Digest 159 July 31, 2022. Russian War Crimes in Ukraine Facts and Evidences

Russian aggressors continue heavy shelling, air strikes and attempts of the offensive in the Donetsk region. On July 30, three civilians were killed, and eight more were injured. 42 houses and other civil building were damaged or ruined. Hostilities are ongoing.

#Buchamassacre At least 1,348 civilians were killed by russian aggressors in the Kyiv region since the beginning of the large-scale invasion of Ukraine. Most of them died in February and March, during the russian occupation of the northern part of the region. Ukrainian law enforcement officers continue investigation of russian war crimes and found more and more bodies of victims. Another one was found in the village of Nove Zalissia, Bucha district. The man was tortured before death.

At night of July 30-31, russian aggressors shelled heavily the city of Mykolaiv. At least two civilians were killed – Ukrainian businessman, millionaire Oleksii Vadaturskyi, and his wife. Additionally, there are three injured people. It was one of the most horror shelling of Mykolaiv since the beginning of russian large-scale invasion of Ukraine.
