, who maintains an account on behalf of Patron.

The press service of the regional city council reported that flowers were solemnly laid at the memorial stele to the dead participants of the ATO/OOS and Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred, at the mass grave of the defenders of the Motherland On City Day in Chernihiv.

Four combat commanders who organized the defense of the city were awarded the title “Honorary Citizen of Chernihiv”. Such a decision was made by the Chernihiv City Council. The title is awarded to Major General of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, commander of the “North” OC, Hero of Ukraine Viktor Nikolyuk, colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, commander of the 1st Separate Siver Tank Brigade of the “North” OC, Hero of Ukraine Leonid Khoda, colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, commander of the 58th Motorized Infantry Brigade of the ” North” OC Dmytro Bryzhynskyi and Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, commander of the 119th separate territorial defense brigade of the regional administration of the Territorial Defense Forces “North” of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksiy Vysotskyi.

A citizen was exposed for trying to sell humanitarian aid worth half a million hryvnias in Chernihiv oblast. As Mynizhyn.com reports, one of the public organizations entrusted the woman with the delivery of humanitarian goods to the Novgorod-Siverskyi community – food, hygiene products, clothes and ammunition. The woman sold part of the aid in the territory of another community and tried to continue the “business”, but it was not possible to implement the plan.

Chernihiv oblast has become one of the five regions of Ukraine that will receive reconstruction assistance as part of a pilot project supported by the United Nations Development Program. Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, Oleksiy Chernyshov, signed a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation with UNDP. This will make it possible, even with limited resources, to effectively rebuild damaged hospitals, schools, kindergartens, buildings, roads and other important infrastructure facilities.

Students and teachers of Ivanivka school made patriotic charms in the form of angels for Ukrainian soldiers. This is reported by “Ridna Semenivka”. Self-made souvenirs were handed over to the volunteers of the “Ridna Semenivka” headquarters, who will later hand over the gift to the defenders.

Central regions

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

Russian occupation troops do not stop terrorizing the communities of Dnipropetrovsk region. Late in the evening, the occupiers hit Velyka Kostromka with barrel artillery. As a result of shelling there, several residential buildings were damaged, and a fire broke out in the garage.

At night, the Russians again attacked Nikopol. The city was shelled twice from barrel artillery. One man born in 1966 was injured with a shrapnel wound. A summer kitchen, a garage, and two cars were destroyed due to a fire that occurred as a result of shelling in a private household. One of the apartments in the 5th floor was hit by a projectile. Internal structures in the house were destroyed. In total, two dozen residential buildings, several shops,  a library, a bakery buildingcars, gas pumps, water pipes and 4 power lines were damaged in the city overnight. Work is underway to restore the power supply. This was announced by the head of the regional council  Mykola Lukashuk.

In the afternoon, the Russian army attacked the Synelnykivskyi district. They fired on an infrastructure facility and an agricultural enterprise. There is destruction.

An airstrike was also launched at the Nikopol district. The Russians shelled Chervonohryhorivska and Marganetska communities. Unfortunately, one person was killed. Previously, two were injured. This was announced by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Valentyn Reznichenko.

Vinnytsia oblast

Vinnytsia sports schools made 14 volunteer trips to “YaMariupol camp. Family”. This was reported in Vinnytsia City Council. To distract from difficult memories, various competitions, master classes in chess, checkers, volleyball and football were held for young vacationers of the health center. Demonstration performances in gymnastics, sports acrobatics, Greco-Roman wrestling and sambo were also conducted. 

Kirovohrad oblast

Doctors and a janitor who were evacuated to Kropyvnytskyi due to the war will receive service apartments. Serhii Yakunin, head of the press service reported that such a decision was made by the housing commission of the Kropyvnytskyi city council. According to him, doctors and housing and communal workers are the first to claim housing among the displaced people whose homes were destroyed by russian soldiers.

Poltava oblast

The coats of arms of 24 oblasts and the autonomous republic of Crimea on the map of Ukraine were embroidered by Tamara Kovtun and Natalia Glukhova, residents of Poltava. The craftswoman tod the work took two months. The map was exhibited in the Poltava Art Museum. During the presentation, money  for wounded soldiers was collected.

Cherkasy oblast

In Cherkasy oblast, they received help from American partners, GSMSG team, which unites veterans of special operations and US medical workers. Very necessary and valuable cargo, surgical equipment, medical drugs and consumables for the regional hospital in total for the amount of almost 160 thousand dollars was sent. In addition, thanks to GSMSG, leading foreign doctors have been sharing their experience with Cherkasy colleagues for a month and a half. This was announced by the head of the Cherkasy State Administration Ihor Taburets.

Southern regions

Zaporizhzhia oblast

The enemy hit three districts of Zaporozhzhia. Infrastructure facilities and private sector houses were affected. Two shells hit a field on the outskirts of the city. Three people were injured.

The armed attack led to the block transformer of the power unit’s own needs disconnection. At 2:00 a.m., ZNPP employees found an opportunity to establish power supply for power unit No. 6’s own needs from the system of other power units of the station. The diesel generators of the 6th power unit were turned off and put into standby mode.

Zaporozhzhia and suburban settlements were hit by rockets yesterday. As a result, the infrastructure object in the regional center and the territory of one of the production enterprises in Komyshuvakha were destroyed.

As a result of russian missile attacks, the last operating enterprise in Komyshuvakha was destroyed. One of the enemy rockets hit a corrugated cardboard production company. The warehouse of finished products and the production workshop were destroyed. This enterprise was the only one in Komyshuvakha that continued to work and paid taxes.

In Hryhorivka, the blast wave damaged the gymnasium, as well as several buildings located nearby.

In addition, settlements in Polohy and Vasylivka districts were attacked by the enemy.

Another aid from the Norwegian Refugee Council arrived in Zaporizhzhia. Voonters delivered 100 sets of construction materials: tarpaulin, film, rails, nails, OSB-plates, lath and mounting foam.

The seventh exhibition from the “Wartime Posters” series organized by Zaporizhzhia Department of Culture in cooperation with the international symposium of contemporary art “Biryuchy” opened in Zaporizhia. The exhibition contains 54 works by the Kyiv graphic designer and artist Dasha Podoltseva, previously presented at anti-war rallies and exhibitions in Great Britain, Switzerland, the USA, Georgia, Poland, Italy and Japan.

Mykolaiv oblast

The occupiers continue to use kamikaze attack drones that deliver pinpoint strikes on civilian objects. Late in the evening of September 20, another blow was inflicted on the coastal zone of Ochakiv. There are no losses.

According to the South Operational Command, one of the downed drones in Ochakiv was identified as an Iranian-made Shahed-136 kamikaze drone, which the russian forces label as “Geran-2”. This is a barrage munition weighing 200 kg and with a wingspan of 2.5 meters.

During the night, the enemy shelled the settlements of Bashtanka and Mykolaiv districts. No losses. Electricity supply has been interrupted in several settlements.

At night, the outskirts of the villages of Parutyne and Shyroke were under enemy fire. Information about damage and victims is being clarified.

On September 20, the enemy attacked the settlements of Vysunsk, Bilozirka, Bereznehuvate, Ochakiv, Lepetykha, and Shevchenkoove. Three private residential buildings, two units of agricultural machinery, and two premises of state-owned enterprises were destroyed. A 35-year-old Bilozirka resident of the village was injured.

The Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration is elaborating a theoretical plan for people evacuation from a 30-kilometer zone in the event of strikes on the South Ukrainian nuclear power plant. For this end, the authorities plan to attract additional transport. Vitaliy Kim, the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, said this.

Mykolayiv electricians managed to restore electricity in more than ten thousand houses after massive enemy shelling on the night of September 20. This was reported by the Mykolayivoblenergo press service.

Volunteers handed over four Hyundai Terracan SUVs to the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration. Cars will be sent to the defenders of the south in the front line.

Odesa oblast

The enemy fleet of 12 boats/ships is maneuvering in the Black Sea. There are 3 surface missile carriers with 24 Kalibr missiles, 2 large amphibious ships and a landing craft on combat duty.

On September 21, eight ships left the ports of Odesa oblast through the “grain corridor”. This was reported by the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine. Bulk carriers DS MANATEE, SEA INSPIRATION, NIZAR departed from the berths of Odesa port, SWIMMER, CENK M from Chornomorsk port, and MED ISLAND, BRIGHT STAR, LEONORA VICTORY from Pivdenny port. 170.3 thousand tons of agricultural products for the countries of Asia and Europe are on their boards.

Kherson oblast

The situation in the South Buh direction is tense, complex, but controlled. Defense forces do not give the enemy a chance to seize the initiative and conduct active actions. The enemy is trying to hold the lines of defense.

Ukrainian aviators launched 7 strikes against the enemy. An enemy Su-25 attack aircraft was destroyed in the sky above Charivne. Missile and artillery units fired more than 210 fire missions at the enemy command post in the Berislav district, forces and equipment centers in the Havrylivka and Chornobaivka areas, along the Daryiv bridge and the pontoon crossing near Nova Kakhovka. Also, in Nova Kakhovka, fire control stopped the repair work on the bridge and damaged a column of military equipment that was preparing to cross the Dnipro.

Confirmed losses of the enemy are 151 soldiers and 40 units of military equipment. Reconnaissance data of previous defeats indicate that another 62 occupiers, 5 armored vehicles were destroyed. The warehouse with ammunition in Blagodatne and the command post of the 7th Airborne Assault Division in Chornobaivka were damaged.

Orlan-10 unmanned aerial vehicles, which the enemy uses to adjust fire and scout our positions, were destroyed in the Novodmytrivka and Kostyrka areas.

The police opened 16 criminal proceedings on the facts of war crimes committed by the russian army in Kherson oblast. Myroliubivka, Petrivka, Osokorivka, Novovoznesenske, Potiomkine and Arkhangelske came under enemy artillery and mortar fire.

Mayor Volodymyr Kovalenko reported that on the evening of September 20, rockets hit a residential building in Nova Kakhovka. The rocket probably came from Crimea.

Volodymyr Saldo announced creation of volunteer battalions in Kherson oblast.

The President appointed Halyna Luhova as the head of the Kherson City Military Administration.

Western regions

The Western Regional Office of the State Border Service of Ukraine-Western Border reported that over 74K people and 19K vehicles crossed Ukraine’s western borders with the EU and Moldova. Almost 36K people left Ukraine. Almost 39K people arrived in Ukraine, 33K of them are citizens of Ukraine. 83 trucks with humanitarian aid have been registered.

Volyn oblast

The Volyn regional prosecutor’s office reported that 13 confiscated belarusian trucks were transferred from Volyn to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The RMA reported that the Volyn border detachment received wide-format monitors for the video surveillance system and tactical equipment – military uniforms, plate carriers, carcases, etc.

In Ivanychy, Volodymyr district, women joined their forces yo knit warm socks for the soldiers on the front line. They were united by local volunteer Olga Kidyba, who has been knitting socks for military personnel for 8 years. During this time, she sent over 1.5K pairs to the front line.

Zakarpattia oblast

A meeting between Head of the Zakarpattia RMA Viktor Mykyta and Head of the Kryvyi Rih military administration Oleksandr Vilkula was held. They discussed cooperation and humanitarian aid.

The RMA reported that representatives of the Zakarpattia RMA visited servicemen of the Zakarpattia 128th OGSHBr in the area of ​​combat missions.Trucks, pickups, high-quality optics for long-range surveillance and 50 digital modules were handed over to the soldiers.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

A car for the needs of the Armed Forces was sent from the Kolomyia district to the front. The car was purchased by the Pyadytska community.

An exhibition of compositions With Ukraine in Heart opened in Ivano-Frankivsk. The exhibition presents 27 creative works of students on the topic of war, love for Ukraine, and drawings for the works of famous Ukrainian writers.

Lviv oblast

Several Lviv schools received reports of landmines. The text of the letter contains a demand for surrender to russia. The administration of the Lviv City Council reported that educational institutions operate according to the protocol, namely, they evacuate children and notify parents. The premises of educational institutions and their adjacent territories are inspected for the presence of explosive substances or objects.

In the RMA, a meeting with Director of the international humanitarian organization Smart Aid Shahar Zahavi was held. They discussed helping medical institutions and social welfare institutions where forced migrants are staying.

Border guards in the eastern, south-eastern and northern directions will receive almost UAH 1 million worth of communication equipment from Lviv oblast. Bandera Solar systems, multi-channel fast charging units, new modern tablets and power banks were purchased by the Ukrainian IT company Sombra.

As part of the 1K Freedom Cars initiative, three ambulances were transferred from Lviv oblast to the front line for evacuating wounded soldiers and buses. Funds for requiredmedical vehicles were collected by the British fund United Ukraine Fellowship.

A car for the fighters of the Stryi Battalion of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was transferred from the Stryi region to the front line. The car was sent as part of the 1K Freedom Cars initiative.

About 150 people who moved from epicenters of hostilities will receive temporary housing in Sambor. The premises of the former polyclinic, not currently being used, will be renovated for them. This project is being implemented in cooperation with the Lviv RMA, the Sambir City Council and the charity organization the Maltese Aid Service in Lviv. The Memorandum has already been signed.

The world’s lightest bionic prosthesis, printed on a 3D printer, was installed in the Unbroken National Rehabilitation Center of the First Medical Association of Lviv. It was received by Yuriy from Lviv, who lost his hand as a result of a mine-explosive injury. This prosthesis was manufactured by the American company Unlimited Tomorrow.

A charity auction at !FESTrepublic as part of the large-scale event Art Battalion in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and Ukrainian artists was held. 34 works of modern painters, graphic artists, sculptors from all over Ukraine were presented at the auction. The key goal of the event is to raise funds for evacuation sanitary vehicles for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Rivne oblast

Representatives of the Rivne RMA met with the leadership of the Podlaskie Voivodeship in Poland.

During a working visit to the Varas district, Head of the Rivne RMA Vitaly Koval visited RANPP. Head of the oblast a meeting with the management of the power plant, NAEK Energoatom, military command and law enforcement agencies was held.

Residents of the Rokytny community sent a humanitarian food shipment to the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Clinical Hospital.

Ternopil oblast

4K liters of diesel fuel were transferred to ensure the works related to the implementation of population mobilization tasks. This decision was made at a meeting of the executive committee of the Ternopil City Council.

Oxygen stations are installed in medical institutions of Ternopil oblast. Seven units have already been delivered to the oblast. The same number is expected in the near future. The equipment is currently being installed.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

Deputies of Khmelnytskyi oblast adopted an appeal to the President of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada, the Cabinet of Ministers, the National Security and Defense Council regarding prohibition of the activities of the russian Orthodox Church  for supporting russian aggression against Ukraine.

Chernivtsi oblast

The city council reported that Chernivtsi is 94% ready for the heating season.

The Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Chernivtsi oblast reported that a team of volunteer firefighters was created in the village of Hrubna of the Sokyryan community. This is the first such unit that has started operating in the oblast. Volunteer firefighters equipped the fire station with their own efforts.

International support

The Pentagon ordered Switchblade 600 long-range kamikaze drones for Ukraine, which have a flight range of 40 kilometers. Currently, Ukraine is armed with the Switchblade 300, with a range of 10 kilometers.

The EU handed over to the border guards thermal imaging equipment for monitoring the border costing almost 500K euros.

President of France Emmanuel Macron announced that countries that refuse to take Ukraine’s side in the war against russia are “accomplices” of the new russian imperialism.

The White House announced that the US will never recognize referendums on Ukrainian territories occupied by russia.

Olaf Scholz stated that Germany does not recognize referendums on the inclusion of Ukrainian territories in russia. Fictive referenda are unacceptable and inconsistent with international law and agreements reached by the international community.

The Secretary General of the Alliance Jens Stoltenberg announced that NATO will consider the fake “referendums” being prepared on joining Russia as illegitimate.

The Prime Minister of Estonia, Kaia Kallas announced “referendums” will have the opposite effect, the West will increase aid to Ukraine.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland reported that Finland proposes to include a visa ban for russians in the EU sanctions.

Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Latvia, Edgars Rynkevichs stated that Latvia will not issue humanitarian visas to russians who want to leave the country to avoid the announced mobilization.

The state concern Ukroboronprom together with a NATO member country is building a plant for the production of ammunition. Ukroboronprom does not clarify the details of the construction of the plant and does not name the partner country. The concern indicates that this is already the second defense enterprise, on the construction of which international agreements have been reached and a corresponding contract has been concluded for the production of ammunition according to NATO standards.

Vietnam, Kazakhstan and Armenia stopped accepting russian “myr” cards.

Polish State Railways and Ukrzaliznytsia signed a joint statement on the development, continuation and strengthening of cooperation to promote the further development of economic relations between Poland and Ukraine.
