There were missile strikes on civilian targets on the territory of Ukraine. In Kremenchuh, Poltava oblast, a russian missile hit a shopping mall with a large number of civilians. Rescue efforts are ongoing. The toll of victims is increasing.

Here is the operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 6pm:

Air and missile strikes are expected to continue from the territory and airspace of the republic of belarus. People are urged not to ignore air syrens.

Towards Volyn and Polissia, demonstrative and provocative actions by the units of the armed forces of belarus in the borderline areas with Ukraine are not excluded, as well as their enhanced intelligence to detect positions and activities of our troops.

Towards Siversk, units of the russian armed forces continue staying in the borderline areas of Bryansk and Kursk oblasts to deter the actions of the Defense Forces units. The enemy carried out mortar attacks near Pokrivka and Starykove, Sumy oblast. They also used rocket artillery to Porozok and Verkhnia Pozhnia, Sumy oblast.

Towards Ukrainian Sloboda, the enemy is defending previously occupied positions, trying to prevent the advance of our units to the state border of Ukraine in the north of Kharkiv oblast. Russian intelligence is trying to find weaknesses in our troops’ defense.

Towards Kharkiv, to return lost positions, the enemy tried to conduct assault actions in the area of Dementiivka, failed and withdrew. Also, Ukrainian soldiers successfully repelled enemy assaults towards Dovhalivka and Zalyman.

The occupiers are taking measures for operational disguise, trying to mislead our units by installing wooden models of tanks on defensive positions.

Towards Sloviansk, the enemy is trying to improve its tactical position and create favourable conditions for the attack on Barvinkove and Sloviansk. Shelling continues.

Trying to take control of Mazanivka, the enemy launched an offensive from the area of Dovhenke. The invaders received a decisive rebuff from Ukrainian defenders and withdrew suffering losses.

Towards Donetsk, the enemy continues to focus its main efforts on attempts to encircle the Defense Forces near Lysychansk, trying to block the city from the south and south-west. Measures are taken to replenish losses of personnel, weapons and military equipment.

Towards Kramatorsk, the enemy did not conduct active operations.

Towards Lysychansk, Lysychansk, Soledar, and Verkhniokamianka were shelled from mortars and barrel artillery.

The enemy launched the offensive towards Vovchoiarivka – Verkhniokamianka with partial success, gaining a foothold south of the Lysychansk oil refinery. To distract our troops’ efforts, the invaders launched an offensive towards Pidlisne – Lysychansk, failed and withdrew.

Towards Bakhmut, there was artillery shelling of various calibers in the areas of Bakhmut, Berestove, Klynove, Travneve and Vershyna.

Our soldiers successfully halted the enemy’s reconnaissance attempt near Berestove and the offensive towards Midna Ruda – Klynove. In both cases, the invaders withdrew.

The enemy has partial success towards Rota – Vershyna, trying to gain a foothold at the intersection of the E-40 highway.

Towards Avdiivka, Kurakhiv, Novopavlivske and Zaporizhzhia, to hinder the actions of our troops, prevent their transfer to other areas, the enemy shelled Avdiivka, Chervone, Katerynivka, Malynivka, and Pisky with mortars, tanks, barrel and rocket artillery. There was an airstrike near Krasnohorivka.

Ukrainian soldiers halted the offensive of the invaders towards Petrivske – Shevchenko and threw the enemy back.

In the South Buр direction, the aggressor continued shelling positions of our troops with mortars, tanks, barrel and rocket artillery along the entire contact line. The enemy might conduct assault actions in certain directions to approach the administrative borders of Kherson oblast.

Ready to be tasked with conducting missile strikes on the territory of Ukraine, the enemy keeps two carriers of sea-based cruise missiles Kalibr.

Our units continue to successfully perform rocket and artillery tasks in certain directions and inflict losses on the invaders in close battles.

The President of the Republic of Moldova arrived on a working visit to Kyiv. Before meeting with Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Maya Sandu visited Borodianka, Bucha, Irpin to see the consequences of the russian occupation. The leaders discussed energy cooperation and agreed on creating new transit routes. Maya Sandu also has noted that the Government of Moldova is doing everything possible to prevent Transnistria from threatening Ukraine.

Russian propagandists are spreading fakes about Ukraine’s “resale” of Western weapons. The Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council warns about it. Russian propagandists do not provide any evidence, photo or video recording. Such statements extend to vilify Ukrainian defenders and disrupt the supply of weapons to Ukraine.

For the second time during the full-scale war, an American actor, Oscar winner Sean Penn has come to Kyiv. The actor makes a documentary about the russian-Ukrainian war and visits our country to record all the events taking place in Ukraine as a documentary filmmaker.

Eastern regions

Kharkiv oblast

The invaders led an offensive towards Dementiivka and Pytomnyk, suffered losses and withdrew. The invaders remotely mined near Fedorivka, Peremoha, Shestakove, Ukrainka, Zamulivka. Near Izium, the enemy keeps trying to advance toward Dolyna and Mazanivka. Ukrainian defenders resist, destroying the invaders’ manpower and armoured vehicles.

According to the Kharkiv State Emergency Service, in 24 hours, fires caused by russian shelling occurred in two districts of Kharkiv and one district of the region. The invaders shelled Kyivskyy and Shevchenkivskyy districts of the city, as well as Chuhuivskyy district. Another rocket hit a schoolyard in Shevchenkivskyy district. The shelling occurred around midnight. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties.

Another russian rocket fell in a courtyard near Kyivske metro station. Two rooms in a private house burned down. There were no people inside.

A russian missile hit Pokotylivka, Kharkiv. It fell between a children’s camp and a private house. 18 houses and 2 cars were damaged. There were no casualties.

The russians continue launching strikes in Kharkiv and the region, particularly in North Saltivka. According to the Regional Centre of Emergency Medical Care, 3 civilians were injured due to the shelling. The information is being verified.

Today, 5 people were killed and 31 injured due to the russian shelling of Kharkiv. Among the injured are children. The condition of the wounded is severe and medium, as a result of the shelling, residents received explosive injuries and shrapnel wounds.

As a result of the shelling of the village of Pecheniga in Kharkiv oblast, a person was injured. A 93-year-old man received shrapnel wounds. He was hospitalized.

During the day, police officers helped evacuate 783 Kharkiv residents, including 218 children, from the occupied territories. Residents of Chkalovkse, Izium, Kupyansk, Vovchansk, Velykyi Burluk and Chkalovske settlements were taken by bus to Chuhuiv and Kharkiv by 25 buses.

Donetsk oblast

The enemy shelled our positions using mortars, artillery and rocket-propelled grenades in Berestove, Bilohorivka, Klynove, Spirne and Zaitseve settlements.

An enemy airstrike was recorded near Pokrovske. Our soldiers detected and neutralized subversive and reconnaissance groups near Spirne and Yakovlivka, and also repelled an assault toward Klynove. The enemy offensive near Berestove and Vershyna settlements is stopped. The invaders withdrew. The enemy is establishing new positions, including roadblocks in Mykolaivka.

Police recorded 20 russian regional strikes, with a child among the casualties. The russians shelled 12 settlements during the day. The occupants struck with aviation, missiles, artillery, Grad, Uragan and Smerch MLRSs. There are killed and injured civilians.

Russian troops struck Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Konstiantynivka, Marinka, Sloviansk, Toretsk cities, Raihorodok settlement, and Karpivka, Katerynivka, Malynivka, Maiaky and Novoluhanske villages. In Malynivka village, a boy, born in 2012, was injured as a result of cluster shelling. The child was hospitalized. 20 civilian objects were damaged – 11 residential buildings, a school, a coke plant and garages.

Sloviansk was shelled once again. In addition to overnight shelling on Novyy Pobut and Barvinkivska Streets, there was shelling on Torska Street in the morning. At least 4 residential buildings and power lines were damaged. Several neighbourhoods were left without a power supply. There were casualties. According to preliminary information, the russians used cluster munitions.

The russian military fired on Novoluhansk in the Donetsk oblast, injuring six people. One person was fatally wounded. The Prosecutor General Office said that locals were preparing food near their homes.

The agency added that on June 26-27, 2022, the russian armed forces struck with jet artillery in Kramatorsk, Pokrovsky and Bakhmut districts of Donetsk oblast.

Oleksandr Honcharenko said that the russian military fired on the outskirts of Kramatorsk.

Slovyansk City Civil-Military Administration said that water supply is being cut off in Slovyansk, the Slovyansk City Civil-Military Administration said.

On June 27, the russians killed two civilians in Donetsk: Sloviansk and Selidovo. 13 people were injured today.

Luhansk oblast

The enemy, supported with artillery, is trying to blockade Lysychansk city from the south. The enemy is shelling civilian and military infrastructure in Lysychansk and Loskutivka, Verkhnokamianka and Vovchoiarivka. Enemy attack aircraft launched air strikes near Lysychansk. Fighting continues near Vovchoiarivka. Near Verkhnokamianka the Defence Forces caused significant losses to the enemy and forced them to retreat. The enemy shelled Raihorod and Maiak with artillery.

According to the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Hayday, in Lysychansk, Vovchoiarivka, Loskutivka and Verkhnokamianka, the russian troops are destroying housing, industrial and administrative facilities.

According to the Severodonetsk Regional Civil-Military Administration, russian invaders are occupying the dwellings of Severodonetsk residents who evacuated from the city. Soldiers and officers are placed in the houses. Between 7K and 8K residents currently live in the occupied city.

A humanitarian catastrophe awaits the regional center. The invaders will not be able to restore communications in occupied Severodonetsk. No one will bring enough food and medicine for the citizens.

The russian army fired on Lysychansk from Hurricanes when people came to collect water. The head of the Luhansk RMA Gaidai reported about it. Eight Lysychansk residents were killed, 21 were hospitalized, five of them remained in Lysychansk after receiving medical treatment. 16 citizens were evacuated to hospitals in other regions. He also noted that the rashists were storming the city, destroying it with all possible weapons. There is the enemy overmatch in power. Our defenders lack long-range artillery.

For the last two days Ukrainian authorities were not able to import rubber goods, but the city, including a hospital, has the stocks made in advance.

Rescuers in Lysychansk have extinguished the fire in 6 residential flats. The fire spread over 234 square metres.

Northern regions

Kyiv oblast

The president of Moldova Maia Sandu visited Kyiv oblast. She traveled to Borodianka, Bucha, and Irpin to see for herself the aftermath of russian occupation of the Ukrainian territories.

Jim Risch, the U.S. Senator and the head of the Republican wing of the Committee on Foreign Relations, has paid an official visit to Kyiv oblast. This was reported by the head of the Regional Military Administration Oleksiy Kuleba. The delegation visited Hostomel, Irpin, and the Antonov International Airport, where they witnessed the aftermath of the crimes committed by the russian army.

As mayor of Kyiv and head of the Association of Ukrainian Cities, Vitalyi Klytschko will take part in the 36th NATO Summit in Madrid. According to the Kyiv City State Administration, the key topic of the meeting will be adoption of a new NATO strategic concept. In Madrid, a new aid package for Ukraine will be agreed upon and measures for its support by the alliance will be discussed.

Rescue operations continue in Kyiv after a missile strike on a high-rise apartment building. Two vehicles and 15 rescuers of the Kyiv Rescue Service, as well as nine vehicles and 86 personnel of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine are working at the scene.

Inspection and disposal of explosive ordnance continue in the liberated settlements and territories of Kyiv oblast.

Residents of Zabirya village, Boyarka community, found an explosive ordnance, identified by rescuers as an anti-tank mine. The item will be destroyed by the EOD specialists of the State Emergency Service of Kyiv Oblast.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, 21 EOD units (104 people and 37 vehicles) are working in Kyiv Oblast in Brovary, Bucha and Vyshhorod regions.

A bridge over the river Trubish, damaged during the hostilities, is being renovated near the village of Borshchiv, Kyiv oblast. According to the Kyiv regional administration, a temporary bypass road has been built next to the bridge. The connection between Kyiv and Poltava was resumed on the M-03 highway Kyiv – Kharkiv – Dovzhanskyi.

Kyiv Regional Military Administration informs that the dam gate on the Irpin river will be rebuilt as soon as possible. Due to hostilities and damage to the dam, about 50 private homesteads in the village of Demydiv were flooded. Currently, a series of works have been carried out to reduce the water level in the floodplain of the river. The dam is functioning.

95 kindergartens are working full-time in Kyiv oblast. Based on the approval of the local military administration, 247 teams were opened in 95 pre-school institutions with 3 318 children enrolled. There are 257 pre-school institutions with 13 134 children continuing to study remotely, including 645 children from internally displaced families.

Zhytomyr oblast

According to the State Inspectorate of Ukraine for Energy Supervision, 128 power grids have been damaged in Zhytomyr oblast as a result of russian aggression. Representatives of the state inspectorate have inspected 697 damaged electric grids or their components. 457 damage reports for faulty grids were issued based on the inspection results.

According to the regional administration, during four months of war 77 educational institutions have been damaged. Zhytomyr Lyceum No. 25 was completely destroyed.

Here is a list of everything which should be done in the oblast by the start of the school year:

Completing repairs to damaged schools.
Rebuilding the Lubovychy educational complex.
Arranging transportation for children to schools and developing routes.
Checking shelters in and around educational establishments.
Providing educational institutions with backup and self-contained power supplies, etc.

Sumy oblast

The State Border Guard Service reported that the enemy has been bombarding the border of Sumy oblast. There have been 5 shellings of the border by russia.

The enemy was intensely firing on the territory of the Krasnopil community, where more than 10 missiles from helicopters and more than 60 shots from artillery and heavy mortars were launched. The settlement of Slavhorod qas bombarded with air strikes.

The russians fired with small arms and mortars at the areas of the Bilopillya and Shalygine territorial communities.

According to the regional military administration, the enemy fired two missiles towards Okhtyrka last night. There are no casualties or damage. The day before, shots from automatic weapons were recorded along the border on the territory of the Shalygine community.

According to the SES, there are 2 pyrotechnic teams in Sumy oblast (10 people and 3 units of equipment) in Konotop, Okhtyrka and Sumy regions.

The only regional military medical commission will be set up in Sumy oblast. There is no specialized military medical institution in the region. 21 primary commissions work on the basis of regular hospitals. From now on, all conclusions on further treatment or military serviceability will be provided by a commission established on the basis of the Ministry of Internal Affairs polyclinic.

Chernihiv oblast

The enemy continues to shell civilian and military infrastructure in the areas of the settlements of Khrinivka and Yanzhulivka in Chernihiv oblast, according to the SBGS.

Demining of the region continues. According to the State Emergency Service in Chernihiv oblast, underwater demining and pyrotechnic works teams were involved in disposal of explosive objects (EO) 15 times, 156 such items were found and seized. 1 038 EOs were seized during the week, and 29 558 since the hostilities began.

In Chernihiv oblast there are 9 pyrotechnic SES teams (45 people and 17 units of equipment) in city of Chernihiv, Chernihiv oblast and Nizhyn districts.

In Chernihiv oblast, repair work to restore medical facilities is underway. The Chernihiv Regional Psychoneurological Hospital is currently being rebuilt. Enemy bombings damaged hospital’s power and water networks, smashed windows and doors, destroyed a roof. During the occupation, the institution housed 320 patients and 70 staff members.

According to the regional administration modern and reliable gas equipment is installed in Chernihiv oblast. In the city of Snovsk, specialists of JSC “Chernihivgaz” dismantled a gas well and ran a new gas pipeline produced in Europe. All works were carried out without disconnecting the population from gas supply. The new equipment will ensure uninterrupted gas distribution to 700 homes.

Central regions

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

Russian troops shelled Shyroke community, Kryvyi Rih district using artillery. There are no victims.

In Kryvyi Rih 56K families will be able to receive food kits.

18 enterprises from Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv regions moved to Dnipropetrovsk region.

Staff of the regional center of emergency medical care in Dnipro received the “GoodSam” system. The system detects the location of the person calling the ambulance. Dnipropetrovsk region is the first region in Ukraine using this system. During the week of using the system, doctors saved 4 people’s lives.

Kirovohrad oblast

Entrepreneur Volodymyr Tkachenko, suspected of non-return of eight National Guard helicopters, explained the scheme of their return in the Kropyvnytskyi court. Helicopters, rented from one of the military units of the Kirovohrad region, are in Mali and Somalia. During a hearing in the Leninsky District Court of Kropyvnytskyi, he explained that a replacement was already being prepared for them, after which they would be returned to the owner. He stated that the authorities of these countries refused to return the helicopters, so the company offered a scheme for exchanging leased equipment for their own. Military helicopters are required for rescue and search operations. Prosecutor Oleh Koshovyi believes that the businessman hindered the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, punishable by imprisonment for a term of five to eight years.

Poltava oblast

The occupiers hit rockets at the shopping center “Amstor” in Kremenchuh in Poltava region when there were more than a thousand civilians. So far, 11 people have been killed and 25 injured. The command of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the enemy used X-22 missiles, fired from Tu-22 M3 bombers.

Police, the National Guard and the military are involved in the rescue operation. Kremenchuh District Police Department stated that “Dniprovski Zori ” Hotel now has a mobile police station, which can be contacted to get the information about relatives or acquaintances who were in the shopping center. As of 6:40 p.m., more than a dozen people who were injured, got medical assistance at a private clinic located near the institution.

Cherkasy oblast

Cherkasy Regional State Administration informed that after rocket attacks on Sunday in Cherkasy, dam and bridge across the Dnieper is the restricted traffic area. The day before as a result of shelling, the movement of some trains was canceled.

‘Suspilne’ in the press release of the Security Service of Ukraine in Cherkasy region reported that 4 people, supporting russian aggression, were detained in Cherkasy region. 3 men promoted pro-Kremlin views and supported russian aggression. In addition, they assembled three military-style radio stations and probably planned to intercept waves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and collect data about the location of military units in the region. The press service also informed that one Cherkasy resident, a russia native, also supported russian aggression and shared misinformation in the social media “Odnoklasnyky”.

In Cherkasy region, business continues to show extraordinary resilience during the war. Technologically unique plant for producing cereals is being built, which will operate for its own market and for export. The region will not only grow and export, but also manufacture products creating extra value. Its construction began last fall. The war prevented from completing building construction timely. However, investors are determined to complete the plant despite all difficulties. This was reported by the Cherkasy Regional State Administration.

Southern regions

Zaporizhzhia oblast

In the direction of Zaporizhzhia, the situation didn’t drastically change. The enemy concentrates its main efforts on holding the occupied positions.

The enemy shelled the positions of Ukrainian defenders 45 times using artillery and MLRSs along the entire contact line.

A total of 690 people, including 163 children, were evacuated.

As of today, almost 22K consumers are left without power supply in 81 settlements of Zaporizhzhia oblast due to damaged power lines. This was reported by the Zaporizhzhia RMA.

Power supply was restored for almost 2K consumers in Polohy and Vasylivka districts.

The situation with gas supply has not changed. According to available information, today 80 985 consumers in the region are left without gas supply in 108 settlements of the region.

The State Bureau of Investigation informed that its officers reported the suspicion of treason to a former employee of one of the law enforcement agencies in Zaporozhzhia oblast. According to the pre-trial investigation, he accepted a proposal from the russian occupation authorities to chair an illegally established law enforcement agency in Berdiansk and Berdiansk district. He is currently actively collaborating with the enemy.

Mykolaiv oblast

In the South Buh direction, the enemy conducts reconnaissance and improves the engineering equipment of the positions. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces, russian military fired on civilian and military infrastructure from barrel and jet artillery in the areas of Kniazivka, Kvitneve, Partizanske, Potemkine, Stepova Dolyna and Velyka Kostromka.

In the morning, Bereznehuvate and Shyroke community of Bashtansky district were under fire again. Residential buildings, a kindergarten and a playground were damaged. The information about the victims is being clarified.

Ukrainian aircraft conducted several successful air strikes on the enemy buildup.

Mykolaivoblenergo reported about the attack at the substation from the artillery weapon. Employees were at the workplace, but no one was injured. As a result, 2 transformers, overhead lines, a warehouse and a car lift were damaged.

6033 civilian facilities are damaged, 7259 consumers are left without gas supply in Mykolaiv oblast. There is no power and water supply, drainage in 95 settlements of Bashtansky and Mykolaiv districts.

The SBU detained an agent of the russian federation who developed the concept of the “Mykolaiv People’s Republic”. The former deputy of Mykolaiv city council prepared documents, legal, social and political justification for creating a fake republic within the region. According to the documents seized from him during the search, Mykolaiv oblast would have had to declare a withdrawal from the jurisdiction and state-administrative composition of Ukraine, declaring itself “MPR”. And then it would switch to the russian one, get its own “coat of arms, flag and anthem”. The existence of the “MPR” was planned for the time period of the “special military operation” of the russian federation, and then the pseudo-formation would ask for inclusion in the russian federation.

Odesa oblast

The enemy fired from Tu-22 aircraft at a residential area in one of the villages of Odesa region. As a result of the X-22 cruise missile hit, 3 private houses and outbuildings with a total area of 500 square meters caught on fire. More than 60 houses are uninhabitable. According to the updated data, 8 people, including 1 child, received minor shrapnel wounds as a result of the explosion.

There are 2 enemy missile ships in the Black Sea. Ukrainian forces continue operations on Zmiinyi (Snake) Island. More than 10 hits were recorded, one of them on the anti-aircraft gun-missile system Pantsir-C1. The rest of the results are being investigated.

It is forbidden to go by boat to estuaries and lakes in Odesa oblast. The Odesa Border Detachment reported about it.

Kherson oblast

Active hostilities continue in Kherson oblast. Many villages are left without electricity, water and gas.

The russian military fired a rocket at the village of Novovorontsovka in Kherson oblast. There were no military facilities of the Armed Forces in the village. The Kherson prosecutor’s office opened criminal proceedings.

The emotional public anticipation of victories in Kherson oblast significantly harmed the advance of the Ukrainian army. This was announced by Natalia Humeniuk, head of the joint coordination center of the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine. The russian military is being pushed back, but they periodically try to regain their positions.

The occupiers detained about 50 Crimean Tatars in Henichensk district. According to the Crimean Tatar Resource Center, on June 21 and 22, the occupiers detained up to 30 people in the village of Novooleksiivka, and about 24 people in the villages of Rykove (Partyzany) and Shchaslyvtsevo.

The occupying authorities opened a point for issuing russian passports in the town of Oleshky of Kherson oblast. The Oleshky mayor reports that 20-30 people came to submit documents.

In the seized banking institutions in Kherson, new temporary owners are deploying russian banking branches, where they plan to issue salary cards to all those forced to work at the occupied enterprises. The occupiers are also trying to start their own tax service.

Kherson-based channel VTV + has started broadcasting on a russian satellite. This was reported by the National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting. This is not the first violation of the broadcaster. In April, the channel began broadcasting programs with participation of collaborator Vladimir Saldo. The regulator has already informed the Security Service of Ukraine about the revealed facts.

Western regions

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine says that the security situation towards Volyn and Polissia has not changed significantly, but a strict ban was imposed on citizens visiting forests in the north of Volyn oblast. The border with belarus is guarded. In case of provocations of the Armed Forces of belarus, the Territorial Defense and volunteer units are ready for decisive actions.

In the western Ukraine, there were multiple threats of air and missile strikes from the Black Sea and from the territory of belarus in the last 24 hours.

38K people left Ukraine across the western border, while 42K returned.

Volyn

At the charity marathon in Pavlivka, over UAH 39K were raised for the needs of the Armed Forces. For some of these funds they have bought a car for the military, the rest is planned to be used to buy a thermal imager.

Lutsk resident Anastasia Kuts decided to hold a charity lottery on the social network with portraits of Ukrainian soldiers-defenders of Mariupol, which she had painted herself. The random winner will be chosen in a few weeks. In the first two days she raised UAH 7K. All the donated money will be transferred to the needs of the Armed Forces.

In Lutsk, two fifth-graders sold cherries they had picked themselves and transferred 50% of the received funds (UAH 1 200) to buy Bayraktar for the Ukrainian army.

Zakarpattia oblast

The Zakarpattia RMA announced a meeting with customs officers and border guards to solve the issue of queues at the checkpoint due to those wishing to use the so-called zero customs clearance of the car. At the Uzhhorod-Vyshne Nemetske checkpoint, the queue for customs clearance reaches over 700 cars, while the capacity of this checkpoint is 120-150 cars per day.

A charity sale took place in Uzhhorod, raising over UAH 65K for the needs of the Ukrainian military. This is the second time when such an action has been held. Last time, the UAH 52K raised were transferred to the Return Alive Foundation.

The Zakarpattia RMA reported that 358 companies had moved to Zakarpattia, since the beginning of the war. 86% of them have already restarted production.

In Uzhhorod, the Big City Ride charity bicycle race was held, where over UAH 35K was raised in support of the Armed Forces.

Lviv oblast

190 IDPs arrived by two evacuation trains in Lviv.

17 901 people crossed checkpoints in Lviv oblast during the day.

The police processed 1370 complaints about suspicious people and objects.

Lviv resident Bohdan Prokopovych drove 1 500 km through frontline cities: Kyiv – Okhtyrka – Derhachi – Kharkiv – Lozova – Kramatorsk – Pokrovsk – Zaporozhzhia – Nikopol – Kryvyi Rih – Mykolayiv to raise UAH 1 200 000 for the Ukrainian army. He announced in advance that he would drive every kilometer for UAH 700 in donations, and after the finish he would transfer the funds to charitable foundations.

Within the framework of cooperation between the Government of Ukraine and the United Nations, a victim assistance center will be set up in Lviv. They will help those who have experienced sexual violence caused by the russian military.

As part of charitable assistance, Philips has donated a mobile X-ray machine to the Stryi community.

Rivne oblast

Entrepreneurs of Rivne oblast started to produce cartridge pouches for 7.62 mm Kalashnikov machine guns for the Ukrainian military. The first hundred sets will be sent to the front in the near future.

Ternopil oblast

Head of Berezhany OTG Rostyslav Bortnyk announced that the IDPs, who found shelter in Berezhany, decided to thank the community and donate a playground. The playground project is ready.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

The Khmelnytsky Regional Philharmonic Hall hosted a charity concert “10 Sonatas for Violin and Piano” in support of the Armed Forces and war victims.

International support

The Ministry of Health of Ukraine reported that the residents of the Canadian city of Egenville held an auction of over 60 lots, during which 90K CAD was collected for Ukraine’s medical needs.

The EU will provide Ukraine with equipment protecting against chemical and nuclear threats in the amount of 11.3 million euros.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke at the G7 summit, taking place these days in Germany, with a request to help Ukraine with air defense systems, provide security guarantees, resume agricultural exports from Ukraine and impose new sanctions against russia.

During a performance at the Glastonbury festival in Great Britain, the Ukrainian band Kalush Orchestra turned to Boris Johnson with thanks from all over Ukraine for his help.

Prime Minister of Japan Kishida Fumio announced additional sanctions against russia. They will include a ban on russian gold imports and restrictions on 70 individuals.

Moldovan President Maya Sandu arrived in Kyiv on an official visit, during which she visited Borodianka, Bucha and Irpin, and met with Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

The Ministry of Defence Ukraine reported that on June 27, in Warsaw they opened the exhibition of russian military equipment destroyed in Ukraine. This is the first exhibition abroad. It will feature: T72B (destroyed on March 31 near the village of Dmytrivka, Bucha district, Kyiv region); a 152-mm Msta-S anti-aircraft gun (damaged by Ukrainian Armed Forces artillery in Sumy Region) and samples of Hurricane and Tornado multiple rocket launchers.

The US plans to purchase for Ukraine an improved Norwegian medium-range and long-range air defense system NASAMS, capable of hitting targets with a distance of over 160 km, including additional artillery ammunition and counter-battery radars.

The Chairman of the Republican Wing of the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee Jim Rich has arrived in Ukraine on an official visit. Jim Rish visited Gostomel, Irpin and Antonov International Airport, where the Mriya plane was destroyed by the russian military.
