⠀⠀According to the General Staff, the death toll in the war against Ukraine has exceeded 40 thousand soldiers.
⠀⠀✅ “The strikes were filigree” — a spokeswoman for the press center of the South Defense Forces Humeniuk confirmed information on point missile strikes on the Antonovsky Bridge in Kherson. Humeniuk diplomatically notes that the Armed Forces of Ukraine value everything that is in our country, even when it is under the occupiers’ control: “We are not destroying the infrastructure, we are destroying the plans of the enemy.”
⠀⠀✅ The command “South” says that the Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated and cleaned up the villages of Andriivka and Lozove, Kherson oblast.
⠀⠀✅ In Kherson oblast, the occupiers’ air defense shot down a Russian helicopter Ka-52, as reported by the General Staff.
⠀⠀✅ The Armed Forces of Ukraine repulsed some enemy attacks on Sloviansk. Towards Kramatorsk, near Ivano-Dariivka, the defenders forced the invaders to flee. Towards Bakhmut, near Pokrovske, fighting continues with an assault group of invaders as stated by the General Staff.
⠀⠀✅ U.S. Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin has approved the treatment of wounded Ukrainian servicemen at a US military hospital in Germany.
⠀⠀✅ The Federal Government of Germany has approved the sale of 100 Panzerhaubitze 2000 self-propelled artillery installations to Ukraine.
⠀⠀✅ The “Come Back Alive” Foundation has purchased the Bayraktar TB2 unmanned aerial system for Ukrainian defenders at a total cost of $ 16,502,450, including three strike unmanned aerial vehicles, a “friend-or-foe” recognition system, and several dozen adjusted aviation ammunition items.
⠀⠀✅ Adam Smith, head of the US House of Representatives Committee on the Armed Forces states that Volodymyr Zelenskyy called on the United States to transfer as much military assistance to Ukraine as possible in the coming weeks so as not to delay hostilities until the beginning of winter and not to allow Russians to gain a foothold.
⠀⠀✅ Poland has signed agreements to purchase 48 fighters, 180 tanks, and more than 600 howitzers from South Korea.
