Here is operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 6pm:

Russian invaders cynically continue to strike civilian targets on the territory of Ukraine. As a result of today’s missile strikes on the downtown of Vinnytsia, the bodies of 22 dead civilians, including children, have been found. There are 39 people missing. In addition, about a hundred people suffered injuries of various severity. 

Towards Volyn, Polissia and Siversk, no significant changes were noticed. Enemy units shelled the settlements of Doroshivka and Hrabovske, Sumy oblast.

Towards Kharkiv, the enemy is trying to keep previously occupied positions. The city of Kharkiv and settlements of Cherkaski Tyshky, Mykilske, Protopopivka, Prudianka, Rubizhne, Svitlychne, and Stary Saltiv were shelled from tanks, mortars, barrel and rocket artillery. There were airstrikes near Petrivka. The enemy conducted air reconnaissance using Orlan-10 operational-tactical UAVs near Shevchenkove and Vasylenkove.

Towards Sloviansk, the enemy is trying to gain a foothold. Barvinkove, Bohorodychne, Dolyna, Ivanovka, Kostiantynivka, Kutuzivka, Novomykolaivka, Tatianivka, and  Velyka Komyshuvakha were fired from mortars, barrel and rocket artillery. Aircraft were used to strike the area of Maiaky.

Near Kurulka, the enemy’s assault actions were successfully repelled by our soldiers.

Towards Donetsk, the enemy continues to hit units of the Defense Forces along the entire contact line. The assault and army aviation is used. The enemy reconnaissance aims to find weaknesses in our troops’ defense. 

The civilian infrastructure in Bilohorivka, New York, Pokrovske, Semyhoria, Siversk, Serebrianka, Spirne,  Soledar, Travneve, Verkhnokamianske, Vyimka, Yakovlivka, and other settlements was shelled. There were airstrikes near Avdiivka, Ivano-Darivka, Niu York, Nova Kamianka, Yakovlivka.

By launching the offensive and onslaught, the invaders tried to gain a foothold in the areas of Kamianka and Verkhnokamianske and establish control over the Vuhlehirsk TPP. Ukrainian soldiers inflicted losses on russian invaders and forced them to retreat. 

Towards Novopavlivka and Zaporizhzhia, there were no offensive and assault actions. Our positions were shelled with artillery in the areas of settlements Bilohiria, Novoselivka Persha, Kamianske, Krasnohorivka, Malynivka, Mariinka, Novoandriivka, Nevelske, Novoukrainka, Olhivske, Temyrivka, Orikhiv, Velyka Novosilka, Vremivka, Vuhledar, and others.

Towards the South Buh direction, the enemy carried out continuous shelling of civilian and military infrastructure in the areas of Bereznehuvate, Bila Krynytsia, Blahodatne, Chervonyi Yar, Ivanivka, Kniazivka, Kobzartsi, Kotliareve, Kyselivka, Liubomyrivka, Lymaniv, Myrne, Novomykolaiivka, Oleksandrivka, Olhyne, Posad-Pokrovske,  Prybuzke, Stepova Dolyna, Yakovlivka, Zoria, and a number of other settlements. Aircraft was used to strike near Tavriiske.

In the Black and Azov Seas, the enemy’s ships continue blocking the northwestern part of the Black Sea and launching missile strikes on targets in the territory of Ukraine.

Russian invaders continue suffering losses on the territory of Ukraine, which negatively affects their morale. The number of russian soldiers trying to avoid hostilities is constantly increasing.


The President of Ukraine stated in his speech in the Hague that Russia kidnapped and deported about 200K children from Ukraine. The final number is yet unknown. 

From a fine to prison. The Verkhovna Rada plans to review a new bill introducing criminal liability for business operations during air alarm sirens for heads of enterprises. Currently, administrative liability has been established for civil offenses – a fine of up to UAH 5.1K. 

The gas supply in Ukraine has greatly improved. Market experts say that the number of importers has almost doubled. Before the full-scale invasion, there was bulk fuel procurement to Ukraine from Russia and Belarus. Now the fuel market has re-focused on supplies from the EU countries, specifically from the ports of Poland and Romania.

Lina Kostenko became a knight of the Legion of Honour. The award was presented by French diplomats. The Order is the highest distinction of honour and official recognition of special merits in France. Ukrainians have already become knights of the order, for example, the most outstanding Ukrainian ballet dancer and choreographer Serge Lifar.


Eastern regions

Kharkiv oblast

Fighting is ongoing on the contact line. In Izium, the russian invaders were shelling near Barvinkove, Chepil, Dibrivne, Kuralka nd Podolivka. The enemy tried to advance toward Kurulka, but failed and suffered losses once again.

Throughout the day, the enemy fired randomly at civilians in Bohodukhiv, Chuhuiv, Izium and Kharkiv districts of Kharkiv oblast. Private houses, outbuildings and vehicles were destroyed.

Critical infrastructure was damaged by russian shelling in Izium district. The roof of an electricity distribution point of a medical facility was on fire. 2 residents of the Chuhuiv district were hospitalized.

Overnight, the invaders launched missile strikes on Nemyshlia and Osnovianskyy districts of Kharkiv. Transport infrastructure was damaged, the underground depot, a private enterprise, a three-storey building was destroyed and cars were crushed. The rescuers put out the fires. There were no casualties.

According to the head of the operative directorate of the National Guard’s Main Department, Oleksiy Nadtochnyy, in Kharkiv oblast, National Guard reconnaissance together with artillerymen of the 40th Brigade destroyed two russian Nona installations. 

Donetsk oblast

The enemy was advancing towards Verkhnokamianka and fighting continued. The invaders attempted an assault at Kurulka, but had no success.

According to the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), the russian troops conducted unsuccessful ground assaults north of Sloviansk and around Bakhmut.

Rescuers completed removal of the rubble of a multi-storey building in Chasiv Yar. 48 people, including a 9-year-old boy, were killed by the missile attack. 9 people were rescued. The search operation lasted five days.

In the morning, the invaders launched air and missile attacks on Kramatorsk. There is no power supply in some parts of the city.

Russian troops shelled settlements in Donetsk oblast 33 times, 3 people were killed and 5 injured.

According to the Mariupol mayor councillor, Petro Andriushchenko, in the temporarily occupied Mariupol, local partisans deliberately set fire to a factory where seeds were stored so that they would not be stolen by the russian invaders.

Luhansk oblast

Ukrainian artillerymen continue to successfully destroy enemy ammunition depots in the enemy’s back line. This slowed down the russian offensive and the number of shelling decreased.

In the morning fighting began again on the outskirts of the region. Bilohorivka and Verkhnokamianka hold their defenses.

The invaders stated that they plan to restart the Azot plant in Sievierodonetsk. However, this could lead to a technogenic disaster. Russians are deliberately endangering Sievierodonetsk residents by forcing them to go to work at the plant. As a result of enemy shelling, both 1-A and 1-B ammonia shops and the nitric acid shop were damaged. Almost all of the plant’s infrastructure was damaged.

Russian invaders are conducting a census in the occupied cities of Luhansk oblast, and retired people were “allowed to clear rubble” instead of paying pensions.

Northern regions

Kyiv oblast

A military cemetery and sites for honorary memorial services for Ukrainian defenders p will be created in Kyiv. This decision was made by the Kyiv council members. The chosen site is symbolic since it is located near the Babi Yar memorial site.

According to Kyiv Regional Military Administration, almost 300 explosive objects have been cleared in Kyiv oblast within the last 24 hours. EOD specialists inspected more than 23 hectares of territory, checked 15 objects and 58 km of highways.

A free support hotline was created for people experiencing PTSD, reported the Kyiv City State Administration. Certified psychologists at the Contact Center 15-51 will help overcome stress disorders and teach how to cope with the consequences of psychological trauma and cope with the mental condition during the war.

The Makariv general hospital, damaged as a result of russian military aggression, is being rebuilt at the expense of the medical facility and the city budget, reported the Kyiv RMA. The hospital was damaged by both direct hits and shrapnel from shells. The blast wave knocked out almost all windows and damaged the roof and the entrance area.

Kyiv oblast is 50% prepared for the cold season. As reported by Kyiv RMA, 3140 residential houses have been prepared, as well as more than 970 social infrastructure facilities, 680 boiler houses, almost 350 km of heating systems, and 247 units of special snow clearing equipment.

The bridge across the Irpin River is now operational in Demydiv. It was repaired a week earlier than planned. Full traffic flow over the bridge was resumed.

The Kyiv City Council approved the decision to create a landscape preservation Protasiv Yar. The capital’s mayor noted that preservation will be established to commemorate Roman Ratushnyi, who together with other residents of Kyiv fought against construction expansion in this green area.

Zhytomyr oblast

Foresters were blown up on a land mine near the Narodychy community of Zhytomyr oblast. This was reported by the head of Zhytomyr RMA Vitaliy Bunechko. During inspection of the forest area, the foresters’ car tripped over a mine. As a result of the explosion, two people were killed and six were injured.

According to Zhytomyr Military Administration, there are 98 258 internally displaced people living in Zhytomyr oblast. Accommodation, food, medical and humanitarian aid is organized in 40 municipal facilities of territorial communities. A call center operates for temporarily evacuated persons affected by the russian aggression.

The rent for March and April 2022 was reduced by 50% for renters of municipal property in Zhytomyr oblast. This decision was made by the Zhytomyr City Council. Other benefits for local business owners are being considered, soecifucslly land charges and advertising media rates.

Sumy oblast

The enemy shelled Sumy oblast once again. The SBGS informs about fire damage in the territory of Krasnopillia, Seredyna-Buda and Shalygine communities of Sumy oblast. Mortars and MLRS were used.

UAH 86.5 million has been allocated for restoration of the Okhtyrska thermal power plant, significantly damaged during russian shelling. The head of the Sumy MRA, Dmytro Zhivytskyi, notes that the government allocates funds for required repairs and purchase of equipment.

5 million hryvnias have been allocated from the reserve fund of the Sumy oblast to help entrepreneurs. Entities of micro and small businesses can receive financial support if they have suffered losses due to hostilities. Financial aid is provided for restoration of property and equipment, purchase of raw materials, payment of wages and taxes. The amount of payment to one business entity is up to 50% of the losses incurred, but no more than UAH 50,000.

Chernihiv oblast

The government allocated 99.9 million hryvnias for restoration of the Chernihiv thermal power station. The head of Chernihiv MRA Vyacheslav Chaus said that this is enough to adjust the minimum capacity of the thermal power plant and prepare for the heating season. The russian armed aggression caused heavy damage to the CTPS plant. Hundreds of millions of hryvnias are needed to fully restore the enterprise.

The regional military administration reports that 75% of businesses in Chernihiv oblast are already operating. Financial support for enterprises, assistance in rebuilding capacities, search for new sales markets were discussed at the meeting of the group on economic recovery of the region with representatives of the real economic sector and business entities p.

Chernihiv RMA reports that a new temporary road was opened near one of the bridges destroyed during the russian invasion in the Nizhyn district. More than 1,p 100 km of state and local highways and 30 bridges were destroyed during the hostilities in Chernihiv oblast. Transport connections have already been restored on two-thirds of them.

Central regions

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council Mykola Lukashuk reported that russian troops shelled the border territories of the Zelenodolsk community at night, and the outskirts of the city of Zelenodolsk itself in the morning. The enemy shells hit the park area and the stadium of the sports school. The local lyceum was also affected. The windows of the facility were  shattered. Velyka Kostromka was also shelled with barrel artillery. Nobody was injured.

A wheat field was on fire in Dnipropetrovsk oblast. Head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional council, Mykola Lukashuk, reported that a total of about 400 hectares of fields with crops was destroyed as a result of hostilities. Thus, russia purposely and deliberately creates a food crisis, as Ukraine is one of the largest exporters of grain and wheat.

The city of Dnipro sent 70 reconnaissance drones to the military, purchased at the expense of benefactors and the budget. The military administration of Kryvyi Rih delivered 50 vehicles to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

An exhibition of small sculptures by local artist Oleh Bublyk was opened in  Dnipropetrovsk National Historical Museum. The exposition includes 200 wire sculptures, including reflection exhibits on the war in Ukraine.

Vinnytsia oblast

In Vinnytsia, three russian rockets 1 770 kg each hit office premises. Later, the head of Vinnytsia RMA reported that 4 rockets were shot down over the region by air defense systems.

Air Force Command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that Kalibr cruise missiles were fired from a russian submarine in the Black Sea.

At 5:21 p.m., the National Police reported 22 killed, including 3 children. Only 6 of them have been identified so far. DNA tests may be required to identify the victims. About 90 people sought help at medical institutions, fifty of them have serious condition.

In Vinnytsia oblast, July 15 was declared a day of mourning for those who died as a result of a rocket attack.

According to Serhiy Morgunov, Head of the Vinnytsia City Council, the Vinnytsia territorial community sent almost 200 tons of humanitarian aid from the material reserve for five military units. Mostly, it is artesian water and hygiene products.

Vinnytsia citizens are helping to rebuild the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in deoccupied Borodianka, Kyiv oblast. The church is being restored with the support of the Interregional Coordination Humanitarian Headquarters, two Vinnytsia charitable foundations and Vinnytsia politicians.

In Vinnytsia, on July 16-17  an exhibition and sale of products by folk artists and craft producers “CRAFT:PARK 2.0” will be held. The album “WARNYAKANNYA”, recorded during the war by Anton Slepakov and Andriy Sokolov will also presented in Vinnytsia on July 22. While entrance is free, visitors are encouraged to donate money to support Ukrainian defenders.

Kirovohrad oblast

Lidia Domrova, an 82-year-old pensioner from Kropyvnytskyi, sells things she has at home every day to buy socks for soldiers. In two months, the woman handed over 220 pairs of socks to Ukrainian soldiers.

The Regional Department of Education and Science reported that offline education in all schools of Kirovohrad oblast will resume on September 1 in case there are no significant changes.

Poltava oblast

The government of Ukraine will allocate 100 million hryvnias for the repair of the Kremenchuk thermal power plant, hit by the russian rocket. Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said that using these funds the thermal plant should be restored to start up before the heating season. Dmytro Lunin, head of Poltava Regional State Administration, reported earlier that 100 million hryvnias will also be provided from the regional budget. Deputies should consider this issue at the next session.

Cherkasy oblast

Teachers of Cherkasy School 17 bake up to a thousand cookies for the front every day. To increase the energy value of cookies, oatmeal, raisins, nuts, coconut shavings, almond powder and mint are added to the dough. Unused mint, which the locals bring in sacks, is dried and given to the soldiers for tea. According to the school principal. 25-30 people work in the school kitchen every day, and parents of students also contribute by bringing food and donating money.

Southern regions

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

The situation in the Zaporizhzhia direction has not changed significantly. The enemy concentrates its main efforts on holding the occupied positions. 

The enemy carried out 63 shellings of Ukrainian defenders’ positions using tank gunnery, artillery, and MLRS along the entire contact line.

There were 18 reports of destruction of civilian infrastructure as a result of shelling by russian occupation forces  in the areas of Noboiakovlivka, Stepnohirsk, and Kamianske.

The number of people injured by yesterday’s rocket attack on Zaporizhzhia has increased to 16. Seven of them are in a moderate condition and are currently hospitalized. Nine received outpatient care. This was reported by the Zaporozhzhia City Council.

The enemy shelled the civilian population of Huliaipole. There are reports of destroyed apartments in high-rise buildings, damaged houses, outbuildings, garages, fences and yard areas.

According to the Department of Housing and Communal Economy and Construction, a total of 2 730 houses were damaged or destroyed as a result of hostilities in Zaporizhzhia oblast. Polohy and Zaporizhzhia districts were most affected – 48% and 40% of the total number of houses were destroyed there. In general, losses of residential and private buildings, as well as high-rise buildings, amount to about 10 billion hryvnias.

During the day 1 354 people, including 397 children, were evacuated.

Zaporizhzhia RMA announced the launch of the “Legal Legion” project to support internally displaced persons (IDPs). As part of the project, IDPs will be able to get legal advice provided by experts. The senior year students and graduates of the Faculty of Law of the Zaporizhizhia National University and employees of the educational institution are among its members. Lawyers, judges and representatives of charitable foundations joined the project.

Mykolaiv oblast 

The South Operational Command reports that the situation in the southern operational zone is tense and dynamic. The enemy continues to shell settlements with rockets and artillery in the rear areas of the Ukrainian troops and along the contact line.

The enemy fired 5 rockets at Bashtanka. Several private houses were destroyed and damaged. One person was killed, one was injured.

At dawn, massive shelling from S-300 anti-aircraft missile systems in Mykolaiv partially destroyed a hotel and a business center, hit a stadium, three educational institutions, damaged private and apartment buildings, enterprises, including transport, and shops. The enemy shelled the Shyrokove community at night and in the morning. As a result of shelling, grain fields caught on fire, and a water tower was damaged. The damage has been repaired. There are no casualties.

Shelling of villages along the demarcation line in the Bereznehuvate community continues. Information on victims and damage is being clarified.

Ukrainian units struck 4 times the enemy targets in Mykolaiv oblast. As a result, the control post and ammunition depot of the enemy in the Snigurivka and Bashtanka districts were destroyed.

Over the past day, 2 fires were registered in Mykolaiv oblast, which ignited due to the fall of ammunition and debris from them. This is reported by the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Mykolaiv Oblast.

According to the latest data, as of June 28, 2022, almost 2,000 hectares of territory within the National Nature Park “Biloberezhzhia of Sviatoslav” and the Regional Landscape Park “Kinburnska Kosa” burned on the Kinburn Peninsula. All fires were caused by hostilities and shelling. Damages from forest fires caused by the actions of the occupiers amount to almost 700 million hryvnias.

Odesa oblast

The enemy keeps 32 Kalibr cruise missiles on three surface and two submarines in the Black Sea. There are also 2 large amphibious ships on duty.

The russian military launched an airstrike on Zmiinyi (Snake) Island. Oleksiy Gromov, head of the Main Operational Department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, announced this.

520 families in three settlements of Rozdilna district were left without electricity as a result of the rocket attack that took place on July 13.

Kherson oblast

According to the South Operational Command, fighting continues on the territory of Kherson oblast, many settlements are on the verge of destruction. Residents of communities bordering the Dnipropetrovsk and Mykolaiv regions noted an increase in equipment and the number of russian troops.

As part of fire missions, Ukrainian defenders eliminated 13 occupiers, destroyed  6 units of armored vehicles and vehicles, and also struck 2 control points of enemy troops and the landing site in Nova Kakhovka.

As of today 44 settlements in Kherson oblast have been liberated from russian occupation. As reported by Kherson RMA, liberated villages are subject to great destruction due to constant russian shelling.

The rescuers of Kherson oblast went to the city of Nova Kakhovka to carry out emergency rescue operations to eliminate the explosion that occurred on July 11. The main goal of emergency workers is to dismantle structures in the destruction zone and help the victims.

According to the Intelligence service, a warehouse of artillery ammunition was created in the premises of the Kherson Drama Theater named after Mykola Kulish. Currently, the theater premises are under increased security, the square and streets around the theater are being patrolled.

The Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office informed the former geography teacher of suspicion of collaboration. He voluntarily took the position of the so-called director of one of the schools in the city of Kakhovka.

The Security Service of Ukraine announced the suspicion of collaboration against 2 residents of Kherson. According to the investigation, starting from March 2022 the suspects voluntarily agreed to take posts in the illegal law enforcement body of the temporarily occupied Kherson oblast.

Western regions

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said that the security situation towards Volyn and Polissia has not changed significantly, but a strict ban was imposed on citizens visiting forests in the north of Volyn oblast. The border with belarus has been guarded. In case of provocations of the Armed Forces, the Territorial Defense  and volunteer units are ready for decisive action.

Volyn

110 displaced persons from the regions where hostilities are currently ongoing have been relocated to Volyn. As of July 14, 70 126 displaced persons were welcomed in Volyn, 60 118 Ukrainians received the status of IDPs.

Zakarpattia oblast

Zakarpattia RMA reported that the head of Zakarpattia Oblast Viktor Mykyta met with the State Secretary of the Government of Hungary Miklos Poni and the Consul General of Hungary in Uzhgorod Jozef Backai. During the meeting, the development of a mechanism for boosting the IDPs employment was discussed.

In Zakarpattia, two residents of the Uzhhorod district were detained, suspected of transporting men of draft age across the border.

A women’s meeting “Proud of the Armed Forces of Ukraine” was held in the Zakarpattia Regional Universal Scientific Library named after Potushnyak. The event was attended by women whose husbands, sons, and brothers defend Ukraine from the invaders.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

22 utility workers were sent from Ivano-Frankivsk to Chernihiv to eliminate the consequences of active hostilities and prepare a high-rise building for the heating season. They receive building materials from the Chernihiv housing service office. The salaries will be paid from the city budget of Ivano-Frankivsk.

For the personal courage shown in defense of the territorial integrity of Ukraine, by the decree of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the deputy from Verkhovynshchyna Yuriy Fedorchuk was awarded the 3rd degree Order of Courage.

At the stadium of the sports complex named after Gemba of the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas, the charity athletic event was held in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine “We are approaching victory together”. It’s participants were athletes of various ages from 13 regions of the country.

Ivano-Frankivsk RMA reported that almost 600 military tactical caps and 425 military-tactical overalls for unloading stores were sent to servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ivano-Frankivsk oblast.

At a charity jewelry sale held in Ivano-Frankivsk, a retired couple donated a brooch with the words: “We don’t have money to help, but take this silver brooch he gave me when I was young and sell it. Our son is fighting against invaders, so we are not sorry.”

Lviv oblast

17K 972 people crossed the exit checkpoints in Lviv oblast. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, 2 million 888 706 citizens of Ukraine have left through the crossings of Lviv Oblast and 1 million 903K Ukrainians have returned.

During the entire period of russian full-scale war against Ukraine, 173 businesses from epicenters of hostilities moved to Lviv oblast. 112 have already started operations.

In the Yavoriv region, a modular town for internally displaced persons was opened in the village of Bortyatyn. 40 people will live here.

UAH 52 million were allocated from the regional budget to create an additional 621 places for forced migrants to live. 

Caitlin Martin, who worked as a trauma nurse for over 40 years, came to the First Medical Association of Lviv to share her experience with Ukrainian doctors. During the war in Iraq and Afghanistan, she was the head nurse of the evacuation hospital of the US Army in Germany. She helped establish the Trauma Center where wounded soldiers received aid.

Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, Ruslan Stefanchuk, thanked the personnel of the Lviv 24th separate mechanized brigade for courage and bravery shown by the soldiers in protecting the territorial integrity of Ukraine.

Rivne oblast

Rivne RMA reported that in Rivne oblast, mobile groups continue to work, providing socio-psychological, legal, medical consultations and humanitarian assistance to internally displaced persons.

Ternopil oblast

Ternopil RMA reported that “Myronivskyi breadproduct” sent humanitarian aid – 2 tons of meat to the hospital in Mykulynytsi.

Kids from Ternopil organized a charity fair and in three days collected more than UAH15K for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

Olga Tymoshenko was awarded the “Bohdan Khmelnytskyi” Order (posthumously) and Dmytro Tsvitun and Ihor Drach were awarded the “For Courage” Order (posthumously) by presidential decrees for personal courage shown in the defense of the state sovereignty of Ukraine. The families of the fallen received these awards.

The German charity fund “Ukraine Help Now” donated modern medical equipment worth over 150K euros to regional healthcare institutions.

Chernivtsi oblast

Bukovyna policemen transferred the humanitarian cargo to Mykolaiv oblast. They sent an SUV for the military and aid to one of the children’s homes. Toys, diapers, strollers, etc. were collected for the kids.

The Chernivtsi Regional Clinical Hospital received computer equipment from the Ukrainian national minority at the Council of the Liberec Region of the Czech Republic. The hospital received three personal computers and four automated printing machines. The equipment will be used to digitize and optimize the process of providing medical care.

International support

The United Kingdom announced sending 2.5 million pounds to Ukraine to investigate war crimes committed by russian soldiers.

In Poland, a fundraiser urged people to donate money to purchase twenty Warmate barrage munitions complete with a ground control station to Ukraine. The total amount of the collection is 4 million zlotys.

The member of the parliamentary committee on national security and defense Fedir Venislavskyi announced that Ukraine is negotiating with the US to supply HIMARS missiles, capable of striking at a distance of up to 300 kilometers.

The White House said that the US is currently focused on providing free military aid to Ukraine – $40 billion allocated by Congress, after which Lend-Lease will come into effect.

The Seimas of Latvia banned gas supply from russia from 2023.

Blinken urged the russian federation to immediately stop “filtering” of Ukrainians.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported that Ukraine will receive 36 easily prefabricated bridges from 23 to 46 meters in length from the French company Matiere.

During the meeting between Ukraine, the UN, russia and Turkey in Istanbul, the parties agreed on unblocking three Ukrainian ports for grain export. All vessels will be inspected by the Turkish Navy.

The President of Moldova Maia Sandu announced that there is no threat to Ukraine from Transnistria.
