On the 143rd day of invasion, russia’s total combat losses in Ukraine amount to approximately 38 140 soldiers.
Over the Bila Tserkva district in Kyiv oblast, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine shot down a russian missile. According to Head of the RMA Kuleba, no casualties and destruction have been reported so far. Debris fell into the field.
✅ Towards Bakhmut, the russians tried to storm in the area of Dolomite – Novoluhanske and Dolomite – Semihirya, but the AFU repelled the offensive.
✅ At about 15.20 on July 16, Тu-95MS strategic bombers of the russian occupation forces launched a missile strike on Ukraine from the Caspian Sea. The enemy fired six Kh-101 (Kh-555) missiles. At about 16.30, four missiles were destroyed by air defense units of the “East” Air Command in Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts.
✅ Another Orlan-10 drone was shot down by our military over Dnipropetrovsk oblast.
✅ Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhny appealed to the children of Mykolaiv.
“Children from Mykolaiv, hold on, my dear! We love you. And we protect you. You are our future,” said Zaluzhny when he was autographing the stamps “Russian warship …Done!”. The stamps will be sold at a charity auction to support the Mykolaiv Regional Clinical Hospital.
