Today is the 100th day of the  war. On February 24, 2022, russia launched a full-scale invasion of the entire territory of Ukraine. The russian army continues destroying peaceful cities and villages of Ukraine. According to the UN, over 11 million people have been displaced, the worst refugee crisis in Europe since World War II. Due to russia’s military actions, the world is facing a food crisis.

During this time, russian troops captured Kherson and Mariupol, occupied part of Kyiv, Chernihiv and Sumy oblasts, which Ukraine managed to liberate. Now the most difficult battles continue in Donbas. For the time being, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are deterring the russian offensive. Most countries in the world support Ukraine, impose sanctions against russia, abandon russian energy and supply Ukraine with weapons.

Ukraine briefly:

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 6pm:

Towards Sloviansk, the enemy is preparing to resume the offensive, concentrating up to twenty battalion tactical groups in this direction. To improve their tactical position, the hostile troops tried to conduct an offensive towards Barvinkove and Sviatohirsk, yet failed.

In Donetsk oblast, the enemy concentrated the main efforts in the area of Severodonetsk. Under the cover of artillery fire, they led assault operations in residential areas of the eastern part of the city. With partial success, active hostilities continue.

Towards Lyman, the invaders used rocket and barrel artillery in the areas of Shchurove and Brusivka.

Towards Avdiivka, Kurakhiv, Novopavlivske and Zaporizhzhia, the enemy did not conduct active operations. Shelling from mortars, barrel and rocket artillery was recorded in the areas of Pisky, Mykolaivka, Poltavka and Pokrovske.

Towards Kharkiv, the russian invaders continue to conduct defense, to destroy civilian facilities in the city. They carried out an air strike by Mi-8 helicopters on positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the areas of Slatyne and Dementiyivka.

In the South Bug direction, the enemy is defending, in some directions trying to regain lost positions. They carried out artillery attacks and intensified aerial reconnaissance.

In Slobozhansky direction, the enemy focuses on restraining the advance of Ukrainian troops towards the state border.

In Volyn and Polissia areas, there were no signs of forming offensive groups. On June 1, combat training of units of the Armed Forces of belarus began at Vyzhlovychi training poligon in Brest oblast.

Towards Siversk, the enemy did not conduct active actions, there were no signs of any strike groups forming there. The russians carried out a missile air strike near the settlement of Krasnopillia, Sumy oblast, and mortar shelling near the settlement of Mykhalchina Sloboda, Chernihiv oblast.

In Bessarabia direction, the situation has not changed much. There are no signs of the enemy’s offensive groups forming there.

The main efforts of enemy ships in the Black and Azov seas are focused on isolating areas of military actions and blocking civilian navigation in the northwestern part of the Black Sea.

Since February 24, 24,000 kilometers of roads and 300 bridges have been destroyed in Ukraine. Thus, in the liberated territories, as of June 3, 39 temporary crossings were provided on the roads to Kyiv, Irpen, Bucha, Gostomel, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Sumy, and Mykolaiv. In addition, they opened traffic on the Warsaw highway from Kyiv to Kovel. On this highway in two oblasts, three bridges were destroyed. All three crossings are already in service. Also traffic for trucks has been launched on the highway M-06 Kyiv-Chop.

Within 100 days of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the russian military destroyed 370 monuments of cultural heritage.

Modern sports arenas built in Ukraine over the past two years, have been targeted by enemy shells. The modern cycling track in Lyman, the Olympic pool in Mariupol and many other world-class sport facilities have been destroyed.

As of the hundredth day of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, 1 017 settlements have been liberated. The infrastructure has been restored in the liberated territories: 1 194 residential and social infrastructure facilities have been fully restored, 370 settlements have been demined, road traffic has been restored in more than 700 settlements, food stores have been re-opened in over 600 settlements, banks have resumed operation in more than 300 settlements.

More than a month ago, Elon Musk gave Ukraine solar panels and energy conservation systems Tesla Powerwall. All this time, they provide electricity to critical infrastructure in Kyiv oblast. In the most affected de-occupied areas, there are issues with power supply, and Tesla Powerwall stations provide backup power during outages.

The russian military has destroyed 60% of Lysychansk. There is no power in the city, with about 20K of the city’s nearly 100K residents. The Bakhmut-Lysychansk highway is constantly under fire by the russian military. It is under Ukrainian control. Therefore, it is possible to deliver humanitarian aid to Lysychansk.

During the war, russia exported to Syria 100K tons of grain stolen from Ukrainian storage facilities in the temporarily occupied territories. Part of the stolen wheat was delivered on board a ship with the russian flag “Matros Posinich”. Judging by satellite images, grain was loaded onto the ship in occupied Sevastopol in mid-May, and on May 29 it arrived in the port of Latakia, Syria’s main port city.

15 446 crimes of aggression and war crimes of the russian federation were documented as of the morning of June 3 in the Office of the Prosecutor General.

Russian soldiers in the occupied territories terrorize local residents. They make “censuses” of the population, by any means try to get hold of people’s personal data, information about volunteers and ATO/JFO participants, take away documents, forcing people to go to their “parades”. It is important for russians to find evidence of cooperation between the population and the Ukrainian special services or the Armed Forces of Ukraine, or even hints of this. Accidental notification or photo can cause abduction and torture.

In Kherson oblast, the russian military wear the uniform of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and go to the homes of locals to identify Ukrainian activists and patriots. In places with no mobile communication of Ukrainian operators, the occupiers are trying to trick people by using mobile cards of the Crimean operator and lure Ukrainians’ passport data in order to falsify the future pseudo-referendum.

Zaporizhzhia NPP has a critical situation for ensuring stable and safe operation of the plant. There are literally no spare parts and consumables. The russian officials are looking into the possibility of connecting the station to the russian power system. However, due to technical reasons, this is not yet possible.
