At least 400 inhabitants of the town of Rubizhne were killed by russian shelling, as well as during russian assault on the city. The town is located in the Luhansk region; it was occupied by russian troops in the middle of May.

In the morning of July 27, russian aggressors carried out three missile strikes on the town Toretsk, and another one on the town of Avdiivka, Donetsk region. Additionally, the town of Bakhmut was hit. There are killed and injured civilians.
