In the morning of July 13, russian aggressors carried out series of shelling from artillery and MLRS on the government-controlled areas of the Mykolaiv region. At least five civilians were killed. Additionally, on July 12, 12 civilians were injured in the city of Mykolaiv.

On July 12, a civilian was killed, and five more were injured by russian shelling of the government-controlled area of the Kharkiv region.

russian aggressors continue heavy shelling, air strike, and attempts of the offensive in the Donetsk regions. On July 12, four civilians were killed, and eight more were injured. Hostilities are ongoing.
