200 Ukrainian children have been killed, 360 wounded, since russia invaded Ukraine. The data is being verified since it is hard to estimate casualties in war conditions.

On April 15, one civilian was killed, three wounded, as russian invaders intensified shelling of the Ukrainian-controlled part of Luhansk oblast. Rubizhne, Severodonetsk and Lysychansk are badly damaged. There is no water, gas and power supply or they are very limited.
