160 hours of fighting
Russia didn’t stand up to our resistance and acknowledged the losses. 
Our defenders’ heroic acts of courage and fighters on the information frontier breaking the information blockade made it all possible.  
It’s high time to step up the pressure on the enemy who has lost its moral courage. It’s time to start total resistance to the enemy occupation.
Our army successfully meets frontal attacks of the Russian invaders. Our special forces – Special Operations Forces (SOF), special troops of the Security Service of Ukraine and the Chief Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine have been effectively destroying the Russian troops on the move.
I am addressing our citizens on the territories temporarily occupied by the Russian invaders. With your help our army will defeat the hostile Russian troops and send them all packing much quicker. 
We need to cut Russian forces off their back-up support. 
Do not go for tanks unless you really feel like you are capable of doing this.
Destroy the convoys in the rear. They are following armored vehicle convoys.
Without fuel, ammunition, food, engineering and maintenance support, the enemy will become helpless.
Hunters, forest rangers, woodkeepers, you know every trail and pit around the country. Your time has come!
The enemy must always keep in mind: every uninvited step they make on our land can positively be their last one.
Our enemy should have only one desire – flee our native land as soon as possible!

160 годин оборони.
Росія не витримала і почала визнавати втрати.
Це сталося завдяки героїзму наших захисників і захисниць. А також завдяки бійцям інформаційного фронту, які прорвали інформаційну блокаду.
Час посилити тиск на ворога, який втратив ініціативу.
Час перейти до тотального опору!
Наша армія успішно зустрічає лобові атаки російських окупантів.
Наші спеціальні підрозділи – ССО, спецназ СБУ і Головного управління розвідки – ефективно нищать російські війська на марші.
Звертаюся до громадян, які перебувають на тимчасово зайнятих ворогом територіях. З вашою допомогою наша армія швидше здолає і вижене окупантів.
Треба позбавити російські війська тилової підтримки.
Не чіпайте танки. Тільки, якщо дуже хочеться.
Знищуйте тилові колони. Вони йдуть за колонами з бронетехнікою.
Якщо ворог залишиться без палива, боєкомплекту, їжі, інженерної та ремонтної підтримки, він стане безпорадним.
Мисливці. Єгері. Лісники. Ви знаєте кожну стежку і кожен ярок у вашому країні. Це ваш час.
Ворог повинен відчути, що кожен крок без запрошення по українській землі може стати для нього останнім.
Треба, щоб в окупанта була тільки одна мотивація – якнайшвидше втікти з нашої країни.
