The British military estimates that Russia has lost over 30% of the offensive potential of its ground forces, which gives “absolute confidence” to the Armed Forces of Ukraine that they will win the war. Admiral Tony Radakin, Сhairman of Britain’s staff chiefs, says it implies “50K russian soldiers who were either killed or wounded in the war.”
