It has been the 166th day of Ukraine’s resistance to the Russian military aggression.

Ukraine briefly:

Here is the operational information on the russian invasion as of 6pm:

Towards Volyn, Polissia and Siversk, the situation has not changed. In proximity of Siversk, the enemy carried out artillery shelling in the areas of the settlements of Hremiach and Senkivka in Chernihiv oblast and Sukhodil, Manukhivka, Novi Vyrky and Pavlivka in Sumy oblast. Aerial reconnaissance of border areas was conducted with unmanned aerial vehicles.

Towards Kharkiv, enemy units used tanks, barreled and rocket artillery to try to prevent the Defense Forces from advancing deep into the territory temporarily occupied by the enemy. There was shelling in the areas of Asiivka, Borshchova, Chervone, Husarivka, Nove, Peremoha, Ruski Tyshky, Svitlychne, Slatyne, Slobozhanske, Tsirkuny, Udy and Zolochiv. The occupiers launched airstrikes near Bairak, Husarivka, and Verkhniy Saltiv as well as used UAVs for conducting reconnaissance near Ruski Tyshky and Tsupivka.

In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy fired from artillery near Bohorodychne, Dibrovne, Dmytrivka, Hrushuvakha, Krasnopillia, Nikolske, Nortsivka, Ridne, Velyka Komyshuvakha, and Virnopilloa. There was an airstrike near Zalyman.

The enemy tried to gain a foothold near Bohorodychne, but failed. 

Towards Donetsk, using available means of fire damage on the contact line, the occupier is trying to inflict maximum losses on our units and prevent their transfer to other directions.

Towards Kramatorsk, the enemy fired tanks, barrels and rocket artillery at the areas of Hryhorivka,  Kramatorsk, Siversk, Starodubivka and Verkhniokamianske. Airstrikes were carried out near Hryhorivka and Ivano-Darivka.

Towards Bakhmut, the enemy shelled our troops near Bakhmut, Krasnopolivka, Pokrovske, Vershyna Yakovlivka and Zaitseve. The invaders launched airstrikes targeting Bakhmut, Kodema and Soledar.

The Ukrainian military repelled the enemy onslaught towards the settlements of Bakhmut, Kodema, Vershyna and Zaitseve.

Towards Avdiivka, artillery and tank shelling was recorded near Avdiivka, Karlivka, Keramika,  Kurakhove, Novobakhmutivka, and Opytne. Enemy aircraft operated near New York, Krasnohorivka and Marinka.

The attempt of the invaders’ offensive towards Avdiivka and Pisky failed under the fire of Ukrainian soldiers. The enemy withdrew.

Towards Novopavlivka and Zaporizhzhia, the enemy applied tanks, barreled and rocket artillery to shelling civilian infrastructure in Huliaipilske, Huliaipole, Malynivka, Novomykhailivka, Novopil, Shevchenko, Temyrivka, Vremivka and  Vuhledar. The invaders launched air strikes near Poltavka, Prechystivka, and Volodymyrivka.

The enemy tried to break through the defenses of our troops towards the settlements of Marinka and Shevchenko. The invaders had no success and withdrew. Aerial reconnaissance of some districts in Zaporozhzhia and Pavlohrad was conducted.

Towards the South Buh, the enemy fired tanks and artillery of various types in the areas of Andriivka, Ivanivka, Kotliyarevo, Kyselivka, Kobzartsi, Kvitneve, Lymany, Mykolaiv, Novooleksandrivka, Novomykolaivka, Novohrednieve, Oleksandrivka, Potiomkine, Tavriiske, Topolyne and  Zelenyi Hai. There were airstrikes launched near Andriivka, Lozove, Olhine, and Tavriiske. The enemy’s efforts are focused on aerial reconnaissance by unmanned aerial vehicles.

In the Black Sea, the enemy’s ships are focused on supporting the actions of the ground troops and attacking targets in the depths of Ukraine.

Four carriers of sea-based cruise missiles are in combat readiness to use high-precision weapons.

Anti-aircraft missile units of the Air Force of Ukraine destroyed four sea-based cruise missiles of the Kalibr type, fired by the enemy from the Black Sea. One missile was destroyed in Odesa oblast by soldiers of the “South” aerial command; three more – by anti-aircraft missile units of the “Center” aerial command.


The SSU detained killers of russian special services who planned to assassinate Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikovand Head of the Intelligence Directorate Kyryl Budanov. As a result of the multi-stage special operation, the sabotage reconnaissance group of the main directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the russian federation was liquidated. Russian curators promised a reward of 100 -150K dollars for murder of every Ukrainian official. The reconnaissance group was formed by russian military intelligence personnel to carry out subversive activities on the territory of Ukraine.

The Desniansky District Court of Kyiv sentenced Senior Sergeant of the russian Armed Forces Mikhail Kulikov to 10 years in prison for violating the laws and customs of war. The court found that on February 26, following the order of the commander, Kulikov shot at an 11-storey residential building in Chernihiv, inhabited by civilians, which was not a military target. 

17.7 million Ukrainians will need help in the coming months. This is 2 million more than predicted in April. According to Denise Brown, the UN Humanitarian Aid Coordinator for Ukraine, the situation will worsen when winter comes. People will leave places with no heating, gas or electricity. Therefore, the UN has increased the request for Ukraine from $2.25 billion to $4.3 billion to continue providing critical assistance and protection to people until December 2022.

Since the beginning of the russian invasion, almost 12K land transactions have been registered. The Ministry of Agrarian Policy reported that after the full-scale war began, 5 587 notaries applied for access to the State Land Cadastre. The most active markets in the regional dimension were Kirovohrad oblast (agreements were concluded on 2.6 thousand hectares), Poltava oblast (2.5 thousand hectares), Vinnytsia oblast (2.4 thousand hectares). In total, from February 24 to August 8, 11.7 K transactions were concluded for an area of 20.412 hectares.

Eastern regions

Kharkiv oblast

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the enemy launched air strikes near Bayrak, Husarivka, Verkhniy Saltiv and Zalyman in Kharkiv oblast. The enemy conducted reconnaissance near Tsupivka and Ruski Tyshky.

During the day, russians shelled Bohodukhiv, Chuhuiv, Izium and Kharkiv districts with artillery.

Head of Kharkiv Regional Civil Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, informs that the defence headquarters recorded more than 5 S-300 missile systems launches from russian territory that night. Some of them “detonated before reaching their destination”.

Head of Pechenihy community, Oleksandr Husarov, says that the invaders launched three missiles and several artillery strikes on Pechenihy, Kharkiv oblast. A 72-year-old woman was killed and two people injured. Also, 19 cows were killed and buildings and communications were destroyed.

Chuhuiv district was also shelled. Roofs of private buildings, outbuildings and properties were on fire.

In Kharkiv district, summer houses and outbuildings burned due to the invaders’ shelling. A 62-year-old woman was killed in Cherkaski Tyshky. Two more people were hospitalized.

State Emergency Service of Kharkiv oblast reports that the roof of an administrative building in Kyiv district was on fire as a result of the shelling. According to the city mayor, Ihor Terekhov, there were at least seven explosions. There were no casualties.

There were several strikes in downtown Kharkiv. One casualty was reported in Shevchenkove district. One person was killed and another injured as a result of the explosion on Pavlove Pole. The shelling was launched by cluster shells from Uragan multiple rocket launchers. According to Serhiy Bolvinov, head of the Investigation Department of Kharkiv Regional Police, more than 22 cluster shells failed to explode.

The Eastern Operational-Territorial Command of the National Guard of Ukraine informs that in the north of Kharkiv oblast, aerial reconnaissance and artillerymen destroyed russian special forces and an ammunition depot.

Ukrainian intelligence advised of the growing aggression of the russian invaders toward the residents of the occupied Balakliia. There are former prisoners in the new russian battalion occupying that area.

Donetsk oblast

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the invaders shelled 7 settlements on the border of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts. The enemies also attempted to onlsaught the positions of Ukrainian troops in Verkhnokamianske and advance in Bakhmut and Kramatorsk directions. However, they were forced to withdraw.

The invaders continue intense shelling near Donetsk – Avdiivka, Marinka and Ocheretyne communities are under fire.

In Marinka community, Krasnohorivka is shelled. 5 residential buildings, a utility company and a confectionery shop were damaged. A man was injured in Marinka, a housedamaged in Maksymilianivka.

Russians shelled Ocheretyne. 4 houses and power lines were damaged.  In the community, Lastochkyne, Pervomaysk and Pisky were shelled. Information on the damage is being verified.

The invaders shelled the old part of Avdiivka with Grads and later launched air strikes on the city. The scope of the damage is being established.

In Bakhmut district, explosions were heard in Soledar and Svitlodarsk villages. One person was injured in Yakovlivka. Enemy forces also targeted Kramatorsk. There is no information about casualties or damage.

The evacuation train left the region with 349 people, including 69 children and 9 people with disabilities.

Mariupol mayor’s councilor, Petro Andriushchenko informs that the day before, invaders started shooting in the Left Bank district of Mariupol as they were dividing up looted goods. As a result, one invader was injured. Five ended up in prison.

The invaders confirmed their intention to hold a show trial of Ukrainian prisoners of war on the stage of the Mariupol Chamber Philharmonic.

Luhansk oblast

Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Hayday, reports that overnight the enemy struck the region with seven rockets, two air strikes, 11 times firing cannon artillery and multiple rocket launchers, three times using mortars, and four times involving tank troops in the assault.

According to head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Hayday, the invaders want more than 100 children, deprived of parental care, to be forcibly derported to russian federation from cities in occupied Luhansk oblast. “Commissioner for children’s rights under the russian president” arrived in the occupied cities with these intentions.

Northern regions

Kyiv oblast

More than 5 400 objects in Kyiv oblast are subject to demolition. According to Oleksiy Kuleba, head of the Kyiv RMA, expert commissions continue inspecting the condition of damaged buildings. He says that rubble clearing continues in the region, and the local residents, volunteers, and employees of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine are involved in it. Thus, in a few days, more than 400 tons of debris have been removed in Povary.

Repair services have been completed at 236 social infrastructure facilities in Kyiv oblast, damaged as a result of the russian attack.

Qualified trainers will conduct mine safety training to secondary school students. The project will be implemented from September 2022 to February 2023 with the support of the Democracy Assistance Foundation of the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine and the Kyiv Regional Military Administration. Training will take place in communities that were under occupation.

About 100K foreigners visited Kyiv in the last six months. According to the Department of Tourism of Kyiv City State Administration, this is three times less than during the same period last year. However, the city budget has received 24 million UAH from the tourist fees for the Ist half of the 2022 year because in January and February foreign and internal tourists visited Kyiv.

The Department of Tourism and Promotion of KCSA in cooperation with the Kyiv Center for Tourism Development organized free guided tours of the city for guests of Kyiv and internally displaced persons. The tour itinerary was developed given the location with functioning shelters nearby.

Zhytomyr oblast

Another shipment of medical equipment and medications arrived at Korostyshiv Hospital named after D.I. Potekhin from the UNICEF Children’s Foundation. This was reported by the Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration. With the help of international partners, the hospital has already received more than 20 items of expensive equipment, now installed not only in the wards but also in the delivery rooms in the shelter.

A charity soccer game was held in Zhytomyr between rescuers and policemen to raise money for cars for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Several hundred spectators came to the “Spartak-Arena” stadium to support the volunteer initiative.

Colorful birds of peace, entertainers, and sweets – an event was organized in Zhytomyr for internally displaced children to support their emotional well-being.

Despite the war, a new exhibit of prehistoric origin appeared in the Zhytomyr Local History Museum. The skeleton of a real psittacosaurus, which lived more than 40 million years ago, was donated to the museum by a collector and paleontologist Dmytro Pylypenko from Kyiv.

Sumy oblast

The Sumy RMA reported that the communities of Bilopillia, Buryn, Esman, Nova Slobida and Seredina-Buda came under enemy fire.

Six residential households, a water tower, an electric transformer and a power line were damaged due to the mortar shelling of the village of Pavlivka in the Bilopillia community. The russians opened artillery fire on the outskirts of the village of Manukhivka in the Nova Sloboda community. A farm, a hangar with agricultural machinery and power lines were damaged. Dry vegetation near the sewage treatment plant caught fire due to the shelling of the Seredina-Buda community.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reported that about 1 000 war crimes committed by the russian military registered in Sumy oblast. Law enforcement officers continue to collect the evidence base in the settlements suffered due to the full-scale invasion of the invaders.

A temporary road bridge is being built across the Vorskla River in the Okhtyrka district. Currently, four supports have been installed, and the installation of span structures is underway. According to Sumy RMA, the construction of the building is planned to be completed in three weeks. The Sumy-Poltava route of national significance will become safer for traffic.

Chernihiv oblast

The enemy does not stop shelling the border of Sumy and Chernihiv regions. As reported in the SBGS, the russian army fired mortars, self-propelled guns and barrel artillery. Semenivka and Horodnyanka communities of Chernihiv oblast came under enemy fire.

The russian tanker who shot up a high-rise building in Chernihiv will spend 10 years in prison. Such a decision was taken by the Desnyanskiy District Court of Chernihiv. The basis of the indictment is the evidence base collected by SSU investigators.

Demining of the territory of the oblast continues. Over the past week, the State Emergency Service underwater demining and pyrotechnic works teams were involved in the disposal of explosive ordnance (EO) 99 times and removed a total of 1 317 such items. Since the beginning of hostilities, 38 292 EOs have been neutralized.

Restoration of damaged infrastructure is underway in the oblast. The Chernihiv RMA reported about repair works in Chernihiv kindergartens, in city and regional hospitals, overhaul of the roof at the National University “Chernihiv Polytechnic” and at one of the boiler houses in Chernihiv district.

Road workers began to dismantle the rubble of the 310-meter bridge over the Desna in the Chernihiv oblast. According to the Minister of Infrastructure Oleksandr Kubrakov, road workers and bridge builders have been working 24/7 for the fourth month to restore transport connections between populated areas of Chernihiv oblast.

Central regions

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

 According to Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, the occupiers fired two Kh-59 missiles at the Chervonogrigorivska community of the Nikopol district at night, causing damage to a  local enterprise: the administrative premises and a car were destroyed. 4 warehouses, an electrical switchboard, garages, a dozen units of special equipment and cars were also damaged. 10 residential buildings were damaged by missile fragments. People were not injured.

According to the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, the occupiers fired 20 rockets from the “Grad” at several villages in the Marganets community. No victims and no destruction. Also, the enemy fired at the border territories of the Zelenodolsk TC with barrel artillery. There were no casualties.

A fire broke out in the village of Velyka Kostromka of Kryvorizka district due to enemy shelling. According to the regional administration of the State Emergency Service, the fire broke out in an open area. According to rescuers, there is currently no threat of the fire spreading to the residential sector.

As a result of shelling by the Russian army of the Zelenodolsk community in Kryvyi Rih district, the lyceum was mutilated and a gas pipeline was damaged. This was announced by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, Mykola Lukashuk

Youth organizations of Dnipropetrovsk Region will hold a number of events from August to December, aimed to help adapt and integrate internally displaced children and youth. These are various meetings, art therapy and consultations. This was announced by the head of the board of the Youth Council at Dnipropetrovsk RMA Kateryna Borovyk.

Vinnytsia oblast

The occupiers hit military facilities in Vinnytsia with Kh-47M “Kinzhal” hypersonic missiles, the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports. There are victims. “Dagger” is the latest type of missile that the enemy has in its arsenal. The characteristics of this missile do not yet allow the air defense means available in the AFU to effectively counter them.

The band “Pozhezhny Kran” presented a song about 4-year-old Liza Dmytrievakilled by the airstrike on Vinnytsia on July 14, when she was going with her mother to a speech therapist. The composition called “Lisa” is dedicated to the innocent victims of russian aggression.

The American diaspora presented Vinnytsia with an ambulance.  According to Vinnytsia Mayor Serhiy Morgunov, the car will be modified and used for the needs of the Mother and Child Center. It is possible to deliver premature babies to the hospital by this ambulance.

In Vinnytsia, together with the representative office of the United Nations Children’s Fund, the pilot project “A community friendly to children and youth” is being implemented. The goal of the project is to improve the living conditions of IDPs, their social adaptation in war conditions, to provide them with the opportunity to study in schools and attend kindergartens. So far, more than 17,000 people have received help with food kits, about 48,000 have received help by the Humanitarian Center for IDPs.

In Vinnytsia Tercentr together with the “Ya – Mariupol” hub conducted adaptation training for elderly IDPs. Psychologists and the specialists of the Vinnytsia City Territorial Center of Social Services organize events for pensioners twice a week. On average, 15-20 elderly from Mariupol visit them. This was reported in Vinnytsia City Council.

About 200 municipal cards of residents of Vinnytsia were given to IDPs of preferential categories in the “I Mariupol” hub. To speed up the registration process, mobile groups were involved. It is planned to issue another 2,000 such cards during the current week. This was reported in the Vinnytsia City Council.

The “Italy-Ukraine Maidan” association handed over 20 tons of cargo to the “WinnSolard” volunteer center in Vinnytsia.The head of the association, Fabio Prevedello, personally arrived in the city to deliver humanitarian goods to hospitals, boarding schools and children’s homes. The association has been helping Ukrainians since 2013 and has already handed over 500 tons of aid.

The film “Wind from the East” directed by Kateryna Stepankova was shown to the National Guardsmen in Vinnytsia. This is a documentary film dedicated to the war in Ukraine from 2014 to 2019. Andriy Rizol, co-organizer of the show, said that the screening took place as part of the national tour of the State Cinema “Cinema for the sake of victory”.

Kirovohrad oblast 

During charity concerts and fairs in the villages of the Dmytrivska community of the Kropyvnytskyi district, 86,833 UAH were collected for the needs of the Ukrainian military, the head of the community Nataliya Stirkul reported.

Cherkasy oblast

According to Ihor Taburets, the head of the Cherkasy RMA  district, air defense forces shot down an enemy missile in Uman. An object of civil infrastructure was damaged by the fallen debris.Two people were injured.

Employees of the food hub in Cherkasy oblast pack five tons of food every day – that’s about seven thousand food kits – for  IDPs in Cherkasy, ​​Vinnytsia and Khmelnytskyi oblasts. Foreign partners purchase products for kits from Ukrainian manufacturers in order to support local business, said hub coordinator Denys Kondaurov.

Southern regions

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

The situation in the Zaporizhzhia direction has not changed significantly. The enemy concentrates its main efforts on holding the occupied positions. The enemy continues to shell Ukrainian defenders’ positions using tank gunnery, artillery, and MLRS along the entire contact line.

The occupiers shelled civilian infrastructure in the area of Stepnohirsk.

The police 4 reports of the destruction of civilian infrastructure as a result of shelling by russian occupation forces.

A combine exploded on a mine while harvesting wheat in Huliaipole. The driver was injured as a result of the explosion. This was reported in the regional office of the State Emergency Service.

Four local residents were injured, one person is in serious condition after mortar shelling by russian occupiers in Enerhodar.

According to press service of Enerhoatom, russia openly declares that it is mining the Zaporizhzhia NPP and is ready to blow it up. The head of the radiation, chemical and biological defense forces of the russian federation, Major General Valeriy Vasiliev, who commands the occupation garrison at the ZNPP, announced the mining of all important facilities of the nuclear plant and his readiness to carry out the “toughest” orders.

As a result of enemy fire in the coastal zone, ZNP worker Iuliia Ianzhula received a penetrating shrapnel wound in the chest.  Enerhoatom reports that the woman is in the intensive care unit of the Enerhodar City Hospital in a moderate condition.

At night, the Ukrainian military using high-precision HIMARS missiles hit the points of temporary deployment of the occupying forces at industrial sites in various districts of Melitopol. This was reported by the mayor Ivan Fedorov. More than 100 soldiers of the russian federation and a large amount of military equipment were destroyed.

During the day 1,384 people, including 382 children, were evacuated from the temporarily occupied territory.

Studies at Berdiansk State Pedagogical University and Tavriisk Agro-Technological University will take place remotely starting from September. These educational institutions moved from temporarily occupied Berdiansk and Melitopol to the Zaporizhzhia National University.

The self-proclaimed administration of the temporarily occupied part of Zaporizhzhia oblast announced the start of preparations for a referendum on “reunification with the russian federation.” This was stated by the self-proclaimed head of the occupation authorities, Yevhen Balytskyi.

Mykolaiv Oblast

 

The enemy attacked Mykolaiv oblast with “Smerch” multiple rocket launcher. At around 4 a.m. the suburbs of the regional center and nearby settlements of the Shyroke community were shelled. There are no casualties.

Settlements of the Bereznehuvate community, located on the demarcation line, remain under constant enemy fire. The village of Bereznehuvate was shelled. Objects of civil infrastructure were damaged. Previously, without human losses.

russian occupiers continue to destroy residential buildings and kill civilians. The police of Mykolaiv Oblast are gathering evidence for the upcoming trial of russian military terrorists.

Yesterday, law enforcement officers documented 15 damaged infrastructure objects – 10 private residential buildings, vehicles, a public transport stop, agricultural buildings and other objects  as a result of an armed attack on the regional center and settlements of Balovne, Taborivka, Pervomaiske, Shyroke, Sosnove, Halytsyniv . A person died as a result of the shelling.

200 search teams worked during the extended curfew. According to the head of Mykolayiv RMA Vitaly Kim, law enforcement agencies registered about 20 proceedings, caught five wanted persons and found equipment that registered fake accounts.

69 people were injured and 26 died at the enterprises of Mykolaiv Oblast as a result of the hostilities. This was reported by the Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine.

Odesa Oblast

There are four carriers of 24 Caliber missiles and one large landing ship on combat duty in the Black Sea,.

In the morning, the occupiers launched 4 Kalibr sea-based cruise missiles from the Black Sea. Air defense forces destroyed all missiles in the southern and central regions of Ukraine.

Two more ships with food set off from the ports of Odesa along the “grain corridor”. This was reported by the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine. Volyn

Since the beginning of russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Volyn has received 71 126 internally displaced persons.

There was a rotation of Volyn pyrotechnicians – a team of sappers of the State Emergency Service went to Chernihiv Oblast to replace their colleagues who have been demining the liberated territories since the beginning of summer.

Volyn RMA sent a Volkswagen Multivan minibus for the needs of territorial defense units located in the north of the region in close proximity to the Ukrainian-belarusian border. The car was purchased with the funds of the Lutskvodokanal utility company.

Almost 19K sets were sent to the front from Lutsk as part of the “Volyn dry rations” project. In each box, volunteers from Lutsk pack a day’s worth of food for one adult – canned meat or fish, instant soup, porridge or mashed potatoes, bags of dried fruit, galettes, cookies and nutritional bars.

Zakarpattia oblast

Zakarpattia RMA sent 40 displaced persons from Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and other oblasts for long-term residence in Poland. This became possible thanks to cooperation with ADRA in Ukraine and Poland.

A charity event aimed at supporting the Armed Forces and patriotic education of children was held in Khust region. During the event, children had the opportunity to depict their faith in the happy future of a free Ukraine in drawings, which were then sold at a charity auction. Lviv oblast

270 people have arrived in Lviv from the areas of active hostilities by two evacuation trains. 768 people left for Przemysl by four trains.

The communities of Lviv Oblast will be compensated UAH 42 million for sheltering temporarily displaced persons in April. It is about all expenses related to heat supply, water supply, electricity supply, gas supply, purchase of firewood.

Rivne oblast

Head of Rivne RMA Vitaliy Koval announced that Rivne RMA is gradually replacing the equipment of the air warning system. The number of loudspeakers and electric sirens is also gradually increasing. There are currently 73 electric sirens and 121 loudspeakers in the oblast.

Rivne oblast will receive an ambulance equipped with everything necessary – oxygen tanks, cardiac monitors and defibrillators, electrocardiographs and ventilators. The car was purchased thanks to the collection of funds announced by Olena Zelenska as part of the Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen. With the collected funds, SE Medical Procurement of Ukraine has already purchased the first 24 resuscitation vehicles worth almost UAH 53 million.

Over 2K people from the socially vulnerable strata of the population, who are in difficult life circumstances, received financial assistance from the Department of Social Policy. The total amount of assistance is over UAH 800K.

Ternopil oblast

A humanitarian cargo for rescuers, doctors and soldiers arrived in Ternopil oblast from the Canadian city of Vancouver. Vancouver fire departments donated helmets, beds and stretchers and hospitals donated medicine.

The operational director of OEOU, Vitaliy Kamozin, announced that the Union of Jewish Communities of Ukraine (JCU) provided humanitarian aid to refugees from Jewish families who were forcibly resettled in Ternopil from Kharkiv, Severodonetsk, Mykolaiv and other cities.

International support
