In the Black and Azov Seas, the enemy keeps four carriers of sea-based cruise missiles.
Towards Volyn, Polissia and Siversk, no significant changes are noticed. The enemy carried out artillery shelling in the area of Boiaro-Lezhachi, Sumy oblast.
In Sloboda region, the enemy is trying to create conditions to launch the offensive towards Izium – Barvinkove and Izium – Sloviansk.
Towards Kharkiv, the russian hostile troops conduct defensive operations to prevent the advance of Defense Forces units towards the state border to the north and north-east of Kharkiv. At the same time, the enemy is trying to conduct assault actions to improve the tactical position of the units. The russian aggressor shelled Bairak, Chuhuiv, Pechenihy, Ruska Lozova and Stary Saltiv.
Towards Sloviansk, the enemy focuses on the offensive operation near Dovhenke – Dolyna. The enemy’s assault actions towards Sulyhivka – Virnopillia and Dibrivne – Kurulka were successfully repelled by our soldiers. The occupiers carried out remote mining of the area near Dolyna.
Towards Sievierodonetsk, the invaders carried out artillery shelling in the areas of Loskutivka, Lysychansk, Sievierodonetsk and Spirne. There was an airstrike in the area of Lysychansk, as well as assault actions in the industrial zone of Sievierodonetsk.
Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled an assault in the southern outskirts of Lysychansk. The enemy, supported by artillery, began assault operations towards Vovchoiarivka. Fighting continues.
Towards Bakhmut, the invaders keep shelling Bilohorivka, Maiorske and Yakovlivka with barrel artillery. There were airstrikes near Mykolaivka, Pokrovsky and Yakovlivka.
The enemy captured the settlement of Mykolaivka. They conducted battle reconnaissance towards Myronivka – Vuhlehirska TPP failed. The invaders withdrew, suffering losses.
Russian invaders launched a missile from Tu-22M3 aircraft on Kostiantynivka.
Towards Avdiivka, Kramatorsk, Novopavlivske and Zaporizhzhia, the enemy continues firing along the contact line to monitor the actions of our troops and prevent their transfer to other areas.
The enemy carried out airstrikes in the areas of Pavlivka and Vuhledar and carried out artillery shelling near Siversk. In the area of Marinka, there were assault actions repelled by Ukrainian soldiers once again. The enemy withdrew.
In the South Bug direction, the enemy focuses its main efforts on keeping the previously occupied positions. According to the results of successful offensive operations of our units, part of the enemy’s forces left prepared defensive positions and fled to the area of Olhine, Beryslav district, Kherson oblast.
“Ukraine does not need 10 or 15 years to cover all the way to join the EU, our country can complete necessary transformation much faster,” said Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal. He also notes that the status of a candidate in the EU will allow Ukraine to become a more attractive country for investors.
In the temporarily occupied territories, occupiers abduct relatives of the Ukrainian military, including children to blackmail. Such cases are becoming systemic as reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense.
“A geoinformation system for monitoring destruction will appear in Ukraine”, said the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development. Russian invaders launched a missile strike from Tu-22M3 aircraft toward Kostiantynivka city. At least 1 person was killed. Also in Donetsk, in Mykolaiv community, Rayhorodok was shelled by invaders and 2 people were killed, 1 injured.

A “population census” is taking place in the occupied Mariupol. People are forced to have their documents on them and undergo fingerprinting procedures. Residents are forbidden to leave the city. The invaders were able to take control of Mykolaivka. The offensive in Myrna Dolyna continues. The enemy carried out shelling from tanks, mortars, barrel and rocket artillery near Bila Hora, Lysychansk, Severodonetsk, Syrotyne, Voronove, Vovchoiarivka and launched airstrikes on Borivske.
According to Oleksiy Babchenko, head of Hirske community, it is temporarily occupied by the enemy. Russian troops invaded almost all settlements and local battles continued. Most parts of Hirske and Zolote are not under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Around 4K people remain in the community and nearby villages. There is currently no communication with the community, as well as no water and power supply.
According to the head of Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Hayday, the invaders left Lysychansk without humanitarian aid as a result of the airstrike. The roadway to the city, used to deliver humanitarian aid daily, was destroyed.
2 people were killed, and 1 injured in Lysychansk. Residential buildings and housing and communal service buildings were damaged.
The evacuation continues. 34 people were evacuated from Lysychansk.
300 explosive objects were neutralized in Kyiv oblast. The State Emergency Service of the oblast reported on the job done. RMA informs that the EOD specialists were working in Brovary, Bucha, Obukhiv, Vyshgorod regions. 45 331 explosive objects were disposed of in the region.

An enterprise, producing frozen bakery products in Vyshhorod region, plans to resume its business. Massive damage to modern production facilities and destruction of high-tech equipment is the result of russian shelling. The Kyiv Regional Administration will help resume its operation and bring all the region’s enterprises back to work.
A photo exhibition ´The War Is Not Over Yet’ was opened at Shevchenko Park in Kyiv depicting the russian crimes committed by invaders against media representatives. The exhibition can be attended until July 6.
In Zhytomyr, a school music teacher is suspected of collaborationism. The woman publicly justified the armed russian aggression, expressed contempt for the Ukrainian defenders, and denied the fact that the russians committed war crimes in Bucha and Borodianka. A pre-trial investigation is underway.
A child suffered thermal burns as a result of shelling of Yunakivka community with phosphorous munitions. Sumy Regional Military Administration reports that a child was hospitalized with burns of lower limbs in the Sumy Regional Clinical Children’s Hospital.
The enemy dropped an explosive ordnance on the territory of Krasnopillia community using an UAV. There were no casualties or damage. The Seredyno-Buda community is still being shelled.
According to the operational information from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the enemy shelled civilian and military infrastructure near the settlements of Bachivsk, Hlukhiv and Manukhivka, Tovstodubove.
In Okhtyrka region, the premises were found containing propaganda literature and paraphernalia of the banned political party ‘Opposition Platform — For Lifé. This was reported by the State Bureau of Investigation. The premises belong to the secretary of Okhtyrka City Council, a member of this party, who had publicly supported the occupation of Ukraine in social networks and interviews. A pre-trial investigation into collaboration activities is underway.
In Chernihiv oblast, mortar fire was detected near the settlements of Hremyach (20 strikes) and Buchky (40 strikes), reported the North Operational Command. There were no losses in personnel or equipment.
Based on the information provided by the State Border Guard Service, the enemy shelled the territories of Snovsk and Semenivka territorial communities from the territory of russia using mortars. About 25 explosions were recorded.
Demining of the oblast continues. According to the State Emergency Service of Chernihiv oblast, EOD and underwater demining teams were involved in clearance of explosive objects 21 times during the day, found and seized 233 such objects. A total of 29 188 explosive devices have been cleared since the hostilities began.
“Russian troops shelled Hrechanopodiv community, Kryvyi Rih district from Uragan MLRSs at night,” said the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration Valentyn Reznichenko. There are no victims.

Thanks to the charity NFT-project “Way of Ukraine”, Vinnytsia volunteers managed to buy a car for the Armed Forces. The NFT-collection is a project in support of the Armed Forces. It consists of 1K unique children’s drawings handed over to the soldiers together with humanitarian aid. The funds raised from the digital copy are used to help the Armed Forces. The ambassador of the project is the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhnyy.
Almost 90K UAH for a car for defenders were raised during the charity fashion show “When We Win”, organized by the students of the City Palace of Children and Youth in Vinnytsia. The children showed clothes created by themselves. Music school students were there to sing and play Ukrainian music.
Donations helped the team of the Charitable Foundation “Vinnytsia is a comfortable and safe city” purchase 25 military equipment sets. The Interregional Coordination Humanitarian Headquarters informs that they bought unloading-plate carrier uniforms, tactical gloves, knee pads, hats, special shoes.

On June 24, the Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal in Lviv banned the pro-russian party “Rus Yedyna” , formerly known as Putin’s Political Party. This political party was registered in 2003 as the Putin Political Party. In Poltava, its regional center, which has 120 members, is still registered. In 2006, 5 people from the party were elected as people’s deputies. Two years earlier, the party supported Viktor Yanukovych in the presidential election, and in 2008, it changed its name to “Yedyna Rus”. However, the Poltava branch did not change its name.

Towards Zaporizhzhia, the situation didn’t undergo any significant changes. The enemy concentrates its main efforts on improving its tactical position and finding weak points in the defense of our forces.
The enemy carried out 20 shellings of the positions of Ukrainian defenders using artillery and MLRS along the entire contact line.
The enemy also fired at civilian infrastructure of settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast using MLRS and artillery. However, our artillerymen stopped these shellings and destroyed the 9P140 ”Uragan” multiple rocket launcher, the 152 mm 2A65 ” MSTA-B ” howitzer and the enemy’s manpower due to a skillfully conducted counter-battery fight.
According to Zaporizhzhia Main Regional Department of the National Police, the occupants shelled civilian infrastructure in the areas of Balabyne, Huliaipole and Novoiakivlivka. The urban-type settlement of Balabyne was shelled with MLRS. There are no casualties among the population.
During the past day a total of 1 282 people, including 277 children, were evacuated from the temporarily occupied territory.

As of today, there are more than 24 thousand consumers without power supply in 80 settlements of Zaporizhia Oblast due to damage to power lines. PJSC “Zaporizhzhiaoblenergo” has restored energy supply to 3,000 consumers. Unfortunately, already this night, due to active hostilities, the damage in the Polohy networks increased, as a result of which 2 932 families in the villages of Kinski Rozdory and Polohy, and the town of Polohy were cut off in the morning.
Since the beginning of the war with russia, Zaporizhzhia RMA reports that the situation on the regional labor market has significantly worsened. Thus, as of June 23, 9.6K people received the status of unemployed. 60% of them lost their jobs during the war. At the same time, the number of vacancies is decreasing.

In the temporarily occupied Melitopol, russian officials are pressuring entrepreneurs and retirees, trying to force them to obtain russian passports. The mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov reported about it. He noted that russian propagandists claim that local residents who do not have russian passports will not be able to receive pensions and do business.
In Berdiansk, the occupation authorities are introducing new tariffs for utilities in rubles. This was reported in the operational headquarters of the Berdiansk City Executive Committee.
In the Southern Buh direction, the enemy is concentrating its main efforts on maintaining the previously occupied frontier. The enemy continues to fight mainly in the tactics of counter-battery combat and missile strikes on settlements in the deep rear of the defense forces.
The enemy continues to fire at Bashtanskyi and Mykolaiv districts. Last night one person was killed, four wounded as a result of shelling of the village of Novomykolayivka of Pervomaiskyi community. One house was destroyed, several houses damaged.
In the morning, Mykolayiv and the suburbs were attacked with heavy artillery and presumably the Tochka-U missile complex from the direction of the occupied territories of Kherson Oblast. The territory and several cars of a civilian car company were damaged.

Also he should coordinate preparation of national resistance on the ground and cooperate with representatives of military formations.
